Much more than a work out, this is a community and each of the trainers are patient and encouraging, they make their clients feel and know that they can do the work out, no matter what fitness level they are at! They greet each person that walks in the door by name, they make us know that we matter, as does getting a personalized and amazing workout. A+ and then some!

I hopped in on a promotional pass and was immediately hooked! I now look forward to going every day I can. The workouts are great and the coaches and members are amazing people. There is a great support system in this community for people of all levels of athletic ability.
