This is my favorite gym! It’s always clean, the people are very charming, and the classes literally kick your butt! The front desk staff are very attentive even when there is a line so you can scan on in and get to work. All of the facilities are clean and they don’t pressure you into upgrading your membership or training they just let you do what you feel is best for your experience! I love being a member here!

Website does not allow me to create login even though I am a member. The club charged me for personal training and will NOT refund me my money. If you are just using the equipment and nothing else ($9.95 fee) it is worth it. Anything else be prepared to fight with the club or have them take your money and not provide services.

Been a member about 7 months. Pros: very clean - new workout equipment. Plenty of cardio equipment. Cons: weekend hours kind of suck and there is ONLY TWO bench press benches. My chest workout is bummed every time

Even after my husband cancelled his membership and was told his last charge would just be for his last month and prior to that he paid for his cancellations fees. They still charged us 220 dollars without our knowledge. After disputed the issue we still have to wait til Monday to talk a manger. Beyond furious with this branch.

Clean, lots of equipment, nice people, good trainers, great price.... So why the low rating? They don't have their act together for charging and financial issues. They require a card or bank account to apply the monthly charge and then they double charge or in my case made up a charge for a ridiculous amount. They double charged me more than $200 and for 2 MONTHS ... only excuses... STILL NOT REFUNDED! It's been submitted... We are waiting to hear from corporate... So and so has not responded to their email... We don't have control over your bank... 2 months! Watch for double billing!

I love Crunch and I love this location. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are disgusting. Ive been coming here for over a year( founding member) and I feel like they use to get cleaned every day. Now they dont. And they are nasty. If they did better about that I would definitely increase the rating

I called to cancel my membership with them, I was told I had to come in person. I took a day off to do so and went to sign some documents to cancel. I was told it would be canceled. I noticed in my bank account that I was charged the membership fee on top of monthly fee after I had already canceled. I called to find out what was going on and I was told by Lauren in Chamblee that my membership was never canceled. She said that i couldn’t be refunded because they couldn’t take my word. I am being charged only because their employee failed to do his job and cancel my membership!!

Overall a great gym! Only downside would be it gets crowded at times. I would recommend going during the day or morning if you can.

Great gym, tons of equipment, and for the price you won't find a better gym in Georgia. My favorite thing about the gym is the friendly staff, Kelvin Grier is always the person that is there when I go and he always kind, and helpful. Helps with equipment and is very friendly. 10/10 I'd Def recommend this gym.

Friendly staff, Kelvin showed us around the gym and explained everything to us. We singed up the same day. The facility is nice and has a variety of equipment for all different fitness levels and styles. The locker rooms are nice and big and kept pretty clean. So far we are enjoying it.

The gym is great. The staff is nice. The equipment is wonderful. But, if you need to cancel your membership, they do not let you cancel over the phone - - they do not let you cancel online - - they don't even let you cancel by printing a form and then mailing it in (like LA Fitness requires). They force you to go into a Crunch location to cancel. It's insane. I moved and it 's impossible for me to get to a crunch location to cancel. I wish that I could give it 5 stars, but the cancellation experience has soured my entire opinion.

Everything is great besides the boot camp. Well, that and the people who hang out on the Oly platforms like they’re couches. Primary gripe with the boot camp is that they turn off the music on the main speakers (which is typically excellent) and blast a pretty terrible mix at max distorted volume over a little bluetooth speaker while the instructor yells over it. Forcing a gym of 100+ people to suffer for the sake of the 5 people doing the actual class. All would be well if main music stayed on for the rest of the gym and the instructor used the portable speaker for voice and timers - ideally not at ear piercing volume and pointed away from the rest of the gym.

The first "regular" gym I've seen with all of the training equipment I love to use. The price is amazing too. I go in the afternoon, so there's no crowding issue

Great gym. Only thing is i saw a trainer call the police on some fellow for calling him a "dick" yesterday. Was a bit much considering there was no hostility. To me it seemed like someone was a little power crazy and it so happened that this guy tilted him. The officer escorted the guy out of the gym and the guy was talking to the officer for some reason. Whatever it was seemed to be joyful as the officer and the guy were just laughing. Turns out, it was because of gym bags that were on the ground. What? Authorities were called in because he wouldn't put away his bag in a locker room that barely has any lockers? Ridiculous. 10/10 will still go to this location, i'll just make sure I leave my bag in my car or bring a lock and make a break for an open locker so they don't call the police on me too.

This location only has one women’s bar. I know personally there are 4-5 women who use this location for Olympic weightlifting who train competitively. It would be nice if they had a women’s bar for each rack like most locations. This is the only issue we have seen. Everything else seems to be fine.

I like it here but y’all it’s a meat market. Also, they condescendingly keep saying they will get another women’s bar every time I’ve asked since January. So yeah, I feel like that sucks. And I’ve heard from other ladies who ask for the women’s bar that the owner just doesn’t seem to care about what the customers want because he doesn’t wanna spend anymore money; he just want to make it. So if you’re a female powerlifter or oly lifter this probably isn’t the place for you because you definitely won’t be heard or have your requests considered. Luckily, it’s not too expensive or I would have left by now.

Nice gym with a good variety of equipment. The crowd ranges from beginners to seriously buff. The staff at this Crunch is professional and friendly and greet members with a smile. Also good: Unlike the big chain in town where the sales team and trainers are often in worse shape than 90% of the members, these folks work out too and are happy to advise. The one negative: The music is tired cocktail lounge style played deafeningly loud so bring good headphones and be prepared to crank them up to cover it if you work out better with high energy in the background. Other than that, I really like the gym and the staff.

The gym equipment all works properly, this location is never crowded and unlike at the perimeter location, at this location you can't see into any part of the women's locker room which is something I really dislike. The locker room is always clean and the atmosphere is really laid back.

Nice gym with bumper plates, Olympic platforms, rowers, and a nice central functional training station where you can box, do wall balls, battle ropes, and swing kettlebells. Also has functional turf area to push sled or do walking lunges. Only downside is during peak times you’ll have to wait a while for equipment. Well worth it if you can come during off peak hours though.

I'm a fan, but my view has it's caveats. The gym is very new - opened in late 2017. They have some good platforms for doing Olympic lifts, but some people will monopolize that I'm groups for over an hour. It's gotten a little meat-heady lately and a bunch of guys in there are working out with their shirts off, which I think is weird and unnecessary. The music is often bit too hard and way too loud. Also the locker rooms are small and have no paper towels. That said, the gym is rarely overcrowded and most of the equipment is in good condition.

Began using this gym when it opened. Brand new tennis shoes ruined with black oil after using treadmill. Showed employee shoes and machine that caused damage. Sent GM email with description of what happened with pics a couple months ago. Zero response to email. When I confront GM, instead of taking accountability he defers to owner.
