The labs used to be great place two years ago when we joined. The management was trying to sell it and then it became “swim with Bill” and then that deal fell through and it back to “swim labs”. It has only gone downhill from there on. If you called, people there used to return your calls and actually tried to work with your kids to help them get better with positive motivation. I feel sad to share that the customer satisfaction and follow up is almost non existent at this time. I physically went there three times and was promised that Stephanie would call me back but I never received a follow up call or email. It is not just the attitude of the staff at the front desk but also what we used to get out of a class two years ago is not just there anymore. Kids no longer want to go because trainers no longer put in the effort to connect. Landon brothers were awesome and they used to have a 5 minute game at the end and treated every kid like they actually cared. All of that connection is missing now. Kids are continuously yelled at during the entire duration of every single class every time. It has become such a drag for parents who make the time to bring the kids and for the kids who are actually in there. It has become a very negative place. I do wish there was someone other that Stephanie or managerial staff to talk to who actually cared. It was a great happy place. It is real shame that it has come to this!

At first we were blown away by the amazing small pools, class sizes, and high class experience here. Very quickly it all went downhill. The instructors started no longer even getting in the water with the kids (my daughter was 6 when attending). Then, supposedly, the pools were recalled for months and there was zero communication with the parents. We emailed and called numerous times with no response. I can say that I’ve never had a worse customer service experience and this place is $$$$. We have switched to a new swim school and are so, so happy there.

This is a review specifically for the physical therapy services provided by Karen at this facility. I have, unfortunately, a lot of experience with physical therapists due to a dozen surgeries in last 15 years, mostly spinal and orthopedic. I have been visiting in Aurora IL area from California and needed physical therapy following surgery for broken neck. I found Karen to be very capable and knowledgable about how to treat my condition. She is also an expert in the use of the extremely sophisticated and valuable RedCord system of exercise, which was developed in Norway and is becoming more known in the US. Karen is one of the best physical therapists I have encountered over the years, and I highly recommend her.
