Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Endless options of classes that are included with membership. The opportunities for personal training that doesn’t consist of walking around in front of everyone else for those people who aren’t comfortable.

It's a nice place, the equipment is good they have water massage chairs , and a theater with bikes in it , there are some down falls to it the parking lot is to small it gets packed there the locker rooms have small benches and it's a bit pricey.

I was signed up for auto pay and with no warning they hit me with an over 90 dollar fee and refused to refund it, let me talk to any managers or even give me a phone number or email to cooperate.

I called this morning to ask someone if they were running any specials for a membership and the women that answered Jessica was extremely rude, very poor customer service skills i do not understand why i was treated like i was a bother that’s completely unprofessional and you shouldn’t want someone like that representing your company....

Very clean gym they also offer shakes. I had a horrible experience here Monday night, the worst customer service skills. In my opinion he was very rude and not helpful. I’ll be exploring other gyms in the area

Came in tonight for the first time, was given a tour felt very welcomed, and comfortable it wasn’t too busy which I enjoyed. Would like to see an overnight class option and a discount for shakes

I used to own this gym which now now houses Club 24. My son worked there for awhile last year and enjoyed his time. It is now February 20th and he still hasn't received his W2. As a past owner, nothing should ever diminish the member's or the staff's experience at the club. I called five times and each time got a manager (Ryan) who was as helpful as a rock at a Mensa Conference. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone who actually could help and all I got was, the W2's are getting mailed this week. Three weeks later - nothing. I caution anyone who is looking to join a club: Investigate how they treat their employees, because that is a good indication of how the employees will treat the members.

Beautiful new facility. Plenty of space. Love the movie room! Watch a movie while you work out and you don't realize how fast an hour goes by.

Past reviews not accurate theater not always working or update movies. Bathrooms changing room no hooks or bench have to put stuff on floors . When joining they said were not like other gyms we keep things updated and fix things fast

Hope you never have to get out of your gym membership. They make it as hard as they possibly can. Oh and Ryan, the new gm, is incredibly condescending and rude. Stay away from this place.

Nice place to workout. They have so many options and all kinds of equipments and weights. There is cinema theatre where you can watch movie and workout.

Don't do it! They suck, are unreasonable, rude and plain crooked. I was in the area for work, had my contract cancelled and requested that the online contract that I'd signed 10 days prior be voided (I never set foot in the club). They refused stating that I had to come to the club to cancel. I was already in my home state of Texas. They said I had to send a lease agreement and a certified mail cancelling the service. After doing all that they said I still had to pay more money even though the letter was dated from 3 weeks prior. They are not transparent or fair.
