Been working out here since the summer. It's expensive, sucks that we can't bring guests, and the staff is super unfriendly and unconcerned if you are unhappy about something. They know they have you in a contract, so they have no reason to care. Their mentality is to shrug their shoulders and be like "all well" sucks to be you, if you want to leave that will be a couple hundred dollars. The manager/owner Keaton is particularly abrasive and rude, and could care less about customer concerns. Also, they charge a random yearly fee for "gym maintenance." They are only in it for the money, I would avoid this place. Equipment and atmosphere are typical for a gym, though it was always too hot for my taste.

I have so many good things to say about this place, but I'll be concise. Of all the gyms I've been to (aside from my university gyms, which were the bomb), this is my favorite. It's not huge, and it doesn't need to be. I don't need a gym that's flashy and has bulky personal trainers - I just need a large free weight area, a reasonable sized stretching area, and some cardio equipment. As an added bonus, there's a great class room complete with spin bikes, rowers and tons of floor space. They keep this place extremely clean (obviously important in a gym), the owner, Keeton is very involved and very nice, I never felt pressured (even to join, I was really the one driving things actually), and - lo and behold - they actually circulate the air. It's startling how few gyms understand the importance of circulating air around their gym. A little more expensive than the bigger chain gyms, and this location is better than the other Anytime Fitnesses I've been to in the area, but I'd still say it's totally worth it.

The manager has NO management skills whatsoever... All they do is say they will check into it or get offended by the members concerns and suggestions. The need to realize that we the MEMBERS are the ones that are paying their bills. I suggest that all managers,employees go to some kind of management skills class. I will also suggest all concerns for current members go directly to Corporate offices... As these guys need to remember they are working under a very large Corporate Brand that won't allow anyone to ruin what they have worked so hard for...

I've tried many gyms and this gym is by far the best. The guy who owns the gym does a great job of keeping things clean and addressing issues that arise. I seriously love this gym and they are always adding brand new equipment! Met some pretty awesome people here during the busier hours and always have a spotter when needed

Great staff, great equipment, great members! I've been working out at this gym since they first opened. I immediately switched over from the Littleton location after seeing how nice the facilities were and how great the staff treats not only their gym, but their members as well. They're always updating equipment and looking for member input to gain varied opinions on how to improve the club. I have never had any issues with this location, and I often try to get as many people as I can to sign up here. Coming from somebody who goes here almost every day, I'd wholly suggest touring the facility and getting your membership from these guys.

Every anytime fitness is different. They are all connected to the Anytime Fitness overall system, and have to abide by some of their rules, but they all have their own manager and owner. This location, in my opinion, is the best one I have experienced. It is newly expanded, when I go workout I see the manager cleaning on a regular basis, and it has a good variety for a smaller gym. They are very helpful, they even helped with my issues at another location. While I can't speak to some of Anytime Fitness' policies, this location is well run.

They have a good collection of bigger machines for people who want to lift heavier weights. It's also not typically overcrowded especially in the mornings.

This is the best Anytime Fitness I've ever been to. Large, Clean and the owner is very friendly. There is a room for stretching or floor style exercises. There plenty of room in the weight areas. Water fountain has a good filtration system. I know that may not seem important to some. But I like my water clean tasting. Lol. All in all a excellent gym.

Best gym I've been a part of. Equipment is great, place is always very clean. The managers do a great job of making it better each day. The different variety of members here is awesome, really proves that this gym can fit anyone's needs or goals. Friendly environment, always know I'll have a spotter or someone to help if needed

It seems like all the negative reviews are all people who went for a few months and couldn't get out of a “contract” they signed for. Funny. It's one thing to be unhappy, so instead of resorting to social media to complain and try to deface a local business owner, why not be an adult and go down and talk to Keaton in a polite and respectful manner and work the issues out instead of blasting him online like a common high school student.

The Staff was amazing here . They do certainly but the customer first you pay a little bit of a premium but looking around the GYM and equipment certainly worth every penny . Amazing place and staff highly recommend

The gym was clean and the machines were well maintained. Most of the equipment looks brand new and the gym was not very crowded. The major negative was the odor in the gym. It smells somewhere between wet dog and moldy potatoes. Other than that it was great.

Jordan the trainer is awesome! Not the cheapest but he will get you results. The owner Keaton though only cares about money and himself. Went in to freeze my membership and almost 3 months later I’m still being charged for it, so clearly it’s not frozen. Glad it will be over soon so I can be done with this gym. I’m sure I can find better near me as I’ve moved. He fakes that he wants to help but I have to drive 1 hour to go in person and get zero results. No thanks!

I've been lifting here every day since right after they opened their doors. The equipment is always maintained, the staff is always helpful and the members are always friendly. It seems like the negative reviews are all people who went for a month and couldn't opt out of a contract or bring in all of their friends for free during unstaffed hours. I've never had a single problem at this location.

Clean, quiet (altho i go at odd times) and very kind lighting. Has all the basic equipment in working order. I havent tried the training but i know they offer it. Its a little pricey at $40/month but worth it in my opinion

I had a membership with Anytime Fitness in Canada, where the fees were much lower (I was able to pay monthly with no minimum term commitment). I was told by the owner of the Kipling & Morrison location that if I paid the Canadian price, but used his club that he would start charging me his price. But, I paid in Canada and he is unable to charge me through his system, so since he could not charge me and I don't think that I should have to pay more than I agreed to in my initial contract with Anytime Fitness, he told me that he would have to ban me from his location until I paid the additional fees. This guy tries to squeeze every penny (and nickle and dime) that he possibly can. I told him that since I wasn't going to pay his price, I wanted to return my fob and receive a cash return (as was told to me when I signed-up, in Canada). Mr. NickleNDime told me that there was no way he was going to give me any cash for the fob. When I started really questioning him on his pricing policies he told me that I "could go somewhere else" (the way I received it though was "F#%# OFF!"), which I most certainly will! After reading the other reviews, I can totally see how they felt. All this guy cares about is getting you into a contract. I am SOOOO glad that I did not enter into a 12, 18 or 24 month contract with this guy. He totally changes the way I see Anytime fitness. I really like the company and the locations but this guy leaves a really, really bad taste in my mouth. Gross.

In my opinion you can not find a better gym in the area. They have very affordable membership fees and are one of the cleanest and most professional gym's I have seen. The staff and owner are all AMAZING and very courteous. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

So far, so good. Only a few days but I like the place and the friendly peeps there getting in shape.. Only minus no leg curl bench. To truly work out your hamstrings a sit down leg curl machine is, well in my opinion the worst machine ever invented and a great way to screw up muscle contractions and get injured. Besides that everything is good.

I've been coming to this gym for over a year now. The owner is awesome. The atmosphere and people are extremely welcoming and I've gotten to know a number of people here. People say hi to each other and are always courteous. Not a lot of showboating or people letting you know they're at the gym to show you they're at the gym if you know what I mean. (Stay at Vasa, you know who you are) In fact, beginners will have a better experience here than any other corporate gym I've been a member of.

I work out at a couple of Anytime Fitness locations due to my work location changing during the week. The Lakewood Anytime Fitness is by far the cleanest facility. Bathrooms, showers and equipment are spotless. I've never seen a machine that was "out of order." I also love that I can come in, work out and get out. Everything I need is right there. Well worth the few extra dollars.

This gym is absolutely awesome because it has a great owner. He cares about people and the atmosphere in the gym. Keaton is very open arms and is willing to hear about what we want in the gym and he takes great care of the place. This gym has lots of equipment and lots of space! I am very happy that I made a switch.

I travel A LOT and this is in my top 5 Anytime gyms out there! This place is just what you need if you’re looking for a new gym. They’ve got all the equipment you need and also enough space to get your workout in with other people there. Best part is that it’s 24 hour access. Great gym been a member since 2013

I love this gym! It's super clean, has all the equipment I need plus a private group sized yoga/exercise room. I really appreciate the private showers in the bathrooms. The owner is friendly and made the whole experience much less intimidating than some of the bigger gyms. I feel like I'm at home here, so glad I made the switch!

I Love this place. When I first became a member I was there at least 3 times a week for the first 3 months then slowly but surely I stopped going all together. I found a cheaper gym that was closer to my work, so I wanted to cancel my membership at Anytime and join the other gym - my thought was that I could go to the closer gym during lunch. I went to cancel my Anytime membership and found that I was under contract for another year and would have had to pay money to get out of the current contract. Of course I was frustrated at first but then I decided I have a membership...use it. I am so happy that I started going back to Anytime - the 2 guys up front are great guys. They will help you with what they can but if it is something they cannot do because of policy then they can't do it. The gym is a good gym. I have been lifting forever with several different people, from power lifters to mma to novice. I decided to workout with the trainer there...OMG talk about kicking my butt. He is showing me a completely different side of working out...thanks!

I absolutely love this gym! It has become my second home for the last 3 years. From cleanliness to staff there is just no better place!! All the staff is beyond helpful and are always there if you have questions about anything! Jordan is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable personal trainers I have ever met and he keeps you motivated. Visited this gym looking for a new local place to work out, very convenient location for us and love the fact that their equipment is practically brand new and top of the line to boot. Concerned that they don't have enough restrooms showers to avoid waits during busy times but we are probably going to sign up. Relatively expensive for the size.

I've been treated like an amazing person. The members here are always nice and pleasant with a friendly hello and how are things going? I've never been in a gym that is so meticulously clean and well kept. I have had several trainers (cause I like to do the early morning thing) so I understand how hard it is to find someone willing to come in, in the dark. The trainers have always been helpful, thoughtful, full of great advice and encouragement. And they definitely listen to you. This place is awesome.
