I'm just now about two months into my Cambio yoga practice. I've never been let down by the experience. The instructors provide insights, intentions, and delve into the heart of yoga that goes beyond the realm of physical wellbeing deep into spiritual, mental, and emotional health. I've become stronger in more regards than just my body by frequenting this studio. Thank You Team Cambio

I think it is ridiculous to lock the doors of the studio before each class. Especially before the class officially starts. I had to take care of a few problems at home, at 520 AM, mind you, and drove to Cambio as quickly as I could. I arrived at 559 to find the door already closed. I have never once been to a yoga studio that locks it's doors. Every other place understand that things happen and if you are a few minutes late, it's not the end of the world. They also know that people are capable of entering an ongoing yoga practice quietly and without disturbing others. This studio acts as if they are the greatest set of yoga teachers. I can tell you I have met people who are ten times better instructors and don't treat me in a condescending manner. If you want people to practice with you, don't lock them out.

Dan Lewis

This local studio introduced me to yoga and it's still my favorite place to practice in Colorado Springs. They offer different types and all their instructors are incredible. Rita's Saturday morning flow is fun and challenging and Erica's Saturday night class has the best music. This yoga studio hosts classes for every level, but the instructors take the time to demonstrate poses during class as well.

Jordan Norman

Cambio is such a great studio! Not only when it comes to education and continuing education, but with their wide range of classes (type and times) and strong community atmosphere as well. I would highly recommend their yoga teacher training programs!! They cover so many important topics.

Kelly McLachlan

This is the best yoga studio I have ever had the pleasure of practicing in. That being said, I only ever do yin yoga here. It is superb though. So incredibly relaxing.Thank you cambio for bringing peace to my Sunday evenings

Cambio Yoga is an genuinely inclusive place. The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification I did through Cambio was life changing. The staff and teachers love sharing the beauty of yoga to all. I was prepared and confident to teach when I completed my 200 hr. training. Cambio's mission is to make yoga accessible to all and prides itself in being a donation based yoga studio. I'm so grateful to have found Cambio and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Jose Palacios

Cambio is a very friendly and open studio. Very affordable, welcoming and flexible hours to attend your favorite yoga practice.

I went to try out this yoga studio with a friend for the first time, and will NEVER go back. I was 1 minute late to the class and was told I would not be able to go in and would not receive a refund for the class. The woman I spoke with with incredibly rude and lacking any empathy. I understand there are rules in place, but there is never a reason to treat customers that way. Very disappointed.

Fernando Manrique

I've finally found a yoga studio that I like. Plenty of options for classes and very easy to book. I like their philosophy and that it is donation based too. I hope they open the new location soon, since I'm too far from them now that I moved to Manitou.

I attended the Sunday evening 60 min Hot Yoga class led by Taryn. It was an exhausting, yet amazing experience. I felt great afterwards. The space was clean and organized. The men's locker room had clean showers. If you have been thinking about trying a hot yoga class, do yourself a favor and sign up for a class. The class fills up pretty quickly, I recommend arriving 20 minutes early. I'm definitely going back for more.

I came from out of town. I was home for work and to see my family. Things have been stressful, so I looked forward to a yoga class. I’m a working mom of two and spouse of an active duty military wife at Ft. Benning. I’m originally from CO. I was taking my older brother and niece for the first time. We arrived and the lady, who we later found out was in our class helping the main instructor, was absolutely rude to the front desk gals. She was barking orders and acting completely u professional in front of us. My niece is 11 and was witnessing this poor behavior. I felt rushed, put off n a burden for being mildly late to the class. My first impression was that there could be more pleasantness from this employee. I’ve been to yoga studios where they are great at setting the mood from the MOMENT you walk in. That was NOT the case at Cambio.

I walked into Cambio just under 10 years ago (what?!) to check out a studio class - completely nervous and overwhelmed after having a few intimidating studio experiences before. And after that class, I knew I found my place. My sister in law and I made it our weekly thing. Eventually, teacher training called to me, and I began what is now the work that I love. I have the good fortune to be able to work with some of the most open, compassionate, generous, and kind souls (I could go on and on... ), and have the great privilege of teaching this practice to anyone that wants to venture on this path, whether it is in a studio class or in teacher training. I feel greatly supported in my own personal practice, as well as in my endeavors as a teacher, through knowledgeable teachers and ongoing peer mentorship. I've forged lifelong friendships here with people that truly care and lift each other up. There's a reason people love cambio, and a reason so many students end up teaching here. It is the genuine culture of inclusivity and accessibility that draw people in, and the stellar community of teachers and students that Amber and Austin have fostered, that keep students coming back. But, don't take my word for it. Come see for yourself.

If you want a place that's run by hollier than though Nazi teachers who have no compassion or understanding go to cambio. Thanks for ruining my birthday. I'm a new mom with an infant & my husband's always gone with the army & I'm playing mommy 24/7 alone. My husband asked me what I wanted, nice dinner a present erc... i said no all i wanedcwas him to watch the baby while I did ONE yoga class. finally had the chance to do one hour of yoga on my birthday, the only hour I have had myself in months. My husband who's new to sitting the baby since he's always gone felt most comfortable if they hung out downstairs in the car/ took a walk around the block while I had my phone on me in case he could no longer manage the situation or something went array. I had my phone upside down & on silent. I didn't even put it on vibrate because I know that's still distracting. I checked it twice; the first time nothing, the second time my heart dropped... a missed call. I stepped outside & I guided him through what turned out to be a very needed diaper change. I went back inside to what was left of my practice. I checked it again 15 mins later this time the teacher literally bent over and snatched the phone out of my hand before I could even look at it and proceeded to walk away with my phone! !! I stepped behind her and took my phone back she started to lecture me about how I can't have my phone in there. I told here I have an infant whose being watched downstairs by his father & that I was on stand by. She said with a terrible condescending attitude that i am not alliwed to check my phone. I said I that I had to and she told me that I should leave the class then. So I did. I was being discreet not disrupting class or texting or anything just half lifting my phone that was upside down to see if my husband had called or texted. I was in tears. My only hour that I jumped through hoops to get off for my birthday was ended in humiliation and with a broken spirit went back to washing poopy cloth diapers and breastfeeding and didn't even get a shower that day. That wouldn't have been so depressing if the 3 hours it took to preparefor, get to and get back from that yoga class weren't a total waste and completely humiliating. I have taught and practiced yoga for over 12 years and never once felt the need to talk to someone about their phone use. I never take it personal or feel the need to touch their personal property or humiliate them or be so dispassionate. Even if they WERE checking Facebook or instagram... it's their personal practice and it's their choice to fully show up on their mats or not. It's not my job to police them into a focused dedicated state. Or play highschool principle and march iver and snag their phones. Never ever returning to this studio.

I would give this place 5 stars if they offered more classes that were not hot yoga. Hot yoga is not for everyone that is why I am looking elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful for all levels! Not only is it donation based, but the quality of instruction is out of this world. They offer classes morning, day, and night. Easily my favorite studio in Colorado Springs!

I have been going to Cambio for about two years. I love Cambio and all of their staff. They have great teachers and it is always a positive atmosphere. Cambio has a good variety of yoga classes and workshops available to choose from. They truly are donation based.

I always have a great time at yoga. I feel like a better person after each class. Plus I love how this is a donation based studio.

I started going to the Vinyasa for Beginners class, taught By Holly Horter on Saturdays at 10:30. Great atmosphere, and good people. Holly makes your first yoga class less scary. After going for about 2 months I am start to get the hang of it. The breathing and learning what each pose works has been very helpful in both leveling my mood and getting space from the stretching this does. Also Holly keeps it to where even a scientist like me is into it.

I have been to a few other studios in the springs and Cambio is the best. They really support the idea that every one is different and everyone's yoga practice isn't going to look or feel the same and that's okay. Everyone is easygoing and understanding. It doesn't feel like if you can't do a pose then you're looked down upon, like it can feel in other studios. My first yoga class was actually at Cambio. I felt welcomed and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. Cambio has been my go-to for the past few years.

Kara Galvin-Fischer, Health Coach/Yoga Teacher

I LOVE Cambio Yoga!! It is the most inclusive studio in town that welcomes all ages and body types. They offer the widest breadth and depth of classes I've ever seen. Sometimes there are three classes going on at once. Truly something for everyone. The fact that they are a donation-based studio makes every class affordable. Amazing place. Amazing people.

Kristi Stiles

It was a little nerve wracking doing something out of my comfort zone like yoga, but I LOVE it. Everything about cambio is open and inviting. The atmosphere, the teachers, even fellow students. It's a great yoga studio!

Charly Rupprecht

Excellent place to practice yoga. Fantastic instructors and a comfortable environment at a very affordable price!

I have visited several studios and many are very nice but this one is my favorite by far.

Jessica Rodriguez

I enjoyed the class I took but this is a very crowded place. If your purchased spot is given to someone on the waitlist, you don’t get your money back. I think I’ll just do yoga at home. The staff are awesome, but the facility doesn’t allow for the volume of people that want to attend and I lost money because of it.

I have practiced at Cambio for about 3 years and I have always loved it there. Cambio is the studio that made me feel passionate about a yoga practice. Recently I tried two other studios in Colorado Springs because they're located closer to my house. I found myself really missing Cambio during my classes at the other studios. Cambio's warm and welcoming sense of community and mindfulness is something to be cherished. I wouldn't say I took Cambio for granted but after trying other studios in town I feel that Cambio is a gem. All the teachers at Cambio are kind, fun and SO knowledgeable. If theres anything remotely negative to say about Cambio it is that it has a monopoly on the best teachers in town. Thanks Cambio! You are truly fantastic.

Ethan D

Hot yoga. Awesome.

Some teachers humble and some are not and i would suggest you enforce rules that everyone to be humble as yoga is not a place for arrogance or even prejudice ( why turn off those lights? it only creates more peer pressure or fake expectations , it isnt a union of well toned bodies but rather should be a place of union of positive all accepting minds ..isnt it the goal of yoga ) , place can be cramped so better try to expand the place so that it doesnt look like kungfu class..overall exp is fine but those are my points

Michael Billot

Truly a blessing to the yogis of Colorado Springs.

On Saturday I attended my first session of Beginners Vinyasa . I'm a beginner who lives a sedentary lifestyle. I've never liked gyms, I always feel out of place around super-healthy, workout- freaks. I came to Cambio initially, because of their accessibility. They offer a variety of classes, at varying times (I have an insanely busy schedule.) Their mission statement is to make yoga accessible to all. The studio Is donation based so anyone can practice. When I arrived, the teachers and staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. There were men and women of all sizes and ages, at different levels of experience. My instructor was on her last day of her "internship?" she did an awesome job, it was like I was learning with her. I was able to easily keep up with the pace of the class. There was no sense of inflated ego, or annoying yoga-elitists. I felt absolutely amazing after my class. My body felt rested, my mind was clear and still. Now I'm totally hooked.

Daisy Conal

Cambio Yoga is a wonderful place! I absolutely love the idea of a donation based yoga studio with different classes for different levels of practice and ability. The instructors are all pretty friendly and willing to help students work around obstacles that might impead one's practice. They are also simply lovely to talk to. I keep going back again and again. My favorite class is the Gentle Hatha class Sunday mornings.

Brian Kleiner

Haven't been able to take a class here in a few months but I miss it here. It is a very supportive and committed community at Cambio and they add loads to the local yoga scene. As a teacher around town myself, I always recommend this studio to my students.

Been going here once a week for a couple of months. Great place. But I don't like that they lock the doors. I have a busy schedule and get off at 7pm. the hot yoga is 99% of the time at 7:15pm. I would be able to make it if there was an option on the website to rent a mat. I have to stop at the atm to get $20 for a $1 mat and sometimes I forget to get cash because I've already paid for the class with card. Luckily the instructors have allowed me to wait and pay mat for the on the next class. Would be nice if there were later hot yoga classes. Like 7:30, 8:00 or 8:30 Have been enjoying cambio alot!

Rhiannon Leatherwood

i love this studio so much. It’s been my home studio for the last 4-5 years, and they just continue to grow and evolve beautifully. I’m in their intensive yoga teacher training now, and the teachers and program here is so full and well rounded. This studio has made me a better person as a whole. Come here for quality classes, teachers and community. LOVE.

Rebecca Godinez

I was trying to go with my husband after work to the beginner class. The first time went okay, but the second time there was construction in the parking lot. We got there in time, and went upstairs to check in. The lady was talking to someone else and ignoring us. When she finally got around to us she told us our class was downstairs. We went downstairs to find the doors were locked. We went back upstairs to see if she could let us in, but she was quite rude and completely uninformative. She never explained that there is a late policy. And we wouldn't have been late if she could have taken 30 seconds to tell us where our class was!

This yoga studio is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and professional. The studio is very clean and pleasant. I will continue to go here often.

I love it here! The classes are fantastic and the instructors explain things well and demonstrate when necessary, making it easier for beginners to follow along. The atmosphere is very soothing.

My son (13 years old) and I went to our first yoga class ever today (besides Youtube yoga). I had a difficult time finding a place where I could bring him. We felt welcome and supported. Both of us enjoyed our experience and will be back (next time I will bring my daughter who also wants to attend). Thank you for creating a space where we can do yoga together!

Haley Love

I went for the first time tonight to a 1 hour class. I really enjoyed it and didn't feel pressured or judged for not being able to keep up at times. The room was a little hot (not hot yoga) for my liking but it was tolerable, Average donations are $9-15 per hour you attend but any amount is accepted with no attitude or judgement. They also do other events including a quarterly self care class (I learned about it today before and after class at my own discretion). I highly recommend Cambio and will definitely go back.

Sophia Michelle

I have been to many yoga studios...but Cambio has become my home. The people here are so down to earth and friendly, and the variety of classes is amazing!! I go almost every day and it has changed my life. Thank you, Cambio!

jim lo

Place only cares about money . Places like this try and act like they care about your well being but it’s all about money to them. Donation based just to avoid taxes.

Ann Stanley

I was a little nervous about trying something new. I typically think yoga and Circle Solei type of poses comes to mind. This is not the case, although I am in awe when I see advanced yogis go further into poses. This center is very welcoming to everyone. It is nice to see a variety of levels practice together and there is no pressure. Everyone is welcome to do what they feel is right for them for that day. The variety of classes and times is also a plus.

Deanna Arnold

I LOVE Cambio yoga! It is by far the best studio in this state!! All of the instructors are nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable about alignment and the benefits gained from each pose. I was shocked when I read a couple of the negative reviews here because Cambio does not deserve them. I've been going to Cambio for several years and my experience has always been positive. If you're looking for an amazing studio with amazing instructors who will guide you through an amazing practice for an amazingly affordable price, then Cambio is your place!

Daniel Lewis

Incredible, friendly yoga studio where all the instructors are not only committed to the practice, but also the the lifestyle and making the community better. They offer classes for every level and take time to help with different poses and challenges. I moved about 30 minutes away and continue to go here because of the wide range of classes and the proficiency of the instructors.

Eric Flannel

I am new to yoga and was very impressed with my first vinyasa meditation combo class. I signed up for 10 classes right away.

Mia Bailey

I love the instructors there at Cambio and the atmosphere of the yoga rooms

Went to the Friday night meditation and yoga class, as a very first time yoga experience it was awesome!!! The staff is friendly and inviting, it's clean, and there's a great vibe! I think it's a wonderful community resource, and I will definitely be back.

Been going here with my teen for just over a year, and we always leave feeling better than when we walked in. I do recommend you sign up online and show up early!

Jasmine Grubb

Tried this studio for the first time, and so far am very impressed! It's by FAR the most affordable yoga I have ever encountered, yet the classes don't seem to suffer. I've never been able to practice super regularly due to the cost so I am so excited to be able to try everything they have to offer. From what I hear, I would recommend getting to classes early due to parking. I like to do that anyway to get settled and calm.

M Wright

took a sunday am power vinyasa class. the teacher was super welcoming and I got a great work out. i hadnt realized the rooms were heated but this was manageable. (the teacher may have even taken pity on me and turned down the heat after seeing the look on my face when she explained the class i had bought. i get the feeling it’s that kind of place)❤️

Tyler Conquest

This community creates a beautiful environment for any type of practice.

Erica Culpepper

Best yoga studio I've yet to find in the U.S. I drove about an hour a day just to make it to a class everyday when I lived there. :P I miss you guys soo much!

I love Cambio and everyone who teaches here and frequents it.

Love this place!

Stephanie Mathewson

Wow, what an amazing healing energy cambio gives to it's patrons. The teachers are caring, patient and knowledgeable. The vibe is creative, with a fun coffee bar, live music, and lots of social activities. Check it out, you won't be sorry.

Brittnee Strachan

Great classes, fantastic instructors, clean and fun studio. This is a great place to practice. I've tried other yoga spots, but cambio is the best. I love the energy. I love the teachers. My favorite thing about cambio is its donation form of payment. If you sign up for class in person it truely is a donation of whatever you can afford. If you sign up online there is a minimum donation but still far below standard drop in fees else where. They also offer a monthly donation option with no contracts. If you're looking to practice yoga but have been put off by expensive sign up fees and contracts then cambio is your spot.

I came from France to spend holidays in the US and taking my first yoga lessons at this studio was one of the most amazing part of my trip! They are really nice and welcoming and the classes were awesome! Moreover the fact that they are donation based is truly amazing :)

Savannah Hunt

First time doing hot yoga and I absolutely loved the environment and the teacher! Very friendly staff. Will for sure be coming again.

True to yoga.

Can't beat donation based yoga. Most instructors are stellar with good cues on alignment and breath.

Buckle up kids, have I got a story for you. I visited cambio in the early 2010s and even though I was in a pretty dark place and living in a haze, I knew there was something special about it - I felt a resounding sense of safety and acceptance. I didn't continue with my yoga practice at that time but years later when I was ready to revisit the idea, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. In fact, I had this crazy idea that I wanted to become a yoga teacher (even though I had only done yoga those few times years earlier), searched google for local yoga schools and once I was reminded of cambio, the search was over. I remembered how great it felt to just be inside the studio and I looked no further. I completed cambio's Yoga Teacher Training in the summer of 2017 and was soon after accepted as part of their Teacher Internship program, through which I received ongoing mentorship which kept me accountable and showing up (because I’m the person who quits EVERYTHING). I’m 2 years in and fall in love with this studio more and more everyday. The community is diverse, caring and REAL. The teachers and students are warm, inviting and genuine. The classes and school aren’t tied to a specific lineage, so with such a diverse group of teachers, you’re exposed to a lot of ideas and challenged to find out what works for yourself instead of taking someone’s word for it. You’re taught how to think, not what to think. Cambio teachers receive tons of opportunities for ongoing education and support. The people here have given me a second chance at life, courage to take chances, skills to serve others, and opportunities to lead. I’m so grateful, every single day, for the hard work, love and energy that has been put into this mission and for the opportunity to be a part of it. If you ever have any questions, just ask… No type of yoga is right for everyone, but everyone can find a practice that is right for them!

Amazing

It’s not very relaxing being put in a room in a tiny room with 40 people. It’s changed over the years and now feels like they’re just shoving as many people in as possible for donations. Will not be attending any longer.

Zebrina Piper

Love:)

Dominique Juliano

I love the team of instructors and class selection. The ability to cater to not just a wide variety of skill, but also various practices is refreshing. Instructors genuinely care that you are properly aligned and safe in your poses and are always willing to answer questions. Being donation-based makes this feat even more remarkable and I am so happy they are part of the community. Thank you!
