The studio itself is so relaxing, clean, and well managed.. I truly feel at peace here. The classes fit to any ability level or goal. I LOVE Hot Asana. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. The studio is clean and inviting. They offer classes for a variety of skill levels and to accommodate varying availability. Plus, who doesn't love the lavender cloth and shoulder massage with grape seed oil at the end of each class? I leave every class refreshed and relaxed.

Audrey was amazing for warm vinyasa. She kept reminding us to do what was right for our bodies, so no pressure to perform. The front desk is very flexible (we were a minute late), and welcoming. The 15 min cool down at the end is what sold me. Complete with cold towels on our faces and a quick shoulder massage which was unexpected but amazing. Music was great!

I've been practicing at Hot Asana for the past few months. The instructors are all very professional and knowledgeable about yoga. The space is always clean and well kept and they offer lots of other amenities like towels, tea, etcetera to make you comfortable.

Very nice people and facility. Sure wish they had a class with only instrumental music or no music, as it's often hard to focus on breathing and/or hear the instructor over the music.

Top notch quality yoga studio. The teachers are well versed in their practice and offer a variety of poses for different levels. As a dancer and someone who has always been athletic they offer a great physical challenge for my body while simultaneously leaving me with peace and serenity in my mind. Truly one of the best studios I have ever practiced at.
