I love this Crossfit gym! My boyfriend and I visit Maui often and I promise you - you won't be disappointed! I'm a beginner with these type of workouts and the staff is super knowledgable and helpful every step of the way. Everyone is welcoming, the workouts are fun, and the gym is super nice. If you live in Maui or visiting... don't go anywhere else but here :)

Spent a week in Mauai and went to Lahaina CrossFit everyday. Very clean, organized, and efficient operation. Owners are outgoing and foster a positive and energetic environment. Always felt welcome by the coaches and members. WOD's were really tough, and the weather was crazy hot, but it was a terrific experience and I would highly recommend this box.

Tom and Janelle are incredibly welcoming, kind and supportive. On top of it, they are great coaches too! My husband and I have come the last two years and it’s always a great part of our trip! You’ll get an awesome workout but it’s also very scalable - I was able to workout while 5 months pregnant, always feeling safe but getting a great workout! Would highly recommend you stopping by on your trip to Maui, you won’t regret it!

I had an injury many yrs ago and have stayed in good shape but most recent injury had me question some things I was able to do. I met with Tom and Janelle and asked for help. They have been most attentive to needs of all the guests and members at LCF. Very personable and educated. Very much love what they do and they just shows in their level of commitment to everyone who enters the facility. I happy to say that 1yr ago I made great friends and look forward to meeting new goals and keeping Tom And Janelle and the rest of the Lahaina Crossfit family in my life for many more years. Belong to a CF gym in Colorado and while on vaca did a drop in with my wife and 14 month old son. My wife and I were going to just switch off watching our son in between exercises but the owners wouldn't let us. They took him and played with him while we finished our workout. They were so great and our son had a wonderful time with them (they have a family of 3 kids so they said they know what it's like). Great people, great coaches, and great facility. We highly recommend and when we come back to the island we will be going back.

Crossfit Lahaina is amazing! I visited 10 times over two weeks! Tom and Janelle are truly committed to every person who walks into their box. I received so many great tips on how to improve my form, increase productivity in my workout, stretches, and nutrition for myself and family. I appreciated how they broke down each move using the bar prior to the exercise. I improved over the last two weeks! They offer approximately 8 classes a day. They respect your time and start and end each class on time! Class act!!!

My wife and I attended while on our honeymoon. The owners/coaches Tom and Janelle were so kind and they made us feel like family, welcoming us to the gym and to Maui. The warm ups were not rushed and everyone was included. The workouts were designed so that everyone was challenged no matter your skill level or experience. We thought we would visit once, but we kept going back! Fitness in paradise! I highly recommend attending this Crossfit gym if you are in the area.

Definitely worth spending some time with the people at Lahaina CrossFit. It doesn't matter if you're looking for a new CrossFit home, a place to keep you motivated in your workouts while on vacation, or just dropping in to try or start something new. It's always a great workout and you'll feel immediately welcomed no matter what your fitness level is. You can tell Tom & Janelle (owners) love what they do. They also do a BeachFit class on Tues/Thurs mornings. It's a beachside workout at The Westin Resort in Ka'anapali.

Janelle and Tom were exceptional coaches and hosts throughout our one week visit. Our plan was to do our own Olympic lifting programming during open gym time, but their contagious energy had us signed up for the Crossfit open by week’s end. Highly recommend this gym.

One of the nicest gyms I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many gyms all over the US and LCF is for sure one of my top 3. Clean, professional and stellar programming make for a perfect vacation or home gym for anyone. Tom and Janelle are super friendly and sometimes jump in the workouts to add a little spice. It’s also a huge plus that they religiously carry FITAID and have cold ones waiting for you after you sweat it out. I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants to up-level their game or just hit the gym on vacation.

Amazing gym to drop in too! Tom and Janelle are amazing and so very welcoming. We did 18.4 there and they were very official in getting the hspu metrics down and even helped coach us on form even though we were there during an open gym time and not a technical class. Also turned out Tom used to live in Illinois and knew one of the coaches in my gym going way back! Small world made smaller by such an amazing crossfit community. Also some of the best t shirts and swag I've seen at gyms :) May just need to go back to Maui to hangout again!
