FitMania is a great gym. The classes provide excellent cardio and strength training, but their offering is more holistic than that. At FitMania they recognize that losing weight (or gaining weight) is 80% in the kitchen and 20% in the gym, so they help you to get the right nutrition to power your goals using real food and sustainable suggestions - no gimmicks. All of the staff is personable and they create a comfortable atmosphere where you can make friends and lock in the social component of achieving too. This is the complete package.
