Not a great experience but I'll give a Pro and Con list to be fair. Pros: plenty of aerobic equipment, I hear good classes (although I did not personally do them), indoor pool a plus, in general dressing room/sauna facilities clean Cons: Showers often dirty, weight machines often unavailable, members don't clean machines and wipes often out. I was given a few appointments with a personal trainer on initiation which was a total waste of time. After the first visit I didn't even use the others. She didn't know how to work the machines and what the modes did. Showed me a few weight machines which I already knew how to use. Tried to calculate my percent fat and water and then couldn't recall what the abbreviations meant and when I had to explain it to her she interpreted them completely wrong (I actually have a background in this so I let it ride). I just decided to not use the service again even though it was free since it was a waste of time. My biggest problem and the one that was the last straw and caused me to write this review (which is the first time I have ever bothered writing a review) is THEY SCAM FOR MONEY: -We were told when we joined that our caregiver could bring the kids to the various classes they have through children's services. We would need to bring in paperwork (a lot of it!) and present together with caregiver and both parents to verify information. It costs extra to add the kids but we thought it would be worthwhile since we work a lot. When we finally got this all managed and showed up we were told that that was not true so we not only wasted our time but also money as we would not have added them to the account. We got over it and didn't complain. - We got free lessons for swim but they wanted to put our kids with children who couldn't swim 2 yards (both kids are on swim team and do full laps regularly). They would have to "graduate" to the next levels. Ok, but after a trial of a class it was clear this was something to hook you because they didn't even go over the kick they wanted him to master (a breast stroke kick on his back as was explained to me) and had not been covered per my friend who had been in the class for months. This clearly was just a way to rope you into months of paying. We again didn't complain and just decided not to use the service or free classes (despite them continually calling asking if we wanted them to sign our kids up for their free lessons and me continually telling them no) - Every time you want to make a change to your account there is a fee. This is not a complaint but something you should know - The icing on the cake was WHEN I WENT TO CANCEL: You have to go in person and when I did I was charged a fee (no biggie), 30 day wait period so one more month charged at full price (no biggie). Then I was asked if I wanted to put account on hold. It was only 20 dollars and if I changed my mind I could come back. OK, seemed reasonable. My initiation fee was basically 10 dollars at the new year but might save me some hassle later. Would last for 9 months. They would email me when time was nearly up. I noticed 3 months later a recurring fee for 20 dollars. I called and explained what I thought it was, staff said that was weird, went into account and said, "oh, yeah, that's the recurring fee for holding". I was told I had to come in to make the change. I did and asked to speak to the manager as this was not what I agreed to. He stated he had no power to refund anything and it would be another 30 days (and 20 dollars for which he again could not waive fee) for cancellation to take effect. I could email the director but they pretty much never refunded anything. I won't get into other snippy comments he made as that is really not the point. I just caution others to watch your statements and to be weary of what you are told. I will definitely not be going back and caution others to be careful and don't take what you are told to mean anything. They won't stand by it later.

Contacting BBB for false advertising. Wouldnt honor the website promotion of zero enrollment. The just emailed a sad face to me. Basically false advertised something to get an inquiry then tried to charge me over $400.

Finally a next-level resort style gym. This place blows away all the small 80's gyms in the area.

life of Prokopovich

Absolutely in love with this gym! Came in as a guest and signed up that same day. The children's academy is perfect for my children ranging ages 2, 10, and 11. The staff from the front desk, kid's academy, to the intructors and even the cleaning crew is so processional and nice each and every day. It's always clean, stocked, and ready. I personally love all the classes and take advantage of all of them. The pool area is great for fun and relaxing summer days. They even have family holiday events with free food, games, and activities. The cafe serves a really great variety of food as well. Overall, best fitness/spa/cafe/childcare around in town. A must see and experience for yourself. Get a free guest pass on their website.

UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THOSE PEOPLE. I wouldn’t recommend it!!!

This is a luxury resort disguised as a fitness center. Looking forward to spending more time there using all it has to offer.

This is for the Spa in the Roseville location. Made an appointment for an express manicure At 3:15pm got stuck in traffic , so I call and let them know I’m running 5 to 10 minutes late. They tell me it’s okay however they are going to take that time out of my service. My nails look real bad so I agree to that. When I get there 5 minutes late. They tell me nope I have a client coming in in 10 minutes so we can’t help you.

I've been applying for multiple positions at this location. I'm a USMC veteran there's no way I should have this much difficulty finding work at a gym. I have plenty of experience and I'm extremely punctual. I've walked in over 15 times trying to speak with a hiring manager/ director but the front desk staff never allows me to. I've also got triplets, I have mouths to feed. I need to speak with someone who going to address this issue head on.

Great staff, amazing equipment, and a world class environment. Lifetime continues to amaze me

I have had a great experience with this gym. The facilities are usually being actively cleaned by staff when I'm there and I like that. Spin and yoga are taught by phenomenal instructors. Haley and Josh are Rockstars and bring amazing energy to Team classes, especially Alpha! Most of their personal trainers are very professional and likable. I do wish their prices were more upfront and that the sales staff had access to what each trainer costs. Sales staff is great, a big fan of Richie and Ben. I actually missed out on a good deal cause I didn't listen to Richie and I wish I would have. They won't steer you wrong. Their life spa, Britta, does a great job with my hair and the prices are reasonable. As a woman with short hair, I'm very picky about who cuts my hair. My no-chip manicures have lasted 2 weeks and I have a dirty manual job. "Proactive Care" Clinic, They have the worst hours if you have a full time job, their front desk was consistently difficult to get a hold of, and honestly a bit rude. I have no desire to use their products ever again in the future. But I don't need them to workout so they have no affect on my daily experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DEAL WITH STAFF MEMBERS WHO ARE WORKING THERE. Villasport is way much better!!!

Kid approved! My entire family just adores this gym. They have the best programs for kids here, and that is the reason why we chose this one after touring every single gym in the area. The group classes for myself are also amazing. All of the instructors here love their job and love what they’re doing. My go to class is mostly yoga, and every teacher is awesome! The Lifetime app is also such an amazing plus! There’s workout classes on there, if you can’t make it to the gym and all of the class schedules are on there as well, plus so much more. It is hands down amazing for my families busy life. Also the cost is not bad at all! If you think about everything that you’re getting from the classes between myself and the kids academy, it’s extremely reasonable. My child learns Spanish while I’m working out. Worth every penny! ;)

Excellent facility, but pricey.

Анастасия Шаталина

We are absolutely happy with our gym. Staff and facility are amazing, especially in a kid's academy, always super friendly and ready to help.

sienna quyn

love the gym. amazing features. the gym is definitely a 10/10. but the service at the cafe is incredibly slow. there will be multiple workers standing standing around not doing anhtbknt while we wait for something as simple as a smoothie. would highly recommend the gym, but the cafe is extremely slow

Edward Goldberg

Best AquaFit class in town. M-F 10:00. The class is indoors year around. The rest of the club is very up scale. Expect to be impressed with the facility and you will be still left with a "Wow" when you see the many pools and spas.

THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN A MEMBER FOR MONTHS, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM AND GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PAYMENT INFO OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION. IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY CANCELLED CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS, I BET THEY ARE CHARGING YOU TOO.

I had a horrible experience at this facility. The person that sold me the membership talked poorly about her coworkers and then refused to help me when I wanted to cancel my membership. As far as our interactions had went we were just fine. She was completely unprofessional and I treated her with nothing but respect the entire time I was there.

Neda Rezvan

Unfortunately there's no option of no star that's why I have to give one. Don't take me wrong, the facility is clean and nice. The front desk people are super friendly. This is all about training management. As a business owner myself I don't know base on what skills they hire and put someone in charge when she doesn't have any management skills. When you call, she is never there and goes to her voicemail which says: "I will get back to you in 24 hours" don't waste your time waiting, she won't bother to call back. As I said if you like somewhere clean to exercise and only use the equipment it's dood place. But don't fall for their trainers. The only thing they care about is how to sell things to you and charge your card with no permission and when it comes to issues and concerns no one will get back to you.

Paul Brower

Great Gym, Horrible membership signup staff and management.

Rodney Lewis

Awesome facility, and the staff is supper friendly & helpful. I played in a USTA Clay tennis tournament and e everything was perfect, and the courts were a little wet, it were awesome to play on. I had a great time. I would recommend to all my family and friends to go here...

mike giles

I don't feel the need to name names or be rude in any manner BUT I highly recommend that you write down the details of what you are being offered when you meet with a sales rep. I encountered several inconsistencies between what I heard in my private meeting and the content of the contract I signed. Buyers beware.

Beautiful destination to achieve a great workout! Lots of ammenities like towel service, café, pool/jacuzzi and spa. Friendly and motivating environment! Lots of equipment options and programs to choose from!

Innovative School Solutions

BIG waste of money. Beautiful facilities but on top of the high fees, you pay extra for pilates, tennis, etc. Kid center is definitely not what we expected when we bought in prior to opening. It's disorganized, small, crowded and 'classes' are simply rooms where kids go wild. Most importantly, most of the staff is pompous.

Elizabeth Schmeding

Great facilities and awesome staff! Well worth the price

Super nice facility and layout is great. Definetly one of the nicest clubs I've been too

Vaha Bandit

This is really very nice place for those who like sports... you can find a lot of interesting there, group classes, punching bags, 2 indoor basketball courts, outdoor tennis courts, indoor pools with sauna, outdoor big pool with lines and jacuzzi.... and all that besides the regular gum stuff... so I think you will find out how to spend your time there for sure!

Overall Lifetime Fitness is an amazing gym to be a member at with, huge gym complex, tons of weights & machines, two swimming pools (one indoor & outdoor), basketball courts, tennis courts, personal training, yoga, Pilates, etc. What I wish Lifetime had was some indoor soccer fields. The only gym in the area that has indoor soccer is Cal Fit. I've had a terrible experience with Cal Fit in the past, so I choose not to go to them. I truly have enjoyed my experience at Lifetime. With tons of amazing amenities, weight rooms, locker rooms, and cafes the place is quite impressive. The price for a monthly membership is a little hefty, but it only reflects the quality of the compound. With that being said, I don't mind paying a few extra bucks a month for such an amazing facility. If your looking for a gym that is smaller, or just has weights than maybe a 24 hour fitness or Cal Fit will better suit you. My whole family has a membership at Lifetime, and that's just what it is. A family welcoming and friendly fitness facility. Swimming is a big part of my workout routine, and when I found out that Lifetime had not one pool, but two pools I was thrilled. One of the pools is directly outside behind the facility, while the second pool is indoors. When I initially saw the facility, I was very impressed. Most gyms I've had memberships at, rarely even have one swimming pool. I've been very pleased and proud to be a member at Lifetime for quite some time. I highly recommend checking out the facility when you get the chance. Lifetime Fitness has definitely given me a lot of self confidence when it comes to fitness and looking better. I've always prided myself on surrounding myself with the best people and gyms. The vibe and attitude at Lifetime is no joke, the members are successful people. Lifetime will be a gym I will continue to go to for years to come.

Randy Stewart

NOPE If you want to join a gym run by cyborgs with limited capacity, this is the place for you. One of my pet peeves in life is when people can't/won't/don't look for ways to solve even the smallest of problems...like adding a family member to an existing membership...ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY. As a business owner myself, I guarantee this would never happen in my company. And any employee of mine who treated a customer like I was treated would be in the unemployment line so fast that it would be a life changing event. They will probably come back with some direction about protocol and policy and blah blah blah. My answer to that: I have lots of credit cards. Swap this all onto one of mine. Simple. So instead, they lose the extra $70 a month...and I'm totally ok with that. Moving on and I'm going to lean on my wife to quit too. They don't deserve my business. NOTE TO THE MANAGEMENT: You have a ton of negative reviews. Instead of offering up canned responses to those angry customers, you should consider solving their problems instead.

Christopher Brown

Great staff and facility. It''s like a great country club without the golf.

Anna Makela

Excellent outdoor pool and indoor pools! Well kept women's locker room! Thank you!

Kevin Woods

I really like this place. Great part of town with a huge parking lot. They have a kid's center. Parents can drop off their kids and enroll their kids in different classes. Kids can learn martial arts and all types of activities. Adults can participate in all types of classes for free. Some classes cost money but the money needed is very inexpensive. The locker rooms are huge and they have a sauna and steam room. They have Olympic pools inside and a large swimming pool on the outside. Plenty of exercise equipment and classes. Would love to come back here.

I don't like gyms but I love Lifetime. I'm there 6 days a week!

If you're looking for something more than just a gym then you've found the right place. This has the touch and feel of being a luxury resort. Having spa services, kid sitting, even drinks being served to you poolside, you can get away and just relax. Although it may be a little pricey for a membership, but you get what you pay for. I give this a 4/5 stars for for the cost of monthly membership, not including signup fees.

nazireh banoo

Very luxury fitness including spa and salon and open area cafe.possitive atmosphere to start your day. Specially offers good kids program here. There is no excuse not to enjoy your day.

I have been a member of Lifetime Fitness since December of 2015. I am choosing to end my membership a the gym for a variety of reasons, and will say that I did have an amazing fitness experience and overall transformation. My initial first day introduction to Lifetime was very hit n miss. I felt like a number for the sales rep and then requested to speak to another rep. Completely different level of treatment and communication. I get that it is business, and still...make your customers feel valued. Second, I received an email from the GM where he clearly misspelled my first name. My name is clearly spelled out in my signature block as I use my work email for most email traffic during the daytime. I responded back to his email and never heard anything back. This was a turn off. Third, personal training was an amazing experience. My trainer always made me feel more than welcomed, accommodated for, and above else like the time was mine to learn, grow, and get healthier. I went from 241lbs down to 190lbs. I am healthier and now understand how to train for my body. Fourth, Lifetime is not very diverse. This is huge me for me being a man of color and then not really feeling welcomed at the gym. Staff are somewhat friendly, fellow members are not very friendly, and when working out on the gym floor, the dismissive attitudes of most are a huge turn off. The lack of consistency in communication about gym bags not being allowed on the gym floor is messaging that should be the same across the board. It shouldn't be communication directed at a few. Fifth, I do get that you "pay for quality" and I don't get the part of "paying to be treated fairly". My trainer made my gym experience an amazing one for me. Anytime outside of my time in the gym working out with my trainer just never felt right. The only reason I didn't leave before now is because I committed to training with my trainer for 6 months. Now that the contract is up, I am moving on. Once I submit my 30 day note to cancel my membership, I will not be returning to this Lifetime fitness location or any other. I do hope that the information received from these reviews isn't being looked at lightly.

Best lifetime I’ve been to across the country so far. “Jim from the gym” is the BEST sales team member I’ve ever met. He helped me set my goals and showed care in my overall well being. I learned while I was at this gym and hopefully will be back in a few months. Thank you for restablishing my faith in lifetime fitness because as an ex employee and treated unfairly at another location, I vowed I wouldn’t come back. This is a great facility and worth the money 100%. Thank you Jim and the rest of the staff.

My poor feedback is consistent with the others. I've been a member for two months. I've addressed a concern a few times about them not following their own stated policy. It's fallen on deaf ears so I went to cancel my service yesterday. The young lady said this could be fixed and someone would call me today if I'd be willing to give them another chance. She even offered me some LT bucks and I declined. My only ask was to follow the policy posted on the wall. Well shockingly No one called. Think I'll be checking out VillaSport this weekend, I've heard there are some honest people over there.

Staff is snooty, full of themselves, and not customer focused at all. The place is entirely too busy and smelly all the time too. Too many old naked dudes walking around without covering themselves in the locker. Nice facility but gross otherwise.

I have started and stopped this gym so many times, but I always came back because it was my favorite. Until now! Our family will NEVER come back here again. My husband hates the feeling of the hard sale that everyone does here. I hate the fact that they owe me money and that they will not give me my money back. I asked for my money back for something I was misinformed about and when I was given the right info I told them that I couldn't do that and that I wanted my money back. I was told by five different people that they were looking into it and that they were working on it. Finally I canceled my membership because of it and demanded my money back. I received a phone call so many days later telling me that I wasn't getting my money back. Horrible management.

Daniil Shevchuk

There are reasonable prices for a gym trainer and there are just retarded prices. Turns out $150 an hour is reasonable? Yes there are 30 min sessions, but at 75$. A little much, no? When same type of professionals and even better offer hour sessions for $75. So what makes you so golden charging other people that don't know better and taking advantage of them? Heard these prices from from my girlfriend just right now that almost made me do back flips in my seat. Unbelievable.

I'm shopping for a gym--I wanted to visit LIFETIME in Roseville and judge for myself (and not be swayed by other reviewers' opinions). Everyone has different "whys" when they join a club. The club exceeded all my "whys" and beyond that, the staff and account manager projected professionalism and pride of the club in a welcoming way. I was allowed a complimentary visit and I didn't want to leave. The club is spotless and I was engaged in my workout so much (I programmed the San Francisco virtual jog) I was there almost 2 hours and it felt like about 1 hour. I am seriously thinking of joining and it is worth the extra $50 a month I'm paying now. Better yet, it's month to month and you're not locked into a year contract like I was at a competing club. Read the reviews but I suggest you judge for yourself and give it a try like I did! Ask for Kreig, he's the one that showed me around!

Amazing place. Seems more like a mall with the salon, spa, café, kid activities, pools, work out facilities and birthday parties. Went to one of the bed kid birthdays and we all had a great time. Would love to throw my a kids party here!

Life Time Fitness is a spectacular facility and my Member Engagement Advisor Dawn Crouse was so helpful in explaining all the terms and rates available. I ended up signing up for a Diamond Family plan and I love love love it ! This facility is literally the best in the entire area and is hands down probably the most luxurious and classy I have ever seen. Unlike a sweaty and dirty gym this place is like a country club and the cafe is so delicious and convenient after or even before a workout. I think my Member Engagement Advisor did a good job in telling me this place would literally change my life because it has. Thank you Dawn and Life Time Fitness/Athletic.

Just went for a tour to see whether I wanted to be a member or not, and because of my age, the manager treated me as if I was a kid and said to take a look around by myself and "check out." Went to go talk to him and he just waved inside his office and didn't even care to ask to see if I was interested or not. Very disappointing for a new gym.

Justin Doyle

My wife, two kids, and myself have been members of this gym for sometime now and it has been a great experience. Before joining this gym I was under the mentality of why when I need to join a gym if I could do a lot of the same workouts at home… After joining Life Time it quickly dawned me that, when at home, I would make excuses whereas when I was at the gym I had no excuses to make so I was pushing myself more and getting the results I was looking for. Still in progress, I do enjoy my experience every time I go to the gym and either doing open work outs, or classes, or swimming, I always feel great afterwards.

I love going to this gym. It's never over crowded and is spotlessly clean. So many classes INCLUDED with the cost of membership. There is NO contract. Everyone is extremely friendly. I have NEVER loved going to a gym before. Yes, it is large but that's because there is a complete spa and hair salon, a cafe, 2 indoor pools, huge outdoor pool with 2 water slides and a snack bar. Private areas for yoga, pilates, spinning classes, general purpose rooms. 2 basketball courts, bunch of tennis courts. Large indoor and outdoor children's area. They provide towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner, lotion, hairspray, mouthwash, razors, shave cream. BY pools 2 large jacuzzis, sauna. In locker rooms a steam room and sauna. Family locker room. Something for everyone. As far as cost goes, considering what you get, not over priced.

Racial profiling much? We are a large eastern European family and family's from eastern Europe are big! 5-15 kids. We joined, a family of 10 of 10 and started going to the gym a few weeks later my membership stopped working. I asked what was going on at front desk and they told me account is under review and I need to speak with a manager. I spoke with someone from the manager department and was told that I would need to bring ID's of my kids, before we can continue coming here. Not sure if this was a form of racial profiling, discrimination or both, but I felt extremely unwell about the incident and till this day feel uneasy about the whole incident. I will never consider joining this gym a change in management or ownership occurs. Manager was also extremely arrogant and unprofessional.

Eicke Antonius Felipe

After just leaving the Villa Sports Club for a very well done tour we decided to give a try at this place. They had us (family of 4) sat waiting for 30 + minutes, we gave up and on our way out the manager said she was sorry, I asked if someone else could give us a tour, she said there was nobody available. Please, what would be your impression? Would you join this club (around $300/month for our family) with this kind of customer care approach? Update: we got a call from the gyms manager inviting us to a tour, we accepted and everything was nice! Turns out we became members and we have been very very happy!

I just moved to the area and I'm trying to find a new gym. I went to Life Time Athletic hoping to get a tour and a feel for the place. Upon arriving in was asked to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. After about 40 minuets I got up and left. The staff there doesn't care about its potential customers at all, don't waste your time.

Wil Matthews

Superbly equipped, professionally staffed, and the absolute high bar example for any other gym/club. It's an extremely well designed facility with purpose-built areas for every discipline of fitness. Staff is always attending to something, and as a result the facility is almost always spotless, though maybe after rush hour the locker room gets a little messy. The Life Time template is laid over most of the classes, and those with extra-loud tunes and flashing lights might not be my style but seem to be popular. All in all, it's a great resource that offers more than you can think of-- spa, cafe, classes, weights, exercise equipment, huge pools indoor and out-- it's all here.

Robert Woodruff

Great when it opened. I recently had a job change and inquired about using my services I had pre-paid for months ago. I asked one staff member about my services who mentioned she would get back to me the next day and never did. She had actually passed me on to another staff member who weeks later responded back and still the gal wasn't much help. I finally went in to cancel my memebership and the first gal who never got back to me said she would get back to me again and never ever did. I finally did get contacted by a trainer who never responded back. So I was out $120 for sessions and $80 for a test. I would pass on this gym and head to a smaller more personable gym.

Disappointed. Absolutely world class facilities, equipment and staff - I can attest to that. Hue turn off - rules and regulations in particular in regards to kids. We paid 230$ for a family of two and a 2 yo baby. One would think that this would be very accommodating for the kids and they are not. Our Kid was not allowed in the spa, sauna, steam room. We were not allowed to use the KIDDY pool after 2000, which is the time when we usually came. We’re not allowed to be in the outside pool until March. Why can’t we be allowed to be the parents and guardians of our child? I’m not going to rely on a life guard anyways so why can’t I enjoy the facility fully? This was a huge turn off for us. As our baby got constantly cold and uncomfortable. We had to take long walks back into showers and back, which added to the issue. Will not be coming back. Huge waste of money and time for us.

I am a fan of Lifetime in general I grew up in MN and my family and I were members of the one of the original locations near Chaska. The facilities and company structure are impressive and the staff in Chaska were wonderful. My wife and I recently joined the Roseville location and I have to say that the management here is seriously lacking, heart and connection to real people and quality customer service. We had a legitimate error occur in billing and after no success after multiple calls to management in within the dept I contacted the general manager. His tone was not understanding nor sincere, he made no attempts to reassure us as customers that we are respected and appreciated as customers. He had an underlaying defensive energy and a falsely apologetic tone. It felt he was more concerned with protecting his managing employees mistakes and poor handling than expressing any real interest in how we were serviced. You realize that companies that have such a large corporate structure like this location end up having employees who treat you like a business transaction rather than a person. I hope corporate will understand some day that their club is going to suffer when they hire only business men and women with a fake smiles and neglect truly authentic heart centered professionals. You can find good employees throughout this place but watch out for the management they express themselves like they are above the little people who pay their salaries.

When I joined in the Summer of 2017 this was a great facility! They kept things clean and the staff was fantastic. Since then it only started getting worse and worse. Locker rooms don't stay as clean as they used to be. Towels aren't available. Staff is slacking. This is turning into an ordinary gym with extraordinary prices. As soon as VillaSport opens next year in Roseville I won't be continuing my membership at LifeTime.

I have been a gym rat most of my life. Never thought I would like one of these big, high-end places, but I really like it here. The facilities and equipment are excellent. The indoor pools are unmatched. The place and equipment is clean and well maintained, locker rooms are really nice, staff are friendly, and hours are great. Parking lots are safe. It costs more, and I drive a little further to get here than other gyms, but it's worth it. I've been there coming on two years now, and I use the core/stretching area, weights, and indoor pool, and I can go in daytime, non-peak hours. I am sure it's a different experience if you have to go at peak times. There are lots of super-fit folks here, which can be an inspiration or intimidation. No place is perfect. The "staring-at-your-phone" problem is common everywhere. Weight circuit training beyond 2 stations is not possible here. Members do abandon mats, towels a lot so you're not sure if you can use that spot or not. I am surprised by how little they do to enforce their own rules - no signs, no floor monitor (all the floor employees are trainers). But the members there are a decent crowd, so issues are small.

WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL & ARROGANT MANAGERS at Roseville location!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OR ANY FAMILY. (A.A)

Worst experience ever. Do not trust their business. Went to cancel service and was deceived by their assurance that it was. Then 6 months later they send non stip harrassment emails and calls to pay for something i did not use. And to add to the fact that i called and went in person to make sure the membership is canceled. They still continue...
