I’m giving it two stars because the place is pretty cool. But we went in for our free trial class and weren’t even acknowledged. The people working there didn’t give us any instructions upon arrival. I received an email when I booked the class but the instructions weren’t helpful once we actually got there, and then when my son was trying to get acclimated we were ignored and it all felt very cliquey. Maybe all those people have been coming since their kids were tiny (my son is 2) but my kid had never been to anything like that and it would’ve been nice to feel welcome or at the very least included.

I enrolled my daughter (2.5 yrs old) here for the summer and we loved it! The staff is kind and knew my daughter's name by the second week. The play area is clean and safe, which I love, and full of wonderful adventures, which my daughter loved. She was able to climb, jump, run, roll, hop, balance and swing without me chasing after her and telling her to be careful or behave. I do wish that there were more open play times, but only because we would have enjoyed the opportunity to spend more time there. I can't wait to return next summer!

We started at My Gym when my daughter was 2.5. Now she is 3 and although we are cancelling for the time being, we hope to be back. She absolutely adores the teachers, has done well in the class, and loves the various skills she learns and friends she makes. We paid $65 a month with a military discount, which is by far the least inexpensive in the area. We tried all of the places that offered similar courses for young children and we weren't impressed at all. My Gym was our last place to try and by far the best. I deducted a star because the "make-up" process is a pain. We went on vacation for two weeks and missed two classes. When I went to use them for make-ups, the system let me register for classes my daughter would be a month shy of "qualifying" for and classes that were not actually taking place. Only one of the other classes she was currently enrolled in were available to register a makeup for, which was really inconvenient. So basically, if you have a makeup, don't expect to really use it. We made do and I'm having our babysitter take her since I can't take off work to take her to these. I was disappointed I was told it wouldn't be an issue to use one on the next class up, since she would be so close in age, and in this class when we returned in the fall, but in fact I wasn't allowed to. Anyway, we love the teachers, love the class, love the experience. We hope to be back in the fall if they have any openings. I hope they expand their offerings because as they stand right now, there doesn't appear to be enough or of the right balance.

Excellent staff!!! Super engaging with the kids. The place is clean and you can tell the teachers care about the kids having fun AND being safe. Love the different options they have for classes and memberships. The first Friday if the month they have an INCREDIBLE kids night in event as well.

By the second class, my daughter, Chrysanthemum, was enjoying tummy time for the first time. Now, she's 2 and still loves going every week! The staff are all fantastic! The place is clean. It's great for the development of your child.

I went today for a free class I been going to little gym and this place is a combo of little gym and tiny tots but better there so much stuff kids can do and learn with in a hr it so worth the amount and you get 3 play times in your 4wk plus your regular class ... I'm very looking forward to becoming a member here my son was so excited he didn't want to sit plus it was new he will get use to it but he loved it and fell sleep going back home

I'm a big fan of My Gym. The staff are very good and interactive. They call children by their names and help little ones not to be shy. My only negative on the business is that the pricing plans are a bit confusing. It requires a membership, then you still pay per session and you can only do sessions during consecutive weeks... or something like that (I still don't fully understand). They should simplify the pricing. Let me pay per session or have some sort of membership that covers a span of time. With all that said, It's a great activity for little children. My kids love it.

Held my sons first birthday party here . I was skeptical about booking at this particular location since the reviews were the lowest in Orlando but still proceeded as the others had no availability. The instructors were great however the owner was extremely rude. He made an appearance as our party concluded and all but pushed us out the door without even greeting or acknowledging our party. The least he could do, considering you pay 325.00 and get NOTHING besides the space for 1.5 hrs unlike the other My Gym franchises. Although he did enthusiastically greet the incoming party for reasons I can only assume therefore will not share. To make matters worse, I noticed a huge thumb imprint in my cake that he packaged up without gloves while expediting our party and this wasn't the average cake from a local grocer. Simply put, I will not be returning and I am now fully aware of why they are the lowest rated My Gym in the area.

We attended a birthday party at this place and the two girls that hosted the party were phenomenal with kids. They engaged the kids fully for two hours with various games and activities. Great place for 3-6 yr old to go and have fun

My son loves this place. The activities are always interesting and changing, everyday that we take him is diferent from previous day. And the choice of music is great for kids and parents as well.

The staff sucks they don’t care about the kids at all, they keep checking the watch to finish the class and they even look at the kids’ eyes when they are speaking with them. Not recommended at all.

I have had my daughters enrolled in classes at My Gym for a total of 8 years and we have loved every minute! The staff is incredible, the activities are engaging and age appropriate and the environment of the gym is appealing and exceptionally clean! I highly reccommend not only the classes, but also the birthday parties. We have hosted two parties at My Gym and my girls still talk about how special they felt and how much fun they had! If you are looking for a high quality, fun activity for your child, look no further than My Gym in the Chesterfield valley!!

I am a nanny of a 3 year old and 1 year old, and we go to My Gym for the sibling classes. They absolutely LOVE it. The classes are fun, playful, and get their energy out to make my day easier. It's also very reasonable in price, especially considering how inexpensive it is for multiple kids. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are only a couple open play times, and they are right at lunch time/dinner time so it's difficult to attend. We love love love My Gym, and highly recommend it to our friends :)

First time brought out my little 1 year old for their Tiny Tykes and Waddlers (6-22m) during a sunday morning. Weekends in generally are probably their most busiest time. Sunday class there was at least 15-25 kids. The first 10-15 minutes of the class seems to be like a warm up session for your little ones. There are a series of mini break out sessions while they prepare the room for the next activity. Great in between time to go off to do your own thing with your little one or talk to another parent. There seems to be two instructors for each class. The instructors do seem to get over burdened with questions in between classes, which i can't blame them. Overall, the staff were nice and even found time to see if we had any questions. Overall, our little one seem extremely excited and happy to be there. It's defiantly not cheap. But it helps your little one develop social skills with other kids.

We enjoy bringing our daughter to My Gym In Clovis. From the very first time the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoy watching our daughter partake in different creative activities. We love how each staff member is patient with all the children. Our daughter has a fun time and gets excited every time she hears it’s gym day.

This place is horrible. Their customer service sucks. We walked in and nobody says a word they just looked at us and kept going. Someone else walked in after a couple minutes and here comes the two ladies talking to her and still not saying anything to us and we were there first. I'm african american and the other lady that came after us was white. But for christ sake why would you be so openly racist. Stay away from this racist place. Not worth your time.

We have been attending classes at My Gym for over a year and a half now and we could not love it more. The staff is wonderful and truly cares about each and every child. The classes are always fun and full of great age-appropriate activities and skills--my daughter has learned so much and has also gained a lot of confidence from the physical skills and social interaction. Plus the facility is SO CLEAN! We will be members of My Gym for years to come!!

Thought it was ridiculous that I had to pay for a child under 1 years old. My kid just sat in his carseat the entire time while his sibling played! I would NOT recommend them. They don't even say @ what age we need to pay on the website. I bet you even have to pay for newborns as well.

We first started going to My Gym Clovis with our daughter when she was around 3-4 years old, and she loved it! We could see a definite improvement in her social skills, her ability to follow directions, and her gym skills. We now have our 2 year old son enrolled and he absolutely LOVES it! It was a great location, building and equiptment but i tried a class and both instructors were very frustrated with my child not wanting to participate in circle time. One of them kept picking up my child and bringing them back. it was clear on their faces that they were irritated. personally i believe if your going to be working with children, you need to have more patience with young children. Wont be going back.

The gym itself is great. My son loved his time their playing but we had some serious issues getting in contact with staff when we weren’t there. No one ever answers their phone... like ever. We cancelled our membership and they charged us 2 additional times and guess what, no one was available to speak to again. It’s so frequent, it almost seems purposeful. Again the gym was great but this was very unpleasant trying to cancel with them. Update: @Addie (owner of My Gym) I did received the voicemail. Thank you for stepping in to take care of this. In regard to not finding our cancellation, we made the request with you guys months ago. We left voicemails, texted. We even inquired back when you charged us the 1st time after the cancellation and you acknowledged it. Not sure how it went un-noticed. Not to beat a dead horse, but this would have been a lot smoother had someone answered the phone. Not sure why all these transactions are done via voicemail.

My daughter loves going here and I am truly sad that soon we will have to cancel because we are moving to another state. The staff are great and they have helped my little girl become a fearless social butterfly as well as helping her get ready for school by helping her sit in one place, follow rules, and pay attention. She does an art class that she's loves and a regular gym class that she goes crazy for. She is constantly asking when we get to go to her classes almost every day. Best place ever to go!

My children have been going to My Gym at Hilltop for a few months and they absolutely love it. Every staff member seems to truly enjoy their job and the children. We recently celebrated my son's 2 year old birthday there and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff works so hard to make sure that the kids have fun and that things run smoothly. Took our 19 month old here for the first time today and while the staff was very nice, I think it’s a bit ambitious to expect a 19 month old to sit in a circle & obey commands on their first visit while surrounded by cool new stuff to play on/with. I guess I expected a gym with stuff the kids could play on, not organized circle time. Perhaps better suited for daycare children who are used to this sort of thing. Very disappointing.

What a great experience for kids and parents. To be able to participate with your kids playing and live readings is really special. Just walking in and seeing all the neat things to play on makes you want to take off your shoes and climb around. Who else has an indoor zip line for kids?

BEWARE: CHEATS AND FRAUD. They will silently make you sign up for 2 months. They won't warn you that you have signed a contract for two months. They will continue to charge you until you take notice. The classes are dull and uncoordinated. Most people who conduct classes are uncommunicative. Also they don't refund you the money they charge nor they will reschedule your classes more than a month after you pay for the classes. So essentially if they charge you for classes and you want to go on a long vacation, you forfeit the money and the classes! Update after Owner note: Just because you put something on the paper does not mean it is legitimate! When people cannot use your services, then least humane thing you can do is to return their money back to them. Stop being a machine of greed and start doing what is right!

This place is incredible. It is a good place to have kids birthday parties for 3 year to 6 year old who likes to play and likes lot of activity. We had my son's 3rd birthday party here. The staff are very well organized and got the kids follow directions and listen to them. Their zipline, Bubble machine made the kids really excited and the kids enjoyed every moment of the 1 hour time they had. Though its totally new for the kids, the kids followed the directions for all the entertainment. Staff made the party worth every minute for the money we paid. Very well trained staff and completely they are around the kids and on the floor. They served the food, cut the cake, served, cleaned up, packed all our gifts everything A to Z is done by them. Such a great staff and place. The food which we brought from 700 Degrees is really great. Buffalo chicken Pizza, vegetarian pizza, Cheese Pizza and salad are great.

We love MyGym! After trying out a few different children's gym facilities in the area, we were pleasantly surprised to find our home at MyGym Chesterfield. From the moment we walked through the door we were warmly welcomed by an enthusiastic group of staff members. My daughter was immediately drawn to the fun environment which was filled with other smiling/laughing children, exciting activities, interesting equipment, and engaging staff. Not to mention how incredibly clean it was! (Not sure my daughter noticed this part, but I sure did). The huge smile on my daughters face from the time we arrive each week until the time we leave is a sure sign of money well spent...I'd highly recommend trying out this gym if you live in the area

I could literally go on and on about this place. I had my son’s first birthday party here for children ages 1-5 and it was nothing short of amazing! Ms. Maggie and Mr. Tyler were awesome party host. Most of the kids were to young to really follow directions and do organized activities but they still managed to have structured play as well as free playtime. They were both extremely patient, energetic and attentive to all the children. They made sure my son felt like the birthday king but also made ever other kid feel included and important! When I say every part of the party was amazing I mean it from the bottom of my heart and I’m truly grateful for them making his first birthday perfect in every single way! They also were very accommodating. I had at least 8 kids that rsvp and didn’t show up (don’t you just hate that type of ignorance) and they were willing to give me a small discount due to me paying for the biggest package (20 kids) and only having 12 kids to actually show up! If your considering this place for a birthday party for younger children, there is nothing to consider JUST DO IT! There are lots of nice children Gyms in the St Louis area but they don’t compare to My Gym at all
