I have attended TRX classes here for over two years. Jeaneane is a wonderful TRX Instructor. She is very mindful of her students form, ( she must have eyes in the back of her head!). She is always asking us to evaluate ourselves and let her know if we have any issues. I love working with her because of her ability to describe each new move in a manner that allows me to get the most out of my session without injury. In addition to TRX there are an abundance of other classes here such as Boot Camp and Zumba. Fallbrook is lucky to have such a great place!
