Best workout in springs! Everyone is so motivating. Watch out for the 5:15 class they are going to put you to work !! I have finished my 10 weeks and now doing fit recharge and never plan on leaving !! It’s a great investment

If I could put a negative I would! DO NOT GO HERE! It is the biggest waste of money! They stole extra money from me and it took me MONTHS to get it back! I would constantly try and contact them and never heard ANYTHING until I actually contacted their corporate office. Their workouts are the simplest workouts ever. You can do everything from home! It is not worth spending a penny on this place! And whatever you do DO NOT DO THEIR 10 week program. It's dumb and way over priced! They say you get a whole nutrition plan but it is just a book. It's not even personalized!!! Your better off getting a workout DVD and doing it at home.

10 wk program is overpriced and under delivered. My coach was another member not a trained person. Food logs were a joke. The feedback I received was not at helpful. Nothing constructive.

Farrell extreme bodyshaping is the best gym i've ever been to! Everyone here is so supportive, and kind. I would definitely recommend coming to this gym if you are looking for results, supportive atmosphere, and health guidance.
