Few more things I love about UFC after almost a year. Coach Reuben's boxing conditioning classes are awesome! He makes sure you get a killer cardio workout, super fun, and really focuses on boxing technique. We do a lot of partner work and usually end the class with body shots which is the funnest for cardio, Coach Brass and Julian will definitely push you hard! The staff knows everyone by name and most of the members know each other too!

It was a mistake that I came there I told my mom to sign up because I just want to try it out to was it like but it wasn't what I thought because I was a stupid kid wanting to do something that didn't know what was it about back in 2014. I regret it but it's all good.
