The owner of this gym takes care of it's customers! Honestly the best gym in the CT valley. Management isn't looking to screw anyone over, unlike the reviews I've read of Anytime Fitness or LA fitness. Plus in my own experience, they just try and sell you too hard instead of just giving a great rate and good service. I'm so absolutely thrilled with the amazing staff, trainers, and owners of this clean, friendly facility. Update: I actually fractured my ankle after my first review AND moved to another town. I went in to cancel my membership and the gym manager couldn't have been more helpful. Despite having membership payments outsourced to another company - he figured out a way to cancel my account. Honestly, once I'm done with physical therapy I might come back here. I've never had such positive interactions with gym management. The facility is big, they have classes included with your membership. Honestly such a great value for the $20/month I was paying.

Staff is friendly, the gym doesn't get overcrowded, the machines are kept in good condition, locker rooms are large.

A great gym! Nice equipment and plenty of it, no waiting. Friendly staff. Clean locker rooms. Very easy to get to.

It’s clean and never have to wait for a machine. My issues are i fell today and 6 people watched me crying and holding my leg and not one person asked if i was okay or got a staff member. My other issue is you don’t know what is it the protein shakes or the prices till afterwards, i like to know ahead of time.

Well equipped gym with nominal week fees. I always workout whenever I travel to Hartford. They have a smoothie shop as well if you need to have a post workout drink!
