I joined 2 months ago. I have lost almost 20 lbs. and 3 inches off my waist. Staff are amazing and work with your schedule and abilities. I workout out by myself in the gym, personal training classes with Scott Mccarthy (The Owner) and I attend the many classes throughout the week during the evenings after work.

Staff is very friendly. Doesn't have the wide variety of other gyms, but has all the necessities. Definitely enough to get me a good workout and sore the next day :-)
