Great local gym and for those who like to start their day early (5am), this place is perfect. Not busy at all in the early morning, and has all the equipment one would need for a great workout. Parking is free for the first 90 minutes in the structure right next to the gym. Staff is very friendly and facilities are kept very clean.

The monthly contract is a SCAM. And a lever to get you to pay more once you want to cancel your membership. Avoid this place at all cost. Customer is service is absolutely HORRIBLE. In order to resolve an issue. You have to speak to the owner (ROB) who comes and goes as he pleases from the gym. so it took over 2 months to get a hold of him. After talking to him I felt cheated by the way he treated me. Their equipment is also very outdated and worn out. BEWARE

This gym is really close to me however the location is centrally located downtown and very convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also always have towels available, definitely a plus. They have personal training available at reasonable rates. I trained with Fulya who honestly, helped me make some major health changes. She went above and beyond to help with training and coaching for everything from form to clean eating. Fulya is knowledgeable about many different training techniques and has a friendly, positive attitude.

I am a member of this gym for over 2 months now. I like this place as people and gym employees are friendly. I also have a personal trainer Scott, who is great and not only helps me in training but healthy and clean diet. It's not a super high-tech gym but has all the equipments and machine that is needed by a person who really wants to workout period.

Very nice and comfy gym. It is very very clean. The music in the bathroom is like a spa music. very relaxing and nice. Staff is very nice. So far I like it and I recommend it.

This is a no frills gym offers all the gym essentials at an affordable monthly rate. While this equipment might be older it's gets the job done. The staff is very friendly and will know you on a first name basis. The gym is never excessively busy so you typically don't have to wait to use a machine or weight.

WiFi is horrible despite owners' claims (and posted signs). Even during off-peak hours (e.g. with <10 people), 700kbps was the max. During peak hours (with 50+ ppl), forget about it. My cell data is faster and more reliable.

Signed up for the personal trainer fitness plan and was told that I could cancel any time. My personal trainer was laid off so I couldn't continue working with him anymore. So I decided to cancel. Turns out that I was still receiving charges and couldn't cancel. Overall, horrible experience.
