Most fun workout you'll find! My mom literally had to drag me to Jazzercise two years ago. I promised her three visits and that was it. By three, I was hooked! One of the things I love is the ability to modify as needed. I was able to workout throughout my entire pregnancy and it made delivery and recovery of my 5th so much easier than my first four. So glad I found this place. And you'll love the instructors too; so much fun! They're not just instructors anymore, but friends.

North central Jazzercise ROCKS as do all the instructors. Owner Mary Strada runs an A #1 franchise. Mary and all her instructors are a class act. They all make you feel welcome and are so nice and friendly. They make every class you take so much fun and the ladies and some men who take classes are so friendly. It's a really fun bunch! They make you feel like family here! It's the best workout, you sweat to great music and you feel better than when you came in.
