This gym has it all. Just joined yesterday 10/16/18 Staff is friendly. Paul the owner is a great guy. Gave me a tour of the gym and showed me certain equipment I was looking for when I started. This is the best gym in the area hands down. Every piece of equipment... they have it. Joining powerhouse was a power move.

This gym has it all! any machine you could possibly need, including three chest fly machines alone! Friendly staff always greets you, they have a protein bar, various snacks and supplements for purchase, and classes (though i haven't been). Paul is one of the owners and he's such a nice guy! The only thing lacking in the gym is the wifi connection once you hit the weight room, thanks to the concrete walls. But no worries...i just download a playlist on spotify so i can listen to it offline. If you're a more serious lifter, i'd highly recommend this gym!

yes it really is that good! Nice atmosphere and the owners are really there to listen to you.. nice facility and lots of free weights and machines. No attitudes that I have run into since joining a month and a half ago.

Very old school gym. Most equipment has rust and oil build up so all gym goers DON’T wear nice or new clothes here. If it rains the ceiling leaks and the windows will have rain come through occasionally. Quit a few mirrors are cracked. Overall quiet gym though. Has the basics if you’re looking to lift.

I have struggled with losing weight and obtaining a healthy lifestyle for a quite a few years now. Working with my personal trainer Eric, has enabled me to tap into strengths I never knew I had. He has been extremely patient with me, as I face a multitude of health issues. He is well diverse in implementing multiple strength training programs for me. And he has executed a well-balanced nutritional meal plan for me. The combination of his strength training programs for me, Powerhouse Gym's selection of equipment and my personal nutrition plan Eric has tailored for me, I have FINALLY lost 20 pounds and my A1C levels are at the best my doctor has seen for me! I am no longer pre-diabetic and feel fantastic!!! Thank you Eric and Powerhouse!!!

My uncle has been going to Power House since the early 90's. Him and Paul the owner have known eachother for a long time, and my uncle suggested I go check the gym out. After leaving my previous gym due to lack of maintenance and care by the owners, I was ready to switch and I'm glad I did. Gina at the desk was so nice and helpful in showing me around the gym, and signing up took maybe five minutes if that. Gym is clean, tons of different equipment in the weightroom, and a variety of classes. I also like the fact they have a big, open area on the side specifically designed for stretching, ab work, pushups, etc. I already feel very welcome and comfortable here definitely recommend Power House they have something for everyone.
