Great place to work out!! The staff is friendly, the classes are motivating, and the equipment is incredibly diverse. We will be lifelong members of this gym! Thanks for always making it a great experience!

Isaac Dinger

Pro's- Lots of locations, nice staff, clean gym, nice sauna Con's- The contract can be tricky so be in it for the long haul, access restricted because they changed the road.

Ronnie Preal

Has everything one would need!

Jake Price

Nice locker room and the sauna, steam room, and hydrotherapy pool are all next to each other, clean, and effective.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. doesn't compliance or understand your point, not flexible at all. Gets mad and upset beside listening you. History of extra payment issues. Several times extra charges without notification, and told them to cancel the services. Even you didn't use personal training services, they keeps charging. Pushing you to sign up for personal trainer while regular membership signup. Front desk always lack in provide service or direct to right person. Just the excuse of front desk we don't have full access to your account, so don't know what's the issues is going on. keeps you waiting for long time without any reason, start helping other and put you on hold even you are not been helped yet and staff is available. Takes several weeks to get to right person, to address your issues and than on top of that they gets upset and mad at you, beside resolving issue. Didn't like to give a single star. Terrible!

This gym is great I enjoy it very much. The staff there treat everyone very nice and work hard to make everyone happy. The management is amazing. This is definitely a gym I would recommend to friends and family.

Cecilia Varitek

I love the Fairview Axiom! This is my first time with being a gym member and the experience has been wonderful. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The exercise equipment is great; a variety awaits every endeavor. The class options are an awesome added benefit. There are plenty of classes to push one to the limit. Thus far I’ve tried Spinning and Yoga! I am hooked. I have been very happy, as well, with the trainer availability. I would definitely recommend getting a trainer, not only to learn the right way to do the exercises but also to maximize your workout. All trainers I have seen are dedicated to their clients. My trainer, Jesse, is exceptional. I have gained positive results. Thank you Axiom!

Anthony Perazzo

Well I usually go to the fairview spot cause everybody treats me like family...julia makes great shakes

Teresa Lewis

Friendly, and a fun exercise groups...

Khasan Amrakhov

All the staff have been amazing and super professional! If you ever need anything they go out of their way to help!! Go see austjn and jerome at Axiom

Josh Porter

Absolutely horrible staff to the ones that dealt with my situation. opposite sex staff...coming into the bathroom while I was changing... and I got mad at the person and they didn't like me getting mad at them, So they canceled my membership What a freaking joke.

cary gifis

The best in Boise!

Roy Zumbrunnen

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff and the juice bar is amazing the girls that make my shakes do an excellent job and very friendly and helpful A +++++

Autumn Dyer

Just transferred to this gym, so far I'm really liking it...plenty of cardio and a lot of variety for weights. Afternoons are pretty busy but overall good. The lockers (female) have plenty of lockers but they are a tad narrow for my gym bag. They offer hairdryers which is a nice touch.

Ivy Gimmel

Horrible experience. The front desk people at this gym are rude and condescending or will just completely ignore you. They treat you like your disposable. When I finally was so fed up with their lies and being charged fees with out my knowledge (repeatedly) I canceled the latest charge on my a account with my bank. Then i went down to cancel in person at the gym (because apparently, you cant cancle over the phone) and asked for the refund for the I latest charge (hoping to cancel the complaint I had just made at the bank) only to be told they just 'usually' deal with the bank. If their business model includes them consistently handling bank claims I'm not sure how they are still in business. This gym claim to be friendly but really all they do is that look down you.

A gym is a gym and going to look and smell like one no matter what. As far as cleanliness the lockers rooms , pool, and the general floor are kept in good order. The gym equipment is kept clean but there is no way to have some one wipe the …

Eat Your Wheaties

I was charged for 2 extra personal trainer sessions that I had called and canceled well before the 24 hour notification window, and I wasn't given any credit to schedule future sessions, so I just canceled any future sessions at this location. My sessions were on Monday mornings and I had called over the weekend to cancel due to changes in my work schedule, and apparently my trainer was not given these messages. I'll try again with a different trainer at The Village location.

William Coon

While there is a large array of equipment, much is worn and not in great shape. There are tears in some of the equipment that has not been repaired in over a month now. Overall the management does a terrible job of maintaining the gym. There is a lot of weightlifting equipment but they desperately need more weights. Because of all the things above and many more that I won't go into I cancelled after only a month at the gym. For some odd reason it will take two months for my cancellation to be effective. Bottom line if you want a clean friendly place to work out you will want to go somewhere else. In response to the question about need for more weights, I am referring to the need for more plates. When you need 6 or 8 plates you have to go all over to find them.

Justus Bantz

Worst gym I've ever been to completely unprofessional

Paul Yaro

Me and my wife are trying to find a good gym to start going to. We were really disappointed by the employees here they made me feel unwanted And kept looking at us with annoyance making us feel really uncomfortable.

Alisha Schneider

I love my gym! Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful, the equipment is always properly maintained and clean, and it has everything I need and various weights for my workouts. This location has a pool, sauna, steam room.and hot tub, with private and clean showers in each locker room. They have a huge variety of cardio machines, lots and lots of free weights and space to workout with them, and tons of machines. Theres also a huge studio for yoga and other classes they have, day care and a basketball court, and a cheap juice and smoothie bar. I pay $20 a month for all this and it is sooo worth it

Shawn Besabella

Dropped in thanks to a friend's guest pass. Gym was big. All the cardio was a bit crammed to the left. Locker room was clean. Was a bit disappointed that all the weights are rounded. Wasn't any mats to set down on the ground. Had all the equipment I needed to get the job done. Wouldn't mind going back.

Thomas Robbins

If you go early morning, it isn't bad. Later in the day though, the equipment is filthy and there are lots of teens there standing around checking themselves out, hogging the equipment. If you can, go to park center. It's better

Nick Jacobs

For the most part it's a good gym at a good price. There could be some more classes geared towards men, but I'd say it's a great choice for a gym.

Joshua

Great facility, great employees and even great patrons. Always clean and new equipment

Letisia Tapia

Best gym around, my favorite place for me time. It seriously has it all.

alan mcConnaughey

not as nice as meridian but it gets the job done. in response to axiom: comparison to axiom at meridian and overland 1. the meridian location has nice big Windows letting in lots of bright light. Fairview and Cole is kinda dark. 2. it may have equalised a little but meridian seems to have nicer equipment. 3. meridian has nicer treadmills. I'm still skittish about the Fairview treadmills after slipping once. PS. I've been told parkcenter is the best but I have not gone. Fairview is closer to home but not my much. meridian is close to work.

They have a good amount of equipment but it always seems like the number of available weights to use is lacking. Sort of sucks walking through the gym scrounging for an available 10 lb weight when there are available squat racks and bench presses that just don't have the appropriate weights on them. Also, I knew someone that got a new credit card and forgot to update it at the gym, and axiom reported them to the credit agencies before even giving them a phone call or any sort of notice. They don't care about you, they care about money. So they pretend to be very friendly when you talk to them, but in reality it's all fake and they're cold corporate salesmen.

Debbie Farley

I am so excited about this new year and I can't wait to get started with my new Personal Trainer. Shayan knows his stuff and is committed to his clients and getting results. He lives what he teaches. I'm more motivated and committed than ever. Thank you Shayan for being the awesome trainer that you are.

David Buch

This gym should not be compared to the other Axiom gyms; mainly because of their poorly trained staff. I am consistently disappointed by passive aggressive responses, and answers that pass responsibility to other staff. I would suggest, if you want a better experience, to go to Axiom at the Village or Parkcenter.

Fresh Healthy Cafe

Hi there! The first review was an accident and was not meant to be a 1-star review, we promise. We have fixed it! And we apologize.

Jeff Williams

We were in town for work for a week and wanted a place to workout. The folks at Axiom were fantastic. They treated us great! The facility is large with everything you need for weight training, cardio, or functional fitness. Also have a pool and full basketball court. All the front desk staff were friendly and Craig was awesome.

Steve Furchak

Spent time in the pool, good facility

Debra Brantley

Trainers are committed to helping you meet your goal. Employees are always eager to help. Perfect place to unwind after work. Offers latest equipment, sauna, steam room. Also offers numerous classes, such as cardio. I always feel very positive about myself when I leave the gym. Money well invested.

Trey Hunter

Clean place, friendly staff, great selection of work out apparatus.

Will Foster

Clean place, usually plenty of room. Not very sociable

Mariah Blair

Showers seem ill kept. Found chewed gum on one of their machines. Doesn't seem like cleaners are doing their job. But still it's a gym. It has equipment. It'll do

Tracie Hill

Best group instructors!

Justin G

Their amenities are really great, however their customer service is seriously lacking!! I would have to write allot to explain everything however, here is everything in a nut shell. First.... Don't forget to remember their random yearly payment because they don't feel like they should have to remind you of a random bill!! Second... if you buy personal trainer sessions and they say they will help you if you can't use them... do NOT believe them because they won't. Third... be sure that if a medical or family emergency arises end your membership as soon as possible!! Because when the payment comes due they are non negotiable about their money in your pocket. No exceptions!!! I wish I could say writing this makes me feel better but it doesn't. Hopefully Axiom will take better care of their customers, or future potential "clients" will take heed and be prepared ahead of time like I wish I had been. Either outcome will make me feel better.

Jordan Przybylo

Not the type of service I was expecting. I have been going to the gym for several months. As well as riding my bike and putting it inside the building because there is no covered bike racks to protect my bike in the rain. Today I was abruptly informed I can not put my bike inside the building. I understood that it was a rule that was just informed to me. I am more than happy to park out side and lock my bike up. I was not expecting to lock my bike outside and had no way of securing it. I was informed no it must be out side. So I had to take the risk of it being stolen because I did not have the ability to go get my lock. I find it redickuless that I consistently have been putting my bike in the building and then all of a sudden I’m not with out any warning. How can I be prepared to follow the rules if I am never informed or if it changes with out notice. There is no signs nor have I ever been told I can’t put it inside.

Joey O'Steen

Awesome gym! Wonderful staff, especially Nicolette. She is outstanding, provides great service, and is always so kind.

A N

I’m new to Boise and my sister recommended this gym but when I went there Saturday evening this staff member was very rude, and not wanting to help me with opening a new membership. Saying that now isn’t a good time.I tried asking about the gym but all she wanted to do was to use her phone. very interesting of a gym.

Alex Giorgianni

Who WOULDN'T want a wonderful experience like state of the art equipment, personal trainers, a cardio theatre, a bodyweight zone, aerobics class AND a pool/spa ALL WITHIN THE CONVENIENT LOCATION OF THE VILLAGE? That and 24-hour access most days, its almost too good to be true. I'd give this an 8 out of 5 stars if I could.

Stephan Brent

Nice place !

Brenda Terry

For me this gym is just what I need to stay motivated! They have a lot of machines you can’t find at other gyms. Cardio equipment is really nice. Staff is Friendly

muktar mberwa

Terrible, Don't Waste Your Time Or Money Here

Beth W

I love Axiom Fitness. It's a great place to get your work out. The classes are awesome as well. The Village Axiom is a great place also. All four locations have a great atmosphere and awesome employees especially the instructors. Prices are good also.

Sean Armstrong

It's nice having a gym so close to my house, with all the amenities I could possibly want. Weights, sauna, basketball, full locker room, and ample parking. Also open 24/7 so you can get the late night workout in and avoid the crows. They frequently buy new equipment as well, so there's always something you can do.

Cynthia Harris

Aside from possibly using the pool, as it is longer and deeper in-center than the one at my home Axiom (Parkcenter), and the showers in the women's locker room having better water pressure, I cannot say that I'll use this Axiom often. Its cardio & circuit equipment need serious upgrades, and a little expansion overall certainly wouldn't hurt Fairview Axiom, either. Honestly.

James Bennett

The staf here are so awesome. They are so helpful and very friendly. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable there, plus the members themselves are all very courteous and very resectful.. The facilities themselves are awesome and clean, plus the up keep of the gym is top of the line. Then their is the equipment. There is everthing you need there and if they don't have it, they'll find it. The pool, jacuzzi, and hot and dry sauna are great.. Go give them a visit and feel welcome. Ask for Craig and Michelle, then if you want the hook up talk to the manager she's great..

Alicia Ortega

When I started using this gym I felt like it was a good fit! After a year I learned that everything they told me about my membership was wrong. When I started asking questions I was again told wrong information and directed to management for them to just offer to downgrade my membership and not answer any of my questions . The management could also be taught a few things about customer service! Very cold when faced with a customer's questions or issue. I usually do not write a lot of reviews but in this case I feel it deserves one.

Zeljan Avdic

By far the best gym in town! I have belonged to 4 other gyms and I highly recommend Axiom over the rest. It is by far the cleanest facility i have been to. Friendly staff and great equipment. I also love the fact that it never feels crowded like some of the other places in town. I would recommend this health club to anyone that is interested

Aubrey Schultz

The gym it's self is nice but the people that work there are jerks. Wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone and would say read the fine lines of the contract before signing anything. The personal training programs are also not worth the money. You can get the same info from any suplements store for free.

Ezra Smith

Have always had a great expirence in my two years I've been with Axiom. The facility is always clean and organized, the staff is always polite and helpful and any small issues I have had were always resolved quick and fair! All in all, I would rate this easily one of the top three gyms ive attended in the country!

Scott Jones

My favorite gym place. Great personal training. Great workout community

Lance Dunlap

Great place to workout. Never had any problems with the staff. All been very nice to me. Answer any questions I have

Jacklin Welker

I don't live in Boise, although I come to Boise a couple of times a month for the weekends. I really wanted to have a gym that I could go to that was by my in laws place. This one was included through my wells on target gym membership. Went in and spoke to Troy Cleveland and he set me up with no hassle. He introduce me to some of the features this gym offered. Great First Customer Experience. I definitely would recommend this gym to others in the future.

Bragging Board Andy Dansereau

Great atmosphere but a lot of the heart rate monitors don't work

Corrie Butler

Love this environment! I was already satisfied and happy the equipment, but this morning when I went in I noticed they had added TONS of new, top of the line equipment! Always looking to be the best they can be and keeping their members happy! Have also had great experiences with staff and management! Win/win all around!

Jesse Fleming

Love all the axioms. Theyre by far the best gyms in town, and have excellent prices. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the facilities are always clean and well maintained. They also have a rewards program and personal training. I will definitely stay a member for as long as I live in boise.

Sergey Radkov

Everything was good during 2 month, then they canceled my membership without asking me. Just because.. No excuses, just offered to find that guy who had canceled it..

Mark Politowicz

I don't know why others posted about unfriendly staff, my experience was the exact opposite. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always greets me. I've belonged to several gyms over the years. (none in Idaho) and this is one of the best.

Brandon Walbridge

Very comfortable, it a great gym.

Vikke Garcia

All around excellent gym with a variety of workout options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bre B.

The gym equipment is decent, not the best, but decent. The way they seem to make money: terrible. When I got my haircut today I was talking with the stylists about my gym membership issues. Three of the barbers immediately said "Axiom" in unison. And they all knew the name of the collection agency (ABC Financial) that Axiom uses & they said no one should ever get a membership there.... which tells me that Axiom's poor way of doing business is a common & well known fact in Boise. Too bad new people like me have to learn the hard way. I was sad to find out that my boyfriend had a bad experience with Axiom directly after I became a member. I didn't want to go back after hearing what he went through. When I signed up my card was expiring that month, the guy said to remember to bring it in or I would lose my membership the next month. So, I didn't renew my card, because I no longer wanted a membership with them, & I figured that it would be automatically canceled like with most memberships. Nope, not with Axiom, they keep your membership going & immediately send your dues to collections. When you get the membership, you pay for your first month & your last month up front. I only went to the gym 1 day, and this is my "2nd month" since they kept the membership going. So, you'd think that when I wanted to cancel more than 15 days before my supposed 3rd next payment, they would use the 1st & last month that I already paid for. Nope, apparently I can't even cancel my membership until I go in and pay again. I would never give them my new card number, not with the way they run things. Guess what, there's an extra ten dollar fee if you pay in cash. Get a membership here only if you absolutely have to. There's decent equipment & trainers if you want one. But know that you'd be supporting a business that may mess up your credit score if you miss a payment, they don't automatically cancel if you miss a payment, and that the "first & last month's payment" that you pay on the first day is really just your first month's payment and a way for them to be able to sell you the package better by saying there's "no initiation fee", and if you stay for 3 months you'll get another 1 time fee.... so it may even add up to more than other initiation fees at other locations.... do the math. Also, don't let them rush you through the contract, read every word before signing. Don't let them read you the contact in their own way. Read it yourself.... maybe ask to take it home & share with friends & family before signing to make a more informed decision. Another downside: there's no towel service, so if you're a busy business traveler that has to shower at the gym & can't carry a towel, get a membership elsewhere.

Duane Martin

Great selection of equipment and my experiences with the staff have mostly been quite positive. The complaints about the gym smelling like sweat and what not are ridiculous. It's a gym, not a day spa. People go there to work out and build up a sweat. As for the claims of the staff being racist, they're completely ridiculous. In all my time there I've always seen the staff treat everyone with respect. That said, there are a few issues that I really wish would be addressed. 1. It's quite often hot in there, which is an impediment to having a good workout. It needs better air circulation, and could be kept a few degrees cooler. 2. It seems like when a machine is broken, it often takes well over a week to get it fixed. There was one machine that was dropping the weight stack mid-lift because the plate the catch went into was worn. I had to report this two or three times before it was ever addressed and repaired. 3. The hours. This gym needs to be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, not just Monday through Thursday. The early closing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday makes it hard to have good flexibility in your workout schedule. All in all it's a good, solid gym with a great combination of equipment and facilities. I'd give it the fifth star if it was open 24/7 and if it was kept a few degrees cooler in there to compensate for the lack of air circulation.

Ian Hutchison

Great facility for the price. The pool is well maintained. Most importantly, it's open at night during the week for those of us with night schedules! They have a one week trail so it's worth giving it a shot. They really encourage purchasing a trainer. Some people might be put off by that. For Some people the trainer will be really valuable and for others it won't be. I wish they had a trail trainer thing like the membership. The other gripe I have is there have been a few times where something doesn't seem right with a machine, like the tread on a treadmill or something.

Kiel Lampe

Consistently had problems with the front desk staff being condescending and lackluster. After a year of requests to get a copy of our contract, multiple requests for new membership cards, and being forced into another year contract without …

Steven Summers

Absolutely terrible customer service when it comes to closing your account. I went to close my account after not being able to make time to use it and not only did they charge me for an annual gym maintenance fee comet they charged me a cancelation fee and a last month fee and it cost me an additional $200 to not go to the gym. There are much better options out there.

Zephyr Kees

Love the staff here... They certainly know how to encourage someone who might only just be walking through those doors as a beginner!

Scott Ryan Miller

Cole and Parkcenter are the best Axioms in the Valley. Village needs a sauna and Meridian the crowd is just eh.

C Jensen

The gym is reasonably priced...

Jeff Hawkins

My daughter's car got busted into, window smashed, purse stolen while she was working out, in broad daylight on a busy day. Axiom has no security, no cameras, no help. They don't really care. They did say sorry. It turns out this is NOT the first time. According to the police this has happened 3 times in the same place in the last few weeks.

Alex Wright

Frankly this place is great. Dont come here expecting not to lift.

Farooq Sadat

Good workers and clean axiom

Max Ter

My brother been a member in this gym over 2 years, I came from California to visit him. Most gyms give at least a day free pass for guest and femily members but, these guys made me pay 10$ 1 day pass. Gym has good equipment and stuff but, common. Also they have that stupid 40$ charge once a year for their equipment, my brother forgot to pay it and they charge him 9$ late fee for that, we asked if they can remove late fee and the front desk menager said no.

Brock Taggart

Decent gym in a good location. I went during a slow time so didn't have any issues with weights being available

Camilla Watkins

Great place to workout

Mercedes Garcia

I love not having to wait on equipment however, their financial system is trash. One month I had $400 taken out of my checking without my authorization for something I hadn't yet received. The only reason I still go here is because I'm still tied into a contract which would cost an extra $100 to get out of.

Cody Anderson

This gym is great- theres a lot of equipment and most of the time other than when everyone decides to do chest there is a lot of room. The pool and facilities are well kept. The only downside of this gym is on weekends they are not 24/7. As someone who works all night id love to be able to go on my off days during the weekend- but that really is a small detail compared to everything else they get right.

Krystal Hawkley

I love Axiom! The gym is always well maintained and the staff are super friendly

Beau Holmes

If you join this gym just make sure it's a commitment you want to have for life because canceling your membership is a never ending run around. I call to cancel they tell me it has to be in location. I come in and they tell me only one person can do it and she's not here but I can email. I email and get told it has to be in location, I come back in and they tell me only one person can do it and she's not here but I can email.

Niki Fister

I don’t have a membership, but I was waiting in the front lobby for a friend who has a vip membership and the man, I don’t know his name, but bald headed dude, came up to me and my bf asking if we needed help and we said no we are waiting for someone, and less than 5 minutes later he came telling us that we needed to buy a one day pass or we needed to leave. We then told him my friend was 10 minutes away and he told us we had been sitting on the couch to long. So what’s the point of the couches if it’s not for waiting? What is true about being “The #1 Gym in Boise” when the workers don’t put the customers first?

Paul Auger

Full service gym off of Cole Road and Fairview Rd. Great parking lot and basketball court. My son plays Futsal here with his soccer league.

Robert Spence

Good place to work out. Had all of the amenities of a large gym. I just finf it a little dark and cramped.

Cecilia Imberti

The building is not as new. To walk to the ladies changing rooms you need to walk through machines and people working out, the only demarcation is red tape on the ground, and the bathrooms I have found them in need of cleaning 9 out of 10 times. The pool is okay, the hot tub floor can do with a nice scrubbing, it has yellowing stains that make it look dirty.

Irina Chernishkova

Axiom has variety of classes, great for any age and level, that was important for me as a beginner, big gym with lots of machine to get you in fit and you do not have to wait in line to use them because you can always find a spare one even in busy hours. And of cause great instructors! I think this is great facility for me to get ready for summer :)

Mark Minton

Excellent

Marissa Gonzales

I’ve never had issues with any of the staff here. They’ve all been friendly and accommodating. Yes there’s an annual fee and it’s in your contract when you sign up and when it will be taken out. Pay attention to it. When I had to cancel with axiom previously due to a change in location, it was a very simple process. Any machines that no longer work, they are quick to get it fixed. My experience with Axiom both times I’ve signed up has been a very pleasant experience overall.

Carole Harris

Great place to work out friendly people there someone can always help you

John Shifflet

Great gym, I wish it had a racquetball court like some other gyms. It does have a sauna, hot tub, pool, gym, classes, and a decent sized main floor though. Nice clean environment.

Mike Kusnier

Best Customer Service! Every one at the gym is very friendly and staff are very personable by calling you by your first name and not treating you like a number. I would recommend Axiom to to my friends and family been there a year so far , and love it!

Greg henderson

Compared to other gyms I've had memberships with this one does a pretty good job. It's very clean and I always see one of the employees moving around and cleaning equipment. A few years ago when I first moved to Boise I joined this gym then a month later I needed to have some surgery and couldn't work out for almost 8 weeks. They suspended my membership no problem then reinstated it once I was able to get back to it. Staff at Fairview is much friendlier than the other locations, once I tried buying a protein bar after my workout but they dont sell merchandise after ten and the girl gave me a bar from her personal stash!! I tried paying her but she wouldn't take my money. The only thing I wish they would change is stay open til 11 or so on Saturday.

Jay Mackey

Amazing gym for the price you pay. Me and my brother chose this gym because it allows a truly free unlimited guest pass option. The reviews on the front desk staff are also unfounded, they say hi to everyone that comes in. It's a bargain for what you get, although the personal training is a bit pricey.

Carla Mabie

Love this gym and the week night water aerobics instructor Lisa is so amazing. It's a great work out!!!

Jamie Chaffin

It's got a great pool, but it feels a little crowded. Also- you have to walk through the CrossFit area to get to the girls locker room, which can be a bit harrowing, but otherwise it's a top notch gym.

Josh Tuft

We switch to Axiom last October after being patrons of formerly the Idaho Athletic Club, now Crunch Fitness for the past 14 years. We were sad to Leave IAC, but with the change of new ownership came a lot of negatives from the formerly wonderful workout establishment. It is probably really difficult to be a standout workout facility in the state of Idaho, because of lack of choices, lack of locations, and vast amount of people trying to get a workout in. In my opinion, Axiom on Fairview is not a standout location, but there are a lot of options to choose from as far as workout equipment goes. Even at their busiest times, which is usually after the turn of the new year around 5 p.m., I can still get a workout in without having to fight off too many people. Surprisingly the facilities pretty clean for how many patrons they have attending their facility at any given time. If you are able to sign up for $20 a month, this is a worthy place to work out. I cannot speak to the other locations.

Mike Christian

Great Gym, and great staff. Very close to where I live. So convenient.

Bryant Ridgley

I'm fat, it's a gym. It makes me hurt. So I guess it does what a gym should.

Daniel Walker

Hot girls and fire equipment. Nothing beats axiom

Aaron Wamsley

Trainers are knowledgeable, equipment is clean and we'll maintained. Atmosphere is good and accepting of those who aren't in great shape. Always feel welcome and encouraged here.

Peter Zejda

Went in to possibly join this gym. I was not impressed with the staff and poor management. If you’re looking for a gym, save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. I mean look at all the reviews and decide for yourself!

X Tina

Boomshakalaka awesome gym! All you need and then some to get fit! Great mix of people customers and staff!

Anthony Milleant

Solid gym, has everything you could desire, and they keep it clean. The only reason I ranked it a 4 instead of 5 is because their weekend hours aren’t very convenient for people who work out early or late.

Raquel Marie Ramirez

friendly staff, comfortable space to workout, machines are in grate shape..

Thang Nguyen

Biggest and the best gym in Town

Craig and Greg are both grade A examples of human trash. I sustained an injury outside of work that was going to cut my monthly pay by about half, and when I was charged for a trainer a month after I was told by Greg it would be canceled, I was charged anyways. One day after the three days grace period, I went over the current circumstances and pleaded they cancel it on top of mentioning that I asked for it to be canceled a month previous, just for Greg to lie and say I didn’t previously mention canceling just to bump his own paycheck off a sale. Overall shady business tactics and even worse people running the gym. I’d rate less than one star if it were possible.

Very poor overall. Customer service is bad employees are rude. Only time you get good customer services is when you are getting membership started. I tried to cancel membership today I had to come back 4 separate times every time there account manager had just left. HOW CONVENIENT. I would give less stars of possible.

nice facility. cool staff

I was in this location for the first time yesterday and I have to say I was very impressed with the cleanliness, atmosphere, and the outstanding customer service I received from a particular front desk associate named Bradley. I have visited all of the other Axiom locations and I think that this one has impressed me the most so far. Thank you Axiom Fairview and Bradley for your great customer service that he should be recognized for!

I'm finishing up 3 months of personal training with Ben and it has been very helpful in keeping me accountable to the fitness goals I have. It's also been great getting good help on how to perform lifts and exercises with good form that I otherwise would've developed bad form on if I didn't have the help. The facilities are always clean and handle the volume of people that flow through each day well by having enough equipment. I rarely have to wait for the machines I need, and if I do, it's not long at all. For the membership I have, the price point is great! Great gym.

READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY they don't tell you anything about it, customer service sucks, ignoring your comments about simple things, like dirty showers, lack of toilet paper and paper towels, broken workout equipments. and regarding the good reviews here, check the names you will see they are from the staff of this branch or other branches

Nice place to work out. Desk staff is always friendly. Can be very crowded during peak hours. Trainers never talk to you unless you talk to them first.

Jim Honiotes

Excellent facility. Good group ex selection and top notch instructors.

Chao Tang

Lots of equipment. Stuff are nice. Just be careful, Monday and Tuesday this gym will be loaded with people.

Aaron Blue

Friendlier staff than other axiom locations, but the company in general lacks much of a personal touch. They could maintain the machines a bit better, but the place is never crowd enough where that matters much. It is clean.

Dale Hartman

Great facilities. Well kept equipment. Groovy disco lights. Outstanding tennis arena. Overall a fantastic place to shop. Perfect 5/7.

Joshua Hamilton

Really nice gym set up, sometimes there are pick up basketball games in the gym, and the pool is usually pretty open. Gets really busy after 5 pm on weekdays

David Taylor

This gym is as good as any at which I’ve ever been a member.

Alicia Fong

The staff is very friendly and helpful! I love the positive energy the whole gym gives off :)

I've noticed that gyms seem to charge your card for way more than what was agreed upon a few months after you start, with the hopes you won't check your card or are too lazy to call. Then when you do call they give you the run around to get the proper charges on your card. Orange Theory did this same thing to me. I bet they are getting away with this 50% of the time. Lame.

I joined the gym in March asking for a basic membership over my lunch break. I was not able to actually work out that day because I was first taken for a tour of the gym (SPOILER ALERT: It is a gym. It has exercise equipment, classes and a small pool). I then sat down with their people to make a very basic membership. I expressed that all I needed was a place I can hit the treadmill at lunch a few times a week. I then made a horrible mistake and signed up for a promotional offer to do personal training. I made it very, very clear that I would purchase only the one package as a means to jump-start my fitness goals as I was losing weight after having a baby. Imagine my surprise when another charge of $165 came out of my bank account. I went in and spoke the sales rep who said I needed to put in a 30 day notice, which I did at that point explaining, again, that I cannot afford $165 a month on top of my $22 (which was sold as $20/month, but that's not the point here). Okay. Great. I put in my notice deciding that I would absorb the cost and use the training sessions. That was fine until yet another $165 came out of my bank account. I went in to speak to the manager and operations manager explaining that there had clearly been a mistake thinking it would not be a big struggle to refund the money since I had now told them twice that I did not want a renewing contract. The manager agreed your contract was "unclear." Especially given I had to provide 5 different signatures across two lunch breaks before I was allowed to actually exercise. The other manager essentially told me, too bad. I had signed a contract and despite having been clear from the start that I only wanted the original 8 training sessions and having put in my notice, I was going to have to live with the cost. The worst of it is that I can't even quit the gym because I am now several hundred dollars in. I simply wanted a place I could work out at lunch. That was it. I feel like I have been lied to and cheated out of hundreds of dollars. This is how the staff is treating your members. It feels very much like they are commissioned and are trying to squeeze an extra buck. The only thing positive I can say is that the trainer is really good. She does a good job. My complaint is not with her. This is a buyer beware.

The machinery is all in good shape. Most of the people are helpful, trainers are great. The hours and policies for the Kids Club are a little ridiculous, but since few gyms have a child care area, it has to do.

Good gym, not always a fan of commercial gyms because they are mostly full of high schoolers that just mess around, fit chicks that do legs everyday and take selfies and mirror pictures and guys that only do chest and arms but Axiom seems to be a great gym for any kind of goals.

Cindy Peterson

Rip off. Scam! Make lots of promises and then treat you like you are a bother!!

This facility is great for everyone from the beginner that is looking to take on a new life style, to the advanced lifter who is trying to discover a new vein or set a new PR. The staff is equally great when I walked in I was immediately greeted, and asked if I needed a tour of the facility. If you are looking for a new spot to workout I would highly recommend this place.
