We had a fantastic experience with My Gym at our Super Grom Surf Festival produced by the Florida Surfing Association in Jacksonville Beach this summer. Amanda is very gifted and her organizational skills are top level. The kids had a wonderful time, great activities, totally engaged, the interaction and commitment by staff is extremely professional - highly recommend MY GYM!

My card was charged for a membership to MyGym that I did not want and I cannot get them to credit my account. I have called and e-mailed and am given the run around each time, but still no credit has been issued. DO NOT do what I did and give MyGym your bank information, because they have charged me $123 dollars for a membership that I do not want and will not credit my account. What was supposed to be a free class has turned into a $123 class and has caused me and my family a lot of frustration.

The cancellation policy could be much clearer with this gym. Sometimes there are circumstances outside of the control of your customers that should be considered. When you tell someone they’re all set because you’re aware of their situation, you shouldn’t continue to bill them and then deny a conversation ever happened.

Coach Amanda and the rest of the staff are amazing! My daughter started going here when we 1st got stationed in Jax to continue what she was already doing in San Diego and Houston. She loved it here!!! We had to stop because we had another baby. Now they both are here and they love it every week!!! It’s a drive because we come from yulee but I’ll make it to see the smiles on their faces

Where do I start?! I absolutely love bringing my little one here and I'll tell you why: Firstly, the staff is well educated. They aren't just a bunch of people who are there for the paycheck. They know what they're doing and they do it well and with enthusiasm. I have no idea how they do it but they remember everyone's names and always seem to be excited to see us come through the door. Feels like family! Secondly, I really like how they have activities for the kids based on where they are at cognitively as well as physically. It's not just about running around, they help teach sharing, picking up, socialization, music, dancing and probably a lot more that I don't even realize. I've really enjoyed getting to know all of the staff there and I learn a lot from them. I even continue using the stretches and practice skills that they show us in class when we are home. This place has been so supportive of me as a mother and a new business owner. I could go on and on about how much I love this place but to sum it up I'll say this: do yourself a favor and check out a free class. Watch as your child becomes stronger, more confident and able to use the skills learned in class. I mean, my 18 month old can climb a rock wall! It's just an awesome place and I love it! One million stars!

Words cannot adequately convey the gratitude I have for the staff at MyGym Jacksonville. My son who is now five attended MyGym consistently from the age of six months until he was just a bit over 4. The staff at MyGym truly molded him into a premier athlete. The cognitive and physical skills he learned through the MyGym program have propelled him into the Olympic Sport of BMX, which he currently ranks 2nd in the state of Florida. I cannot thank them enough, there is not a better program or staff with which to trust your child's development in North Florida.

I took both of my boys to My Gym classes when they were toddlers - they loved the classes and so did I! It was a fun way to spend time with them and I liked them interacting with other toddlers. I met several great moms from the classes and we have continue to stay in touch. Now that my kid's are older they only attend their camps in the Spring and Summer. They are REALLY fun and a great cost!! All of the coaches that I've ever dealt with have been VERY friendly, very interested in their job and good with my boys. I've been very happy with my experience with My Gym (Beach Blvd)!!

I have been wanting to write a review for a while now & finally have the time. I am a busy mom. I wanted to not just give a 5 star review but let the staff here know how much we appreciate them! They are so patient and good with the kids. They give so much positive reinforcement. They are FUN but professional. Every time we come in they are always cleaning. I have been through lots of different programs with my kids and I have never seen a cleaner facility. They have an excellent make up policy. My 2 year old has been going to this My Gym location since she was 11 months. She has so much fun and the coaches are amazing! They have so much patience and really capture the attention of the kids with different games and stations throughout the class. A major plus is the new things every week so she never gets bored. In addition to what you would expect, the athletic part and learning coordination, she's also learned to do group activities and take direction. The space is extremely clean, toddler safe and organized. I wouldn't want to take her anywhere else. I recommend this to anyone with young children!

The staff at this loctaion is nice and accommodating, equipment is new and functional. But the MOMS who take their kids tehre are rather RUDE and UNEDUCATED cutting the line and not even apologizing after aknowledging it. I show my 17 montns old girl the best of this world. Uneducated people surrounding her and teaching my daughter that she can be put aside and neglected this is NOT what I am willing to pay my money for and . These moms have 4 year old sons and teaching “ladies first” and even more important “keep the line” is not anywhre on those moms’ list. It was our fisrt and last time at that location, will definitely look into other places- that doesn’t make you feel sad and unimportant for the rest of the day.

My Gym Jacksonville is wonderful. The Early Childhood Play/Socialization and Physical Development encouragement and strengthening is superior. They have great child development knowledge for the "whole" child and make their learning activities so much fun. They have great cleaning procedures and the couches are so positive. My daughter has grown so much in so many areas of her life because of My Gym. I am so grateful for finding this place, these wonderful teaches/educators and the children and other parents we had the pleasure of meeting. It is a perfect addition to the homeschooling curriculum as well as parents for who work and would like to add socialization and education to their children's lives. Most importantly, they bring happiness to children and that is priceless.

Truly a magical place! My son has been attending for a little over a year And he just loves it! We had his third birthday there and it was a huge hit, I was so impressed and my son was just bursting with joy and excitement! We love all the coaches! MyGym on Beach Blvd is incredible! We have been members 10 months, since my daughter was 6 months old. I am continually impressed with the creativity in each class, there are very few activities that we have repeated. The coaches are excellent with the kids (and parents)! This is a great place for children! The classes are so much fun and so are the events! The Kid's Nigh Out Parties are awesome! We drop the kids off at 6:30 and pick them up at 10. They get dinner there and are so tired when we pick them up. I highly recommend this place to all of my mommy friends.

Amazing place! My son attends the Terrific Tots class and we LOVED it from day one. Every week the gym set up changes as well as their learning skills activity. Coach Allie, Tiffany, and Amanda are super sweet and friendly. It’s a bit of a drive for us but trust me, it’s worth it! My sons favorite part is the “Welcome” song and getting his hands stamped at the end of class. WE LOVE MYGYM❤️!!

Edit: no, mygym, you are lying. I have screenshots of contacting the mygym Jacksonville contact us portal on your website on the 25th - the day you said I need to contact you by before you charge me. Even the paperwork has '25th' written on the top. You pressured me to sign up even though I told you my husband is going to say no but you were like ohhhh here we will work with you just contact us by the next morning which is when I will charge you and let us know what he said. As well as screenshot of my call log history showing I called several times on the 25th. They need $113 so badly, even the owner- just says oh well we don't do refunds it's on the policy sorry. I doubt they truly care about families they just want their money. We will be contacting our lawyer as well as disputing this false charge with our bank with proof. Terrible place. Shady people with no respect for other human beings. Not even veterans (my husband). Trick you into signing on. They only care about money. No integrity for your child. They don't care about you. Trick you into signing on, tell you they have no proof of you contacting them through the mygym portal. Who cares if you trick you on signing on, and meanwhile take the money from your account. Wow what a terrible company.

My gym is amazing! Its the most amazing and is the funnest job I have had. Every family and child i have met has been super nice and welcoming to me. I can't believe that I get to work with the best kids and families, I get to have fun while teaching children and their parents important skills they will use everyday. Physical activity in the early years are a huge reason my daughter is such a strong player on the basketball court today. She has the strength and agility to try any sport she wishes. My gym is a great fundamental for all children and parents. You can bond with your child while they develop physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Would get 5 stars but for the following. Classes are an hour long and naturally parents want to stay with their child. Given this, then they should definitely have more and more comfortable/real seating than they do.

I coordinated a Food Truck Rally at Hemming Plaza and My Gym was recommended by another vendor to be at my event. I contacted My Gym and not only was the coach professional, she was didn't take long to reply and sign up for the event. In my mind, I figured they would just have a few things out for the kids to play with while the coach stands around. -- Not what happened at all!! The coach engaged with the kids throughout the entire obstacle course that they brought out, which was super fun by the way! Coach Amanda is so professional and is such a ball of energy. Amanda exceeded my expectations so much that for my next event, I didn't want to ask if she could attend - I am BEGGING for her to attend! I recommend anyone with children to visit My Gym and see coach Amanda. She is awesome with kids!

We have been taking our son to My Gym for a year now and he has just flourished! He is on the shy side and is not a risk taker like most toddlers. ALL the coaches at the Beach Blvd location are phenomenal! Each one of them have taken the time to get to know my son on a personal bases and they accent his strengths while growing his weaknesses! They are extremely personable and it shows from the top down. The owner operator Spring is often at the gym and extremely friendly, concerned, professional and compassionate! Her children also participate in the classes. We know and adore all the coaches Preston, Natailia, Amanda, Sierra, Heath and coach Mandy are all engaging high energy and professional! I've seen times when toddlers are acting like "toddlers" And the coaches professionally redirect them without yelling or isolating the child. They also encourage each child to participate. And the coaches are not afraid of recognizing each individual child! Every kid is treated like a rockstar and a winner. The music and high energy are contagious! All the parents end up having a blast as well. The cleaning practices are fantastic! They vacuum and wipe down all the equipment between EVERY CLASS! My 2yr old loves to watch the coaches vaccuum after class so I know for a fact they do it EVERY-TIME! At the end of the day they do an even more through cleaning. They offer classes 7DAYS A WEEK! The times are so convenient and they are awesome about make-ups. If you are a parent of a child and you want to give them a safe, clean, fun, nourturing, high energy, educational, encouraging, diverse and stimulating environment to grow and play you have to check out MY Gym on Beach! It's been well worth every dime we have spent. For all the benefits the tuition is so reasonable!! Your children are little only once in life full there days with happy productive things to do ... Check out My Gym!!!

My Gym Jacksonville is by far the best thing you can do for your child!!!! At first I thought 73 dollars a month was expensive but then I went to other places & was blown away. These other places were not only MORE money but not as clean or friendly!!! I am so thankful to have my gym in my daughters life! My Gym far exceeds the standards of what today's generation are capable of getting in a school PE program or outside play at the playground with friends. My son and I visited several different places to find the right one for us. This location is closest to our house so we gave it a try, and we loved it from the first class and signed up twice a week. The coaches are all super friendly, kind, and very accomodating. They will even watch your kid while you use the bathroom! Which is always a nice touch, right!

BLUF: unsafe We tried this place when my son was 2. At first we really liked it but then the classes got really large. It was so crowded we could hardly move in the place. When we asked about it they said they were going to start only allowing one parent to come per child, really that was their solution less parents per toddler. Then my son fell from pretty high up because they forgot to put a barrier in one location. He landed on his head and really scared us (luckily he was okay). We ended our membership after that.
