Me and my wife we have come to Epic for around 2 years now and we love it. Its not the typical HIIT class as they mixed with some acrobatic exercise, nothing crazy but there is where you see better improvements as you go more and more frequently. It feels a bit like a HIIT with Ninja training. I highly recommend it.

Fun, efficient and effective workouts that you feel the next day. Enough repetition to build skills but enough new programming to keep things interesting. I did cardio exclusively for years - I enjoy this so much more and found the results both more immediate and longer lasting.

Offer well structured classes, but they are not very welcoming to new comers, who are trying their facility. In particular I had a bad experience with their instructor Jil. She is not the most positive person. Seems like she somehow feels inadequate, and that leads to not the most positive experience..

Now I know why the headache of many gyms is the front desk with rough and badly trained salespeople! Today I became interested in the information on this site and I received a call from a very rude boy who bothered my questions. That is not the way to sell and get leads .. learn to serve people, for that they are paid. I asked him if they were alone in Miami and if he could go and see the facilities and how far away they were from Brickell, and it bothered him. Please hire people and train them well... People like me.. Please Equinox that is the best people trained

5 stars This place is off the hook; the owner Karly is beyond accommodating and these classes I believe are truly going to be life-changing. Perfect location right in the middle of Brickell, Miami.

I have been coming to this facility for a little over a year now and cannot say more wonderful things. The workouts are different everyday, the classes are small, and all the instructors are amazing. When I first moved to Miami I used classpass to shop some gyms in the area, but am so happy to have found this community.

Love this place! I have no previous work out experience but the attentiveness these trainers focus on you while you work out makes it easy to want to come back and get in the rhythm of working out and getting in shape! ❤
