This is the best gym for strength training on Fort Carson. Their setup is great and you can complete most of your workout in one small area.

Best gym on post. Tons of power racks and bumper plates. They have chalk but its regularly empty so bring your own. Worst thing is you get someone that plugs their phone into the speaker and plays bad music.

Great place to work out in. Though it is small still has the necessary machines needed to conduct your basic workouts. The locker rooms are always well kept and the guys at the front desk are always with positive attitudes.
