This is my first experience with having a gym membership. The first thing I noticed was how clean the gym is all of the time even the bathrooms and showers. Staff is friendly in there if you need help with how to use equipment or any other questions. Gym members are respectful of your privacy. If you have your earbuds in they know you don't want to talk. People are very respectful of your workout time. They have a lot of equipment plenty of treadmills and bikes and anything else you could ask for plus they offer classes. I wouldn't hesitate it's been a great experience

I am visiting and this gym is so everything I am looking for. The best part is everyone is so nice and caring. They really help you out and everyone just talks and is super great. This gym really felt like home. My Husband and I would tell anyone to come here. Plus there is a beautiful dog you get to pet also. The only issue I have with the gym is I wish I would had found it a lot sooner.

I walked in and stood by the counter for five minutes. I wanted a membership...there were little kids running around and it was really strange. After about five minutes of waiting I simply about faced and got the hell out of there.

This gym is still my all time favorite. 5 states and counting. 11 gyms. All the equipment you need to see improvement ( if you know what you are doing). Huge trainers ( they know what they are doing). Helpful manager and all around down to earth guy.( He is very helpful) This is a gym for people that put pride aside and come to make a change, so anyone.

My wife and I have been going to this gym for a year we absolutely love the atmosphere and the people. They are so helpful and we enjoy the "str8 to business" mentality. You know when you go to work out your working out hard and no one is there to play. I love love love this gym amazing.

Great old school gym with a great atmosphere!! It is well taken care of and the people are friendly. No egos here, well maybe one guy has a huge ego. But every gym has that one guy. Gym has a lot of equipment that most places don't.

This is a no frills, old school lifting gym. There's some cardio equipment but the focus here is free weights and weight machines. Most results in transforming my body has been here. Go in, get your work done, and leave. Simple. Staff is awesome and no judgement in where you start at. Independent trainers bring clients here too.

This gym felt like a real gym for lifters. The atmosphere was great and the trainers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm from out of state but I visit a few times a year. This will definitely be the gym I go to! It's like nothing I've seen before back in Kansas.

Cardio and machines as well as tons Of bars and racks. Even tires, kegs, and atlas stones in the back alley. Highly recommend for the seasoned weighlifter. .
