Absolutely love this 9Round! The workouts are so effective. You feel so strong both during and after the workout that it just lifts you for the rest of your day/week. I always look forward to my sessions and will rearrange my schedule as much as possible to make it there every week.

When I first joined 9round I was extremely excited to get in shape while learning new kickboxing techniques. I learned that the evening sessions are very disorganized compared to the morning. The younger employees are too busy talking to each other to announce new rounds. Aidyn directed me to the owner when I requested to cancel the contract I started with him due to conflicts in my schedule. I contacted the owner and she told me she advised me I couldn't cancel when she signed me up... it was very weird because she was not present when I signed up and I didn't meet her for weeks after I joined the gym. I also wasn't present when Aidyn started my new contract and the new contract has signatures that do not match mine. You can read between the lines on that one. Great facility, horrible management and terrible customer service.

Great gym. I am a runner and was just looking for something different to do in the winter but now I’m hooked! I wasn’t expecting such a change in my body with just 30 minutes workouts but they are crazy effective!! I have definition in my “mom-bod” abs I never thought I’d see again. The trainers are great, and the 30 minutes flies by - everyone has time for this!

You will find 9Round a great workout. The trainers make it fun but you will work. You can do this 30 minute workout and you will love it. Learn new skills, feel great, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from the trainers and the Pleasant Valley 9Round family. Yes, we all work and support each other. From my understanding first time on the house.

9round works perfectly for me since I get off work at different times and I can start my workout whenever I arrive. My other favorite thing is that there are trainers there to show me the correct technique(s) while I am exercising so I get the most out of my fully body exercises. They are always so helpful and are well trained to push to me to my potential. I honestly planned to do this for only a few months (summer slimdown) but I absolutely love it and it is now going to be apart of my lifestyle
