OTG Boot Camp is great program for those who want to get in shape, learn more about fitness & nutrition, set up and achieve new workout goals and gain mental confidence. It builds culture and promotes healthy lifestyle with support of fun and experiences instructors. I took the 6 weeks challenge program and was able to achieve and over achieve my goal (that i thought would be really tough at first) and get myself and my body in one the best conditions i had ever been in life!

This is hands-down our favorite workout in Chicago! The best part of OTG is that it's fast and effective. Going to bootcamp 3-5 times a week taught us how to lift weights and has made us both stronger and leaner. We worked with owner, Courtney (she's amazing) on a nutrition plan to really gain muscle and meet our goals - who knew we had to eat so much in order to lose inches?! We 100% recommend this gym for anyone who loves an awesome workout with real results. Pictures are from a 6-week program we did with the gym!

30 min workouts with a great trainer AND in a no judgment environment? HECK YESS! That was just what got me in the door. Now I am there to stay! I started with OTG through a Groupon I purchased and right away - at my orientation - I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and encouraging everyone was. Courtney has incredible energy and you get a sense for her passion right away. All the OTG coaches I have encountered are positive and motivating and really committed to just seeing you do well and meet your goals (whatever those may be). I ended up signing up for the long haul with them and I am really excited to be a part of the OTG family. It's only been a month but the constant encouragement and support is awesome especially on the difficult days where it seems getting to the class won't happen. Their commitment motivates you to keep moving and get a work out in even when it seems impossible. The personal attention is so great and no work out is the same. I have pushed myself and actually for once enjoy working out for how I feel afterward. Looking forward to continuing my journey with OTG! LOVE IT!

I found OTG BootCamp through ClassPass and absolutely loved their classes. Ryan is a great trainer and knows what he's doing. He takes pride in training his students so that we are doing the exercises correctly and can give alternatives to accommodate for level of fitness or any injuries. The class times are convenient and they are 30 minute workouts, but they get your heart rate up, while working on building strength and endurance. I love the variety of the workouts, from kettle bell training to TRX, you are always challenged and don’t get bored with the same routine every class. I highly recommend Ryan and the OTG Bootcamp team!

I saw OTG boot camp in coupon and decided to give it a try. I need to get fit for my up coming vacation and lose weight. After first week I decided to join the gym. It been years since I went to gym and I am over weight. The trainer have been wonderful they been patient and understanding. During class OTG trainer are encouraging and motivating. Since I can’t jump due to I’m overweight and didn’t want to hurt my knee. They will work with you and show you modified version exercise to do. Also it easily to schedule class through phone app and they give recipes on what to eat. you will get good workout with the class.I like to give a shout out to Jessica, Ryan, and Courtney. They are Awesome !!!

I was in town for a couple weeks so I decided to try out OTG. I did the 21 day trial for $67. What a great deal since I go 5x/wk. I absolutely love this gym and their trainers. I had the best workouts I've had in a very long time. I've been to several Kettlebell gyms and this one was by far my favorite. The instructors really push you to have your best workout. I am really looking forward to going to Chicago again just so I can stop in at OTG.

Never in a million years would I think that I would enjoy someone "beating my butt" while working out but I give it up to the trainers at OTG Boot Camp for accomplishing just that. My friend and her daughter signed up at OTG after my friend decided not to train for her annual Iron Girl Tri... which I was supposed to train for as well. And can I tell you that i am so happy that I decided to do this instead of doing the triathlon training this year. I was able to convince my husband to sign up with me. And after the first phone call we had with Courtney, we were convinced that this was the right choice for the both of us. From our first meeting with Courtney and her team to the first workout, we have been on a workout high! We look forward to our 3 to 4 workouts a week... something in the past I could never say that I would ever say. My husband and I are looking forward to our results in the next 4 weeks - we are doing the 6 weeks challenge and are on week 2. Come and check them out... You won't be disappointed!

Been going here steadily for almost 1.5 years, excellent workouts and coaching, never a repeat workout! Convenient location and class times. Great for both types that like group x but also want to challenge themselves. Family oriented atmosphere, non-competitive and inclusive. Highly recommend!

I recently did the weight loss program with OTG and loved it! I’d been a member of the gym for a couple months but needed that extra kick to really start making progress towards my fitness goals. I've been a member of this gym for a full year, and I love it! The small class sizes (usually 8-12 people) make it possible for the instructor to give attention to each person. Every workout can be modified to fit the level of the participant, from beginner to advanced. They support healthy eating through their online community with recipes, and have monthly progress assessments. Worth every penny of the membership fee, members can attend unlimited classes choosing from up to 7 time slots each day Monday through Friday and a Saturday morning class. The gym is closed on Sundays. Whether it's weight loss, getting stronger, or just wanting to feel healthier, this is a great program. It's mainly a kettlebell gym but they're big on Spartan Races, so they incorporate a lot of bodyweight exercises and use other tools - such as pull up bars, jump rope, box jumps, bands, slam balls, battle rope, etc. Plus, most classes on Thursdays are TRX. Every workout is different, so it's hard to get bored of this gym. They often run 4-6 week promotions to get you started with a group for additional motivation and support. I started on a 28-day bootcamp with them, and I have loved it ever since.

I recently did the body fat loss program with OTG and I'm absolutely obsessed!! The coaches are phenomenal and the support system really keeps you motivated. I stuck with the program and lost over 10 lbs and 19 inches! I feel strong, healthy and full of energy! I would highly recommend working with Coach Courtney, Ryan and Jess. OTG keeps you accountable so you can meet and exceed your fitness goals.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! OTG Bootcamp and its owners really care! I took a couple of classes with them during a visit to Chicago and I learned so much just in the first few minutes of class. I never realized how much focus goes into getting a proper and core strengthening workout. I have back problems due to bad workouts and bad posture. During my first class and every class since, I get personal attention and I'm constantly being educated...plus you cant beat the fact that they make it so much fun with different routines all the time. I mostly appreciate that with a membership, they make themselves very available, you get a nutrition plan and tons of information on the paleo lifestyle and eating clean as well as body measurements and a system to track all of my progress online! I will be going back and telling my friends about them !!!

In a little over a week of working with Courtney and Ryan at OTG, I've found the confidence to actually attend a workout class, learned the basics of building a healthy routine and lifestyle, and become motivated to make myself and my personal well being a priority. The classes are high energy, informational, and only 30 minutes - which is truly for those of us on the go. The recipe guides and meal planning is a god send for those of us who don't quite know how to be both productive and make healthy diet choices, the best part is it doesn't feel like a gym + diet regiment. I would recommend OTG for anyone looking to make improvements in any aspect of their lifestyle. I've never lifted weights or taken the time to make healthy chances in my diet and Courtney, Ryan and the OTG has made it both easy and enjoyable.
