Unhelpful staff all over the place, from the front gate to the aisles to the vendors, some give you misdirection some doesn’t even do their job, parking was a pain to get in and out, if it’s a full house half of the people would still be waiting to get in by ticket time. Aside from what’s on the pitch, Banc of California, Ross bowl stadium experience was much better. Clearly the people running this place doesn’t care about it because the experience hasn’t change from years.

The park is beautiful and games are fun. The atmosphere is electric. However, don't drive. Uber or use public transportation instead. Traffic around the area is a nightmare and parking is pricey.

What a great place to watch a game. We where there for the galaxy game and it was great. Food and drink prices are out of control though or else would have given 5 stars. $9 for a bottle of water and $16 for a can of beer. Spent a $120 dollars on food for a family of five. And I didnt even get the beer

I went for the game Cruz azul vs LA galaxy my recommendation is for the main bar section a white old lady after been waiting for 30 in line minutes maybe it was about 8 people on front on me and when my turn came she was saying that I cut the line and that was impossible she didn’t saw me I called that DISCRIMINATION! My first lenguaje is Spanish but I can communicate in English too! But thanks for the other people who saw me waiting in line and telling her that I was right she didn’t have other options to serve me. I live on front of the new stadium(banc of California) and first I never waited more than 10 minutes to be able to get a drink! It doesn’t matter the age but you guys need to have more faster and energetic people on the bar because your people is losing money with the slow situation!

Nice stadium, comfortable seats, easy parking for 20 dlls and all was clean. The dark side is the price of the food and drinks... Also there is no enough bathrooms, you need to wait until 15 minutes on the half time.

Great place to watch boxing, love the food they serve there as well. Decent pricing on drinks and friendly staff. They also keep this arena very clean. There is good amount of police and security as well, so it's a safe place to watch sporting. They also allow you to tailgate there.

First time to this center. This location is clean, organized, and had tons of security. I felt safe, the lines for drink and bathroom were relatively fast for the occasion, TVs everywhere so you wont miss a thing. Every encounter I had with the staff was great, friendly and welcoming.

Fan experiment during the game was unprofessional. Was relocated from my seat row 124 section A seat 1. If I was not going to be allowed there why sell the ticket in the first place. Not my fault security lacks work ethic and the guest services lacks customer satisfaction and guest satisfaction during the events. You guys need some serious work and need to retrain employees around the facilities. Do you not have a standard operating procedures for relocations due to the home team being hostile. The Galaxian supporter group is complete completely hostile and should be banned from the park. Guest services coordinator Jimmy Stewart relocated my seat 35 min into the game to a further seat from where I paid. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing.

Love this venue. Not too big, not too small. They have lots of food options, and alcohol is available for those who drink even though i dont. Its funny watching and listening to the drunk people at boxing matches acting like they can do better in the ring. LOL!!! Wait til you get punched in the face once by a professional and see if you still talk...

This is an amazing place to see a Charger game. We went to see the Steelers take on the Chargers and I’ll tell you based on the fact that it’s a much smaller stadium in comparison to other NFL stadiums there’s not a bad seat in the house. All the vendors we friendly and all the booths we new and well kept. I would do it again and recommend anyone who wants to enjoy the NFL up close and personal to grab a seat and enjoy!

StubHub is an awesome place to view a game, especially an NFL game of the Chargers. With only 28,000 seats if you make it in, there's not a bad view. Easy in to the game. Parking was 20$ and not a long walk to the stadium. If you sit in the end zone, your not sitting in an actual assigned seat. You will be sitting on bleachers that have a number painted on the back rest that isn't really assigned. You will be fighting for your space especially if large men over 300 pounds sit in your aisle. They will not move over and space will be tough to come by. I wish you the best as you navigate through that.

Great venue. I went there for a boxing event. It dies get cold so be prepared to bring a blanket and dress warm as you will be exposed to the elements. They do not allow purses so leave them in the car.

The park is really nice and the layout makes it easy to walk around, not too crowded with a bunch of choke points. The staff was kind and helpful, but not very informed as to how to access digital tickets. I had a little hiccup when the AXS app didn't show I purchased the tickets. The answer was simple enough, but it took a while for the employee to find the solution which eventually came from a supervisor. Other than that the staff was nice and helpful, the prices for food and drinks were as outrageously priced as expected. A little tip: Bring a clear bag for your belongings as purses are not allowed into the park.

What a beautiful venue. I really had a great time at the Charger/Bengals game today. The restroom line wasn't an issue and the beer line was only a couple minutes long. I was supporting a visiting team and the local fans, crew, security etc were all great.

There is no designated ride share areas, you have to cross the street to businesses and causes chaos and congestion. The employees know nothing. Parking prices are outrageous.

We had a great experience at this stadium for a LA Galaxy night game in April 2019. The field was in pristine condition, the General Admission seats were a good view and comfortable and the stadium was clean. We did wish there were more food options but it did not subtract from the experience. Getting out of the stadium parking lot after the game was not too bad.

Great to see the venue but book early for the tour if it's on and the stadium isn't booked out for private advert filming, not many signs to highlight the venue and where to go when you arrive. Shop is smaller than thought (not a hyperstore) and had limited stock which was disappointing when the kids wanted a ball or a shirt (only sizes S or XL available at time when we attended). If just visiting there isn't much to see except the David Beckham statue.

Good view anywhere you sit. Make sure you dont take a big bag and if you do it must be a clear see through bag. They do offer lockers for $10 so come prepared if you want to avoid paying for the lockers.

Saw our beloved Broncos win, food was great, the energy from everyone was amazing, when attending a game always plan to arrive early and expect high prices on drinks and food and be patient at the end expecting traffic leaving the parking area. The best place to see a NFL game. There are no bad seats in the house. The only sad thing is that the Chargers dont have a large fan base. 90% of the fans were Raider fans when we were there. Showing my 11 year old son tailgating was great. I enjoyed it so must I bought 2 season tickets. My son and I will enjoy going to this great venue next season.

The staff make this place! They greeted us immediately everywhere we went and asked if we needed help. That's important to me, especially since my wife and I are both in the service industry. They gave us clear direction and even went out their way to tell us where we can find restrooms at all points of the stadium.

The stadium is good. But make sure you eat before. Everything is expensive like crazy expensive. And make sure you don't take any bags or purses they'll make you go back to your car to leave it there. If you must take one make sure it's clear.

This place has a lot of energy. The food is on the pricey side and the parking is $60 in the sticks or $100 closer to the venue. You'll notice a lot of people walking from other neighborhoods to avoid parking in the parking lots.

Great stadium. Almost all seats are perfect viewing seats, no nosebleed. I suggest take a Lyft or Uber cuz parking is high. Theres a free shuttle that picks up from the Metro station off Del Amo and Sta Fe. 2 hrs before and after game start/end.

It's an outdoor stadium if you are going in the summer it will be hot sun will be in your face there's shade in some places where beer and food is sold but it's limited. Beer ranges from $15 to $20. It's somewhat small but view is good.

I'm always taken back, by the whole experience, especially the bright colorful features & loud surround sound system, (you won't miss a beat). "The live experience is simply better, it's always larger than life." There are plenty of consetion stands, restrooms, etc. "Seeing your favorite players and teams up close, is the best!" Partaking in the event alongside other loyal CHARGERS fans, and enjoying the moment is superb, (win or lose). "I personally, love everything about it," the staff (gate-keepers), at the enterance are kind and considerate. As are the security and staff indoors/out door. Great place to watch Soccer as well.

I went to see wango tango and the venue was amazing you could view the event live while sitting or getting food on TV's located everywhere in the venue. A monkey can run a place better than these bums. The parking is horrible to get in and out and they're clueless about traffic patterns before and after a game. I've been to events with 100K plus that get traffic in and out faster than the 26K here. They tarped off seats in the stadium and then harassed us about standing up. A woman told my daughter we'd have to sit down and she said, "Where?"

What an awesome stadium to see a football game at. It was my sons and my first NFL game. We we're all the way at the top and we could see everything. We didn't need any binoculars. Food prices a lil steep. Parking was RIDICULOUS!!! $60 for handicap and $100 for regular. I paid more in parking than the tickets. It's criminal to charge people that much to park a car for 3 hours. Someone needs to build a parking garage near by. Employees were pretty nice. Restrooms weren't too bad either. Definitely recommend this stadium!!

Parking $60 during preseason. We parked on the street-- don't park at posted signs ticket is $45--'go early. The stadium small. Feels like you at a HS game. Restrooms and concession stands quick access. Better variety than Dodger Stadium.

I recently went for the chargers game woot woot! And this place if over all very nice clean restrooms and they have security and staff located at every direction you turn. The atmosphere is very friendly and they have top security and even the bomb squad with everything going on, my family and we felt secure and we had a good time. They also have a clear bag policy where they only allow clear purse, hand bag, and back packs inside the stadium!!!

A great family friendly stadium, access to the stadium is easy from the 405. Parking can take a long time (30+ minutes) if you arrive shortly before a game. Food is kind of expensive for what you get, but no more expensive than what other stadiums offer. The facilities (bathrooms, stores, etc.) are well kept and clean.

I love this pitch! It's relatively small inside so you will feel right in the action; unlike LAFC's monstrosity for a stadium. Tickets are cheap as of now too!

Beautiful facility.Inadequate service. The staff attendences all assumed I kney how to find the proper location for the workshop I was attending. Each member provided poor directions, pointing to a direction that lead to another attendy that lacked customer service after I requested to be escorted. My brother had LA Galaxy tickets and I came with him to this venue. It’s next to Cal State Dominguez Hills and it has a large parking lot which is $20. You get checked by security and have to go through a metal detector before you enter the stadium. There are a lot of concession stands and restrooms. The restrooms are clean and I was surprised that they offered feminine products for free which is nice in case of an emergency. There are a lot of options for food, so I ordered nachos and a cherry slushie. The cheese was hot and mild spicy which was good. We had tickets in section 115 which is a good seating point if you’re watching a late afternoon game, so you won’t get the sun in your eyes. Section 115 has good foldable seats with cup holders and they are not bleachers. There’s 2 big overhead tv screens to catch all game’s highlights. Before the game they play music to pump up the crowds. Overall, the stadium is clean and the ambiance is fun. Everyone is there to watch a good game and cheer for their favorite teams.

Recently attended Arsenal vs Bayern Munich, whilst the game and the stadium was fine I lost my coat and with it my passport. It was left at my seat and when phoning up to speak with lost and found the level of service, care, understanding or any ounce of sympathy was completely lacking. They clearly dont have a system in place that is rigorous enough to be hosting such large events, being passed on to one person after another and not really trying to provide any level of support or help. They literally couldnt have cared less. Constant phone calls and they took my number 4 times, clearly not recording or logging anything. Good luck if anything unfortunate such as this happens to you on a visit as quite clearly they are either not doing their jobs or something esle is going on. PASSPORTS DO NOT JUST DISAPPEAR!...
