Dirty. Bad equipment. The locker rooms and steam\sauna rooms are literally falling apart. Front staff are either nice or rude. Particular a girl named clarrisa. Young and rude front staff. 24 on gv and ramrod smaller but way nicer staff and cleaner. Bathroom is always covered in piss and no one ever cleans that place

Terrible place.........Equipment is broken and Gym is dirty.......the only focus is to sell overpriced personal training. the Showers and bathroom facilities are full of hair and have not been cleaned for months........Urinals stink and urine splatter everywhere.......none of the TV Channels work most of the time and with the Cardio equipment in complete disrepair, you can't get a good work out in........I would want the health department to come inspect this place........

Dirty. Disorganized. Dank. Dreary. Much of the equipment is broken or in disrepair. Everything in the cardio and weight room looks, feels, and smells grimy. No obvious spray/towels available to wipe down equipment before use. Most of the dumbells were out of weight order, or just strewn about the floor. There was no music playing in the weight room, so unless you have your head phones, you just have to listen to other people's breathing and grunts, which is gross. There's a reason gyms play music. Bad lighting in the weight room (no windows since it's in the basement) some corners of the room are quite dark. Staff were rarely downstairs. Between that and the bad lighting, I didn't feel especially safe. Although, all the other patrons were respectful and not too creepy. Overall, very disappointing especially as it's an Ultra-Sport location. My regular-old Sport location in CO is way cleaner and better taken care of. I'll trade that for "towel service"any day, since that seems to be the only difference. The locker rooms are actually very nice - the only redeeming quality, but not redeeming enough. The front desk attendant was nice and helpful.

The comments complaints I see on here are probably people that haven't been with 24 hr folsom very long, I've been with 24 folsom since the days when they were over at the old converted Lucky grocery store location and then it was really nice, staff was helpful and knowledgeable even when they got their new current location it was still like that up until about 5 years ago when the staff change and only upgraded a few equipment, I wouldn't say not all the staff are rude and not helpful but it is not same gym as it used to be plus folsom gotten a lot bigger and a lot more people are coming to 24 folsom, they do need to put some staff at front that want to be there and are people person.

In September on 2018, i canceled my subscription for fitness services with an employee in the facility. He acknowledged my request and told me it would be canceled. Months later, i discover they continued to charge my account. I contacted them and confirmed that i had not used the gym since September, yet the only resolution they offered was to refund me for 2 of 9 months. This subscription was unauthorized and for services never rendered or utilized. This is theft. And they tried to blame me for not noticing it! This is appalling. I would never recommend a gym that blatantly rips people off. I understand that people make mistakes but not owning up to them and correcting them, especially when involving a persons hard earned money is frankly unethical and fraudulent.

The gym itself was fine but the billing practices are very shady. I called a month early to let them know I didn't not want to renew my contract. They literally told me no. Ended up having to pay a 13month to cancel. Will never go back.

Everytime I have been to the gym it has not been a bad expierence. Its not great but it is not bad. It smells a little on the floor near the heavier weights and you can never find a 5lb plate or 2.5's you have to hunt for them. But other then that the gym is nice. The locker rooms are clean and in good condition and machines seem to be well maintained for the most part. They could do some upgrading soon on some of their equipment. But this is not as bad as what I have seen some reviews.

I feel obligated to lower my review because this location is not repairing their machines. Specifically, the treadmills. The heart rate sensor function doesn't work on over half of them, the speed function doesn't display, and many of the machines have plastic coming off of them causing a lot of noise. This is unacceptable. I don't pay $60.00 a month (what the fk, by the way?) for a gym that doesn't keep their equipment in decent shape. If you're a homophobic male (which I'm not), beware of the locker rooms and read missed connection classifieds in Annapolis, too funny.

There are plenty of equipments for anyone. It can get crowded sometimes, but so far I haven’t had any issues. You are greeted every time you walk in and offered a towel. I don’t use the lockers, but you do need to bring your own lock or pay for the ones with lock on them. Men’s bathroom is very clean. Equipments are generally clean and racked properly. There are indoor pool, hot-tub, and basketball court. Other gym goers are generally kind and respectful. People tend to put their weights back, which goes to show their sense of maturity/responsibility.

I have been a member there for several years. They have a wide variety of equipment and can accommodate many members. Our club even has a pool and hot tub and is near eating establishments. I would give the 5th star if they upped the quality of their equipment maintenance.

Aqua class instructor needs some training and also some music beyond the 1950's! Actually no music would even be an improvement. Not all of us are in our 80's, but forced to exercise in the pool due to joint injuries. Such a disappointment! Gear this to the Boomer generation! Music from late 60's and beyond! Oh and the hokey pokey...please stop!

90% of the reason I go to this gym is because it's close to my house. I like Gold's Gym better so if you live closer to that go there. Overall the gym is average. The pool is average, the hot tub is average, and the weightlifting area is average. The mats for abs are completely disgusting, torn, and who knows what is growing inside of them. The staff is friendly but not really professional. They seem to have a hard time keeping paper towels supplied. I've asked them several times to refill them but I shouldn't have to. There is a notification on the screens that plays a message for the staff to clean up every so often and I've never seen anyone do it. But for an average price you get an average gym.

I am amazed at the bad reviews of this gym. I don't know where these other people have been working out, but compared to my last gym it is paradise. It is immaculate, absolutely loaded with equipment, upbeat and fun. Sure, occasionally a machine will be broken -- with so many users, you have to expect that. But I think their turn- around time is acceptable. I have high standards for cleanliness and find it to be very clean. I also toured L.A. Fitness and Annapolis Athletic Club,and this was far superior. The trainers and staff could be friendlier, but it is a corporate establishment so I guess that is to be expected. I love this gym.

I like this place since this is close from home and their stuff is friendly. I have 2 things which I do not like at this gym. I always go to around 5PM, and it Tuesday to Thursday tends to be busy, worse case there is no open spot for treadmill. 1, cleanliness Machine is fine, but locker room is not clean. I will never be motivated to take shower at this 2, location of locker Man's locker is located at furthest from entrance. So you need to keep walking to the end to end before and end of your workout. It was fine initially but it gets bother me since I go there a lot.

Pretty is better than the one on Austin bluffs and academy area but needs some help. Nicer/newer equipment, but smells like old socks, bathrooms not clean or stocked with tp or towels. Floors definitely need cleaning, and pool area needs remodeling. Going back to my old gym.

They recently remodeled this gym and it looks fantastic. It's an upscale gym but not overly crowded. It has a nice pool, group workout room, huge basketball court, and the equipment is in good repair.

Long time member "teased" for months with grandiose remodel hopes/plans. NOPE..all we ended up with is.just more lipstick on an aging and ailing pig! Seriously, equipment here ranks at or near bottom of all clubs in Las Vegas. Great staff, but even they do not make up for the shoddy cardio equipment of yesteryear that has become the common complaint of MOST members.

Looks horrible, weights are thrown wherever. How for $85 a month planet fitness looks more organized. Bathroom smelled, gym smelled, could imagine how bad it must be in that basement, just overall really disappointed. Lastly the night front dest lady Rhonda I believe was not the nicest, since she thought I was only a week member who wouldn’t sign up. Felt I was NOT treated as nicely as other guest. Glad i left once Houston (Lower Manhattan) location closed down, wanted to give it another try. 24 hour gyms are highly convenient, but with this experience I’ll stick to NYSC until i find something else. (Never was into writing reviews but felt this one was necessary, because I used to praise 24 hour fitness, not any more)

This gym was nice at one point, however now it is so poorly maintained its sad. There is at any point 50% of the Cardio equipment that is not operating properly, broken audio connectors, squeaking, grinding, etc. I was trying to ride a bike the other night and NOT ONE of the 4 seated bike work properly, in fact all 4 of them have broken seats !!They clearly have no onsite maintenance person for their equipment. The locker rooms are HORRIBLE! Both mens and womens, my boyfriend says the urinals are all disgusting and stink of urine, the womens room is the same, I woundn't dare shower there in bare feet. Its a shame, but they seem not to care....

Nice gym. Looks alot nicer inside then fr outside. It has multiple machine for different workouts. In the morning and afternoon it is not to crowded. The kids club is a good size and the staff that work with the kids are great. Overall the faculty is really nice and the employee are very friendly and helpful.

Very different than other 24 Hours clubs. Very SMALL and cramped. Have had to wait to use stair step machines and treadmills. Can not walk in between treadmills, they are right up to the next one. Cardio is downstairs, weights upstairs. Missing amenities like towel service, etc. Air-conditioning works sporadically (or not at all) for months. Seem to always be waiting for repair person. When it does work they turn it off after 11pm. and they have no fans - very uncomfortable at night. Staff at front desk is friendly and always greets you and says good by. The view is beautiful during day hours, but non -existent once the sun goes down. I will be switching to a gym in Kaka'ako when my year membership is done.

WORST GYM PERIOD!!Here it is, the Annapolis location is disgraceful in its current state. I am an original member, my wife and I joined the day you opened. The club was great in the beginning of course as are most things new, however the complete and utter lack of basic maintenance and cleaning is repulsive. The fact that there isn't one single piece of cardio equipment that FULLY functions (let me be clear, either does not work at all, or heart rate monitors are shot, TV mounted on top is out, Audio output doesn't work etc) not to mention the fact that you could write your name in the dust surrounding the equipment. The locker rooms are so nasty, the floor has NEVER been cleaned properly, there is an on going joke on the gym floor with other members on how long the saturated urine stains will remain around the urinals. The Kids Club (which we use to bring our kids to) is routinely closed, citing "health issues" which is deplorable. There has and continues to be several pieces of equipment in the weight room that have been broken for weeks on end, not to mention the belts on the weight stacks that are close to snapping. Additionally the cables that are also attached to weight stacks are in ALL cases missing portions of the protective coatings of which when the cables do snap and cause injury you should and most likely will be facing lawsuits for negligence for failure to maintain any reasonable level of maintenance. Lastly, the pool.....Cloudy water, and foul smelling at times is not something we should have to put up with either. (this is going to get a phone call with the Health Dept) Me, my wife, our close friends, and many upon many other members of your gym have had it. This needs to be addressed, and it needs to be done now.Oh and of course when you reach out to the Newest General Manager (I think your on your 4 or 5th one now) and they tell you "Its all great, no issues here, etc etc" you had better send someone out with a digital camera, gloves, and some good common sense to see for themselves that NOTHING I have spelled out here today is inaccurate. In closing I will not be putting any of my pertinent personal contact info below, I have complained for the last time, all my previous ones have clearly fell on deaf ears at the front desk, so JUST GET THINGS FIXED !!

Consistently clean and customer focused. The Folsom gym is less crowded than the downtown Super Sport, and offers all the group classes and functional training equipment expected of a quality gym. My favorite are the Les Mills Body Pump classes, killer HIIT training. The staff is always friendly and eager to help!

My first impression when visiting was that it was a decent gym. Then after a few weeks working out I started to see the problems. Lets start with the fact that they have the worst ventilation...crappy AC....they use fans and they cant even get enough fans to spread around.... Then they decided to do some remodeling, by removing about 10 machines to make room for a bigger personal training area. Most gym upgrade by replacing and getting new equipment....this gym takes them away...and not only did they take away machines, but they took the good ones and left the crappy ones. And the free weight area sucks....not enough room or machines...especially the benches for chest workouts...just 1 flat and incline bench...really guys? Trainers suck..... why would you want to pay for the most unmotivated, unfriendly trainers I have ever seen in my life working out at different gym. These guy stand there looking around and talking to others while you do your sets, not even counting or motivating their clients. How many reps was that?...don't ask your trainer there not counting. The locker room is small....the towels are extremely rough...they gym is starting to look like a teenagers dirty bedroom....people just leave there dirty workout towels laying around the gym and on machines...they cant even put them in the dirty bin after they use them....and thats if people use them....leaving machines all sweaty and oily...the towels are free why doesn't everyone use them...its gross. I would not recommend this gym...it is truly not worth the money especially since they only have 3 locations in the city....and this is the ULTRA sport gym...I hate to see what the other ones are like.....I will be going back to my old gym.

I used to be able to use spin bikes on my own but now that room is locked and u can only access if u join the classes which don't match my schedule

Most gyms make it difficult for you to workout due to being an out of state visitor. This gym was very accommodating for me, they gave me a free pass for the two days I was visiting Colorado Springs and the staff was helpful. Gym is clean and has everything you need. Definitely recommend.

This Place sucked! I would have thought for the price you're paying you would be treated very well and professional...NOT! One of the trainers, "Aaron" is fat and if you get him to register you.. RUNAWAY! HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE"S TALKING ABOUT! He lies!!! first he said we're going to have a trainer for the first week to show us around...THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! then, he said he will waive the "initiation fee" HE DELAYED IT, NOT WAIVED IT!!! I should have known better and asked for it in writing.... People just do not want to deal with you and will pass you along to others! It was frustrating!!

After 10 years of being a member, I asked for an upgrade to a super sport and was given the price of a new member. No discount or promotion was offered to me and I've paid my membership every year for over 10 years. So instead I joined EOS gym and pay an extra 12 dollars for BETTER/newer upgraded gyms all over the valley. Sad that the wouldn't even consider my history with over 10 years and 3 family members on file. Also, I have been over charged 50 dollars for the past 3 years and 24 hour fitness broke the contract they gave me 10 years ago. They over charged me and will not do anything to compensate, not even an upgrade. That's why I have joined EOS gym.

No idea what the club is like hence my 3 stars, but I signed up for a 3 day trial, got a job and couldn't attend, and received 4 phone calls, 4 emails and a voicemail urging me to show up and even asking when I planned to show up! Super invasive and rude, I even asked the women on the phone to not call me twice and it kept happening! So that's my experience here, couldn't even step foot inside nor do I want to any more haha

The staff there is not the friendliest or most helpful. You feel like you are putting them out of their way when just asking a simple question. I enjoy the elliptical once in a while, looking out into the park has a serene relaxing effect. BUT on numerous occasion I have asked that the blinds be fixed,so that members can take in the beautiful park across the way;. I have heard other members also ask for them to be fixed. too! 6 months later...... NOTHING, I do not understand the difficulty in maintaining a facility.

Update 3/11/16: Significant improvement with new maintenance crew. The last two-years have been very sad, but they have replaced much of the worn-out cardio machines. Cleanliness and and presentation is much better on the gym floor. The locker room is still pretty rough, and the showers are dirty and moldy. Front desk staff is inconsistent in personnel and demeanor.

Pros Location walking distance to my apartment and Target Never a wait for cardio equipment Staff is friendly most of the time They have anything you would need for a good workout. From my experience clean and well maintained equipment most of the time for how busy they are. They have wifi and it works Cons This place is always packed. Even in the middle of the day. If you like to lift weights expect your workout to take significantly longer then other places due to wait times for equipment. 15 min a day makes a differance. People using the space for wierd workouts that dont make sense and getting in the way. (This is not a place to train for boxing or MMA in between the leg machines) Personal trainers get in the way of others trying to work out. So many dumb looking unrealistic exercises they have the clients do that require them pulling multiple weights and pieces of equipment at a time. Really annoying with as packed as the place is. 50 bucks a month plus joining fee They do close occaisionally on Holidays Sales staff is pushy. If you do a free trial expect to be called non stop after. I almost left this gym because they tried to make me pay another 199 dollar set up fee with my renewal after 3 years of membership. Walked out then they called me 3 days later and waived it. Put a bad taste in my mouth. This place is over capacity. Management needs to put a hold on new memberships, expand, or open another location close by. I go here only because its walking distance to my place. Note in the last week they no longer provide towels. They claimed it is because of environmental concerns. It's is clearly obvious it is so they can save money. Why couldent they just come out and say that? They also raised rates on all the customers. Customers had no say its automatic and nothing you can do about it. They just send an email with this info when they feel like raising the price. This place is over capacity and still appears to be having financial problems. Wouldent be surprised if they are gone soon. The Towne Centre and Mall have lost 20 percent of there tenants in the last year and refuse to lower the rents. Going down hill fast.

As a full time unpaid caregiver, day and night for a mother with Alzheimer's, being able to get out of the house to see a friend is rare. Today I asked to play basketball with them and we went to their gym here. My one hour of basketball cost me $25, and the people at the front desk offered no other options. What an amazing repellent to ever join one of their gyms.

This is a very nice facility. First, it's in a nice, safe, upbeat/fun location (next to Whole Foods in the Annapolis Towne Center). Second, the facility is new looking, clean, and has high-end equipment and amenities. If you expect perfection though, you may need to go with something much nicer where you pay much more per month. Given 24 HF is open around the clock, you would expect there would be some maintenance issues from time to time. Finally, most of the staff members are very nice and helpful. Of course, there may be one or two that may not be as friendly as the rest, but if you call or visit the facility often, you will understand it's just the one or two individuals with issues and that most staff members are polite and professional. This is a pretty nice facility for the price, so don't let the bad reviews scare you away.

Absolutely horrid. If there was an option for 0 stars, that’s what I would rate it. I was here for over the summer and I had to go back to college in September, so I signed up for a temporary membership. When I did so, they had an offer where I could avoid being charged an initiation fee and only pay the three months for $65, and the person who signed me up explained that I had to cancel it before the end of the 2 months. But instead there was a miscommunication and apparently it was supposed to be cancelled before the end of the first month, so I ended up being charged $37 extra and they refused to refund me even after explaining that to them. I didn’t sign up for the month of September! They seriously need to fix their system to be more clear and have it actually make sense, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else again. Definitely never returning here, and I would not suggest it with the kind of practices they do here. You could be leeched of a ton of money, and its not worth the risk.

No water pressure in showers and barely warm water temperatures. Middle shower on left side has little insects that live in the cracks in the tile near the floor. Pretty scarring experience overall.

The machines are arranged systematically in rows which makes it easy to navigate and target different muscle groups. The staff is always smiling and some of them remember my name. They were very helpful when I injured my shin on a box jump -- first aid kit was ready to go at the front desk.

I signed up online and then I looked at the bad reviews on here and was horrified with my decision. I almost canceled the membership without even going to the gym because of how bad the reviews made this place sound. I decided to go once to check it out and if was as frightening as the reviews say then I would cancel. I went a morning before work and the place looked just fine, the place wasn't riddled with dirt and broken machines. (I witnessed one broken treadmill the other reviews made it sound like half the gym was out of service). I went into the bathrooms and I didn't see urine everywhere like the reviews say (can't speak for the men's bathroom). The bathroom's toilets were spotless the showers were clean, didn't see any hair anywhere. I wasn't afraid to use the showers barefoot because they looked pretty clean. I enjoyed how the showers had bodywash/shampoo in them. The towels were well stocked. I used a bunch of different things, just walking around trying everything. The machines weren't broken, except the one treadmill I saw which had a sign on it. The machines also looked pretty clean. I've been back a couple times since my first visit and everything was still just as clean. I don't regret signing up for this gym.

Now there are about 10 big tv's hanging from ceiling and 4 of the have audio issues. What the heck? Time to look for another Fitness center. No wonder this place has a lot of one star rating. Went today to finish my 3 day pass and sign up later. The guy started to interrogate when I first came in and basically told me $25 to work out for the 15 minutes that I had. I told him I didn't have time and I would rather sign up since that was my intention. This gym is full of knuckleheads & it’s not even the New Years Resolutioners. Instead it’s the numbskulls talking/texting on their phones while on the machine. I’m not expert but I’m fairly positive you’re not getting nearly as good a workout as you think you are. And don’t expect the staff to enforce any rules Except for when snowflake men...err, boys are offended overhearing someone else’s conversation though they are the idiot having a 20-minute conversation in between sets.

Very busy Monday - Wednesday after 5pm, Pool is a decent size with hardly anyone in it. The Gym floor is spaced out, one of the larger 24's in the area. They do offer towels to use at this gym and also have a mini shake bar for after your workout.

Very friendly. The women's bathrooms are very clean. On busy time some women aren't too tidy but that's not the gyms fault. It's easy to overlook the scattered towels. They maintain the equipment and fix things in a timely manner. The clientele is also friendly. The amount of machines is a lot! They have half the ground floor dedicated to warm up machines. Bobby (one of the trainers) is professional and Max (the new manager) is great too. Overall the staff is professional and friendly. This is a tue 24 hour around-the-clock gym. I think the only 2 days they close is Christmad and New Years day. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the women's sauna - very clean. definitely would recommend this gym to a friend.

When I first started at this location, it was pretty nice. More crowded than the location near Lake Mead and Boulder Highway that closed down, but still convenient, and lots more equipment. I stopped going to the gym for a while due to work and family stuff, and the first time I went back I was shocked at the change. Needless to say, if this was my first time to this location, I would’ve turned around and left and not come back, cancelling my membership in the process. The staff is okay as long as there aren’t any problems for them to have to deal with. The music is really loud so it’s hard to concentrate (and especially when lifting weights it’s important to concentrate). It’s hard to get equipment. It’s not the cleanest gym I’ve seen either. The parking lot is just plain dangerous – people speed and drive in and out of the lanes with absolutely no regard to oncoming traffic. I’ve almost been run over a handful of times, and _every_ time I go someone almost hits my car because they think they’re a bloody stunt driver. When it comes to training agreements, be very careful. I had signed up for on-going training so I wouldn’t have to go through the process of signing up for a new block of sessions on a regular basis. It was convenient, if pricey. I bought a house and needed to cancel so I could put the money towards winding up the purchase. Apparently, my request to cancel didn’t make it into the system in time and I was charged for another set of sessions. That was in November 2017; I called, spoke with a few different people, and I was told they would look into it and call me back later that day or the next day. I never heard anything after a month. I tried calling and couldn’t get anywhere. Now in 2018, I went in person and made a bit of a fuss and I was told the manager would contact me. He called me back (on the wrong phone number) and left a message, so now I’m stuck trying to get a hold of him. The problem is, whenever you call, the manager is never available, and one of the supposed higher-ups, Jessica, is very quick to pass me off to anyone else. The person who is “supposed” to be taking care of this hasn’t. Bottom line: If you drive a small tank, you'll be safe in the parking lot. If all you go there for is cardio, you’ll probably be okay. If you’re there to lift, prepared to improvise a lot. And again, above all, do NOT dig yourself into a hole with auto-debit! Update: Keith called to say the refund was on its way... That was more than two weeks ago, and still no refund.

4 years ago this use to be a wonderful gym. They updated the basketball court and weight equipment which made it even better. Now it always seems like their are machines out of order every day including cardio equipment. Staff rarely says hi etc. I still prefer it over the beaverton round location though. Went there at 5 am (22 minutes ago) and they refused to sell me a day pass until 7am. I have been using different gyms every weekend to see which one best fits my training before I get a membership. I will never step foot into a 24 hour fitness again, I think steel gym will get my membership. Calling yourself 24 hour fitness, advertising as open 24 hours and then denying the general public is absolutely ridiculous.

I took a cycling class with Neci in November 2016. It was my first cycling class since being a member of 24 Fitness. When I first came into the classroom Neci stated "You're New." I misunderstood her and thought she was asking so I said "Yes. I'm new." Than, she rudely responded "I know your new." Than asked me where I had taken classes before and than accused me of not wanting to know her rules. She than continued to haze me in front of the class. One example is when she continued to call me "new girl"rather than my name or nothing at all. She yelled at the class something and they all responded "fired up." Neci stated because I didn't say fired up that everyone had to turn up their resistance on their cycling bikes. I finally left after 20 minutes. Her class felt like they were all part of a cult. I felt like an outsider and was unwelcomed. I will not be going back to one of her classes. I don't pay to get harassed. On top of this, she doesn't even cycle with the rest of the class! Update: I spoke with the manager from 24 hour fitness although very nice and listened to my feedback, he didn't seem to get it. He conducted an investigation and found no wrongdoing. How is that possible? I have decided to cancel my membership. Although, I love Zumba instructors Amanda and Maureen, I should not have to deal with Neci and her unprofessional behavior.

Not cheap enough for what little you get. The personal trainers are ridiculous, take up all of the space, and are not very impressive to watch. It’s all kind of sad. I feel like I got duped into the towel service as a bonus for membership, then they took it away. Not having towels makes sense. Having second rate equipment? and nowhere to work out unless you want to go at 3 AM? when the pool is closed? It is just not worth it. The water fountains make you feel like you’re in second grade trying to refill your bottle. I was really excited to start at a new gym, but I will keep looking. I canceled a week in because a personal trainer straight up took over the space I was using for a ridiculous workout routine for their client while I had clearly set myself up for a few rounds. I actually would prefer to have my money back for June/July, but my expectations are low. The energy here is not upbeat or aggressive enough for anyone who wants to focus on their work out anyway. Great place for 55 plus clientele maybe.

They don't clean ever. Someone on Feb 1st decided to spit a large wad of tobacco in the mens urinal. As of Feb 22, it is still there. Whomever cleaned, decided to pick up the urinal mat, and hide it. Disgusting. Makes you wonder how often they clean the rest of the gym... People there are also trash. Talking on cell phones on the machines while not working out, not cleaning up after themselves leaving towels everywhere. It is like humanity ceased to exist. Its really not hard folks, clean up after yourself. So if you like all this, feel free to go. It sucks its the affordable place in town if your not a rich soccer mom that can afford 85 a month at Annapolis Athletic. Good news everyone, not only were their trash cans overflowing at 9am Saturday, which again shows they didn't clean, but now they are raising prices again.

First, let me state that this review does not reflect at all upon the staff working the day I was there. I found everyone there to be friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I am a master reviewer – I have reviewed thousands of areas and had millions of views across this platform – with not a single one ever questioned nor removed by Google. I don’t understand how anyone in the past year can rate this health club as anything above a one star. Understand, I travel constantly for work. I see different gyms in different areas every week of the year. I have a membership with LA Fitness, but there are none in the Vegas area. My first impression was that the main area was “dingy.“ Some of the equipment is nice, some of it definitely shows some wear, but overall, it is definitely serviceable. The locker room, however, is another story entirely… It was filthy. Not filthy as in it needed to be cleaned, but “filthy“ as it had been in a state of filth and dinginess for a long and extended period of time. It is so dirty that, around the edges, there is a demarcation line where you can tell it has not been cleaned well – and that the only thing keeping it clean are the people standing in front of lockers dripping off water. The area under the urinals was positively covered with urine and stank strongly… So much so, that I went into one of the stalls where I found the condition not much better. I don’t usually travel with shower shoes, but I will from now on. The shower area here is like a 1970s high school locker room – dingy with wide open shower stalls. There are no curtains and no privacy. The water pressure is but a trickle from the shower heads. I thought you couldn’t possibly get worse than the locker room, but I was wrong. They have a steam room and a sauna here – those in serious states of disrepair and needing massive renovation. The steam room was barely functional, with someone having to come in with a handful of cold water and smack it up against the sensor in order to get the steam to even come on. The sauna was dirty, had many broken tiles, and the wood benches that were placed over the filthy tile ones were made of plain pine 2 x 4 material that clearly had not been cared for nor changed in quite some time. The ceiling of the pool area here is covered with black mildew spots. Every vent in the entire club is filthy and coated with dust. While my workout was “OK,“ I certainly will never visit a 24 hour fitness again if this is the type of facility I can expect.

The vibe here is really respectful and inclusive. Zumba classes are fun. They have two of the self-powered treadmills that are pretty awesome. Locker room and pool area is clean.

This is a great gym to work out in and, if you love playing basketball, to play ball in. A lot of the good Las Vegas, Green Valley, and Henderson basketball players come here to play after hours, because the gym is a fairly good size, especially when compared with the other 24 Hour Fitness'. If your strictly a work out kind of person I suggest going to the Las Vegas Athletics near by on Eastern, it is a lot cheaper and the women there give you something exceptional to occasionally peek at while your working out. Out of all the gyms and 24 hour gyms I've ever worked out at....this is by far the worst. I can't even put my finger on it. The gym feels claustrophobic. The equipment, for being in Folsom, is older and outdated and the lighting is dimmer and harsher (how is that even possible) I have a bad feeling. Almost like I'm being watched when I'm in this gym. I can't describe it. The floor plan is awful. Its kind of funny that this is a super sport. Just go to the J Street 24 hour fitness for super sport, this one feels like a base level 24. This gym just feels dead.

I had a bad experience with one of the staff, Jasmine at Hawai’i Kai 24 hour fitness. On 2019 new year, I called to find out if they open and until what time. Jasmine who works at the front desk gave me a hard time. She did not answer my question but asked me with cold and not friendly voice ‘are you the member’? I said ‘yes’ and she was silent. So I asked her again ‘can you let me know if you guy open and what time close please?’ She said, ‘ we are already open now, and we always open 24 hours.’ I don’t know why she made it so hard to this simple question. All she can say is ‘yes and until what time they would close today.’ What I know is for some holidays they don’t open such as Christmas and thanksgiving... I still go to this location because it is close to my home not because some individual’s attitude. What I am saying is one bad fish can affect the whole pond.

I am so disappointed with the upkeep of what was once such a nice facility. A lot of the employees are wonderful but left with their hands tied and unable to make necessary corrections. Most recently, the air conditioning in the Kid's Club area is completely inoperable and the room is stuffy and hot. The ladies working are covered in sweat themselves as they attend to all of the many children the best they can. The working conditions for the employees in the Kid's Club seem to be way beyond what you'd think might be expected given the current circumstances. There are box fans on the floor in attempt to manage the situation on some level but this has been ongoing for several weeks and there has been virtually no A/C since at least Wednesday. I'm not leaving my small children in a hot, stuffy and recently dirty (mold all over the ceiling tiles and dust caked thick behind the cubbies) room so I can go attempt to get lucky and find a single piece of working equipment. Virtually every spin bike, treadmill and elliptical are broken in some capacity. The leg extension on the weight floor has been broken for several months. Employees at the front desk are very apologetic and embarrassed for the lack of upkeep but The actual manager however, doesn't seem to concerned and so far has been difficult to communicate with. I've made several attempts to get information as to when I can expect equipment or A/C to be fixed, but there are no answers and most recently the manager is again on vacation and unable to be reached to address the issue so I am paying to use the gym but I again can't due to the conditions of the facility. The manager doesn't have voicemail but I've left a few messages at the desk and haven't gotten a reply; I am hopeful maybe he will return my call THIS time to discuss the situation.

I have had a membership at 24 hour fitness for the last year. I do not plan on renewing. Many of their machines don't work properly and they really need to work on cleanliness of the work out area. My greatest frustration is the fact that almost none of the individualized screens work on the cardio equipment or they have a 100 channel options of which only four channels work and you spend your entire workout trying to find one of those four. I spoke to the staff about the problems with the individualized screens and was told that it is too expensive to get parts so they are changing all the machines over to audio connect to the several large screens they have hanging from the ceiling. So, if being able to watch your favorite show while you work out is priority for you, 24 hour fitness is not the place to go.

It's absurd that there is no equipment installed to combat the problem considering all the deodorizers on the market. It smells better in a New York subway.

Equipment score: B+ . Overall gym layout score: B+ . Men's locker room score: D-. Tile floor often wet/ used towels left everywhere. Repairs to hand dryers/ urinals/ general leaks takes weeks to fix. Water pressure at sinks makes it almost impossible to rinse off hand soap. As of 12/22/2018 nothing has changed in the men's locker room. As of 3/12/2019 men's locker room usually has wet floors, used towels left around. Members need to clean up after them selves. For those who don't, I'd hate to see what their house looks like. Staff score: B+. Sometimes members are greeted w/ "Hi" or 'Hello". Too often front desk staff says nothing...this also includes trainers you might pass through out the facility. As of 12/22/2018, front desk almost always greets w/ hi/hello..very nice to hear! 3/12/2019, Front desk staff continues to greet members. A smile and a wave "hello" goes a long way. It's much improved from a few years ago. Members: A. 24hr. members are friendly, respectful to one another & their work out space. As of 12/22/2018 I think this gym has some of the friendliest members!! SPIN room/ bike have had upgrade in 2018 since. Way better bikes and lots cleaner on too. I think more "spinners" wipe down their bikes after use. Don't forget to wipe down floor under bike when class is over. I'll stay w/ 24Hr. because it's convenient and all the members I've every encountered are polite, considerate of your "work out" space. 2018 update....ALL NEW SPIN BIKES!!! GOOD JOB 24hr. Fitness! Giving credit where it's due. Hopefully members that use the spin room will respect new bikes and wipe down after use...including the floor under bike that usually is left w/ a puddle of sweat. Have noticed more greetings from staff...and that's always a good thing. Members have always been friendly/ courteous to others. Thanks for the improvements. 2018 facility upgrades, cross fit gear/areas. I'm glad I've stayed w/ this gym. 24 hour staff, keep greeting and smiling...it goes along way. 2019 update...I'm repeating what I've posted...I'm glad I've stayed w/ 24hr. It is impossible to cancel a membership with this company. Called numerous times and got a run around. Talked to the manager and provided requested documents and still nothing. Finally got customer service to “freeze” membership, but two months later they are still charging me. Next call is to the BBB. Steer clear of this gym, many other options with better service.

Hello. For those of you that don't know me, I'm a senior at the University of Oregon studying Public Relations and Business Administration. Yesterday I returned home for Thanksgiving break and went to 24 Hour Fitness - Murray Scholls, OR to find out my membership had expired without any prior notice. The gentleman who helped me renew my pass told me I would have to pay the $30.00 initiation fee again if I wanted to purchase a membership. If I knew my membership was about to expire I would have renewed my pass to avoid the $30.00 initiation fee I had paid in the past. After my workout I decided to talk to a 24 Hour Fitness employee about waiving the fee. I found it very unreasonable and mentioned that I had been a loyal 24 Hour Fitness member since I was in the 7th grade. As I explained my story to the lady, I noticed she had a smirk on her face. I felt that was very rude and asked her kindly if I could speak to a manager (I was not aware she was the Club Manager. I had no intention of being rude or inconsiderate.) She then replied in a very sarcastic tone, "I am the Club Manager." I asked her if something was funny because I felt very uncomfortable throughout the conversation. I didn't realize my question would then escalate into her canceling my membership and telling me I was never welcomed at the Murray Scholls, 24 Hour Fitness again. The Club Manager, HEATHER EDWARDS then took it to the next level by yelling at me in front of customers, humiliating and treating me that she would "Call the Police" if I did not leave. I was simply asking a question regarding her body language and voice, I wasn't asking to be verbally abused and racially profiled. As an upcoming PR professional, I found HEATHER EDWARDS actions extremely inappropriate and will never renew a membership at 24 Hour Fitness again. What an embarrassment to 24.

When I cancelled my membership, those same machines and more were still broken. I complained so many times, I just stopped trying. This gym is not taken care of whatsoever. So every weekend we have about 30 to 40 guys that show up to play basketball. So they kicked all of us out so that they can have a personal trainer train 2 to 3 employees. Why shut down the whole gym for 2 or 3 employees when they have other parts of the gym that they can use for their training. You can't even use the basketball gym during the week because they have another training and take you off the court. So I canceled my membership due to over paying for a gym that you can't even use. I highly recommend people not to come to this location.

The gym is extremely dirty. The employees do not workout anything but their teeth so they don't care. There are. Bugs are crawling around the sauna and even around the leg press and hscksquat area in the back. This is seriously by far, the worst gym in Las Vegas and the sad thing is, that this one is better than many other 24 hour fitness locations in Vegas. Good luck people, I highly advise you guys to keep looking for a gym and give 24 a pass.

Staff here are the biggest let down , terribly rude , unhelpful and i have never seen one of them in the evenings do anything more than sit stationary upstairs , the gym is badly looked after and dirty and there are almost never clean towels , it pretty much is in a constant state of mess , where it’s best day I’ve seen it hit a 2.5 out of 10 but it usually stays around 1/10. Needs a totally new management staff to come in and refresh the attitude of anyone who stays

This concept would work if not for the “campers” who monopolize equipment while scrolling through their iPhones. I have seen campers pitch their tent for over 30 minutes on a piece of equipment and maybe do one or two sets. Work out and move on - but do not camp out as a courtesy to others that 24 Hour Fitness does not enforce nor include in their indoctrination beyond trying to sell a personal trainer package who are just as guilty as these “campers”.

Been working out here for about 3 years and overall I really the place. The equipment overall is very good. Some suggestions for improvement are adding a few more squat racks, a few of the carabiners on the pulley weight system are old/zip-tied, and one of the tricep pulldown ropes is ratty/fraying and should be replaced. The staff is usually quite friendly. It does get quite packed around 5-7 PM on weekdays. They do offer a great monthly rate for current & retired military members.

So upset of this place I sighed up around June last year and I told them I will travel and please frozen my membership I sighed up because they told me I will have a special offer and one week free training and so many more activities anyways I left for around 2 months then I got in a little accident All this time I though my membership was frozen well it was NOT I finished paying around 700dls for the months including the annual fee and other fee that I have no idea what was for I left seriously crying cuz. I was sooo upset the manager and one girl too they made me feel so bad horrible after cancelled my membership like 5 min after my mom was with me and she asked me to used the bathroom like I was of course Mom go downstairs WELL THEY DIDNT LET MY MOM use the bathroom can you believe that !?!? Not like the West Coast's 24 Hour Fitnesses. This facility has major maintenance issues - men's locker room smells gross and is incredibly humid from the poor ventilation. Equipment that needs repair tend to sit around for one to two weeks (if not longer) with "out of order" signs. Like other comments, the trainers are pretty awful (with the exception of one or two) - most of the men stand around chatting while their paying clients workout unsupervised, with improper form and no motivation. The customers are rude and messy - towels, sweat, and equipment left everywhere. The staff here doesn't do enough to maintain the facility, and customers should respect the rules more.

I've Gaven this location another shot. Use to work out here for nearly three years straight, and moved over to the tanasbourne location, which is obviously the best 24 for the Beaverton area. Came to this location last week and it wasn't all that bad. They can use some new equipment but I expect it will come soon. Pool area smelled a little funky when we were walking to the sauna.

I've been going here for about 5 years now. My son's love it in the kiddie care area! It's a decent little gym. I do wish they had another dead lift platform and another squat rack or too. The dry sauna seems to be down a lot but i think that's partially due to stupid ppl breaking it even though there are signs everywhere.

The gym is ALWAYS packed, and you can never have a decent workout because you have to wait an average of 15 minutes for each machine or bench. And The pool has been out of service since I joined. The membership fees are far too expensive to have to deal with this daily.

Be very aware! they will try to steal your money in any way possible! I "froze" my membership because I moved for work and I was told I could have had it frozen for UNLIMITED TIME. When I came back I found out that indeed it was reactivated after 2 months without my permission!! so they've been charging me for 10 months even if I asked to have the membership frozen!!! When I asked to talk with the manager, he roughly told me it was my fault because I should have noticed it before not because they reactivated it without my permission...THIEVES!!! Ps: gym has no air in the summer and the cleaning is very poor

Decent number of treadmills and ellipticals. The weight room is good; nothing fancy, but it's got everything you need, and with the exception of January, it's pretty empty. I've never taken any classes or physical training, so I can't comment on those, but it's generally a pretty decent place. However, there's a reason why it's always so empty. The price. Given the planet fitness 2 blocks away that charges ~$10/month, you'd expect that this place would likely be in the ~$20-30 month range. It's about $80/month. I'm not sure why, as it's a fairly standard gym, but 24 hour fitness classifies it as an "Ultra Sport" location. As far as individual machines/tools go, it has a heavy bag, which is nice, and the military press bench is one of the most comfortable I've ever used. The ab resistance machines are both terrible. I'm really hoping that they switch to a Nautilus one at some point. The weights are generally fairly well racked, although there's a solid ~5 individuals on any given day who are incapable of reading the labels and set down their 80lb dumbells in the 20lb section. With that said, however, the staff is just amazing. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. Brodie, Will, Max, and everyone else are spectacular. Completely worth it.

Showers were tiny, no room for stretching and the place used for stretching smelled like urine... overall it was muggy. I arrived at 6:20am. The sauna/steam room is my main attraction to using 24 instead of one of the many other neighboring facilities; however, recently, they have started to let the sauna and steam room quality diminish significantly. Great place, clean environment, very friendly employees with only the slightest bit of sales tactics, nothing too pushy or in your face. But definitely could stand for an update on their spa area to keep up with the increased clientele demand.

These “SafeSplash” swimming lessons need to end, as a paying member I think it’s extremely unfair that 24 Hr Fitness is double dipping and selling access to the pool to non members! They claim only one lane will be taken but when I went in there were 2 being used by SafeSplash and about 12 adults waiting for/sharing the one lane. And it’s for about half the day pretty much everyday. I am very upset with 24’s need to make even more money when the facilities are not even kept up that well. Will not be renewing when it comes time.

I think this is your basic gym. It spacious downstairs with plenty of equipment. The studio is okay but suits its purpose. Upstairs is bring with plenty of cardio machines or those who needs it. Small TRX area that is a bit to visible to the street for me. All the tourists walking by looking in. LOL. The staff has always been friendly. The locker room (men's) is fine. Can be a bit tight during peak hours. Sometimes the towels are slow to replenish. I'm there to workout not stare at my phone or luxury towels and lemongrass shampoo. If you want that the boutique gym down the street for $220 is there for you.

It's crazy how quickly times change. Originally, I never chose to come here, but with the rapidly declining SoHo location, this Madison Square Park 24 Hour Fitness is now the best one in the city. It's not too crowded, it has a first floor that gets natural light, and the equipment is well organized. If you're a traveler to New York and need to drop in to a 24 Hour Fitness, come to this one.

Did a Spin class and weight workout. Not my normal 24 hour fitness. this is a Club Sport and Not a Super Sport 24hr fitness. What a dump. Spin room bikes are trash, we spun in the dark because the lights are to bright to use. No exhaust fan in the room it got very hot, humid and STUNK! This gym needs a serious remodel go somewhere else. Work out machines also need a full replacement.

I have been going to this club for years. It is good club but it used to be way better than this though. They used to have really really good boot camp classes on Saturday and Sunday morning. First it was free and then they started charging and then it disappeared. There are many people that are starting to go to other gyms which is sad. I am hoping management would do something about it. Lately since December, either the sauna or the steam room or the whole pool area is closed for maintenance. And lots of times there's bathroom stalls with no seat covers or TP or there's no paper towels. And the temperature in the locker room is always kept warm, about 83 or 84 degrees. Should be in the 70s not 80s. I go here because it's the closest to my house but they should fix these problem areas.

Update: I canceled my membership on December 2018 due to my difficult schedule which basically I was wasting money and tried another local gym near my expectations. Now that I have the chance to come back (didn't know about the freeze membership option) they told me I need to restart by O and pay all the fees, because basically I am a new customer, so I decided getting the 3 day pass before making a decision and the front desk representative told me that I am not able to use any pass because I was a customer before. Basically these people is pure business and don't care about customers. I will never come back again.

Even though I never got to actually use the gym, because you can only use free passes after 9:30 a.m. m-f... Who works out after 9:30 that has a real job? Over before it began. I'm there all the time and being that it is open 24 hours a day you can go at anytime you so desire. Not only that but they're all over the United States and I have the All Sport membership which includes all 24 hour fitnesses throughout the United States. So if I want to travel I can and stop in for a workout. Some of the facilities provide towels for you such as one in Folsom California but the two in Citrus Heights and Rancho Cordova do not provide towels.

I was given the bait and switched when I signed up. I was told I could pay for the membership in full AFTER I signed up. This is the only way my company can reimburse me for the membership. After I signed up I was then told I could NOT pay for the membership in full. All 3 managers: Daryl, Kathy and the GM Niema promised me call backs, resolution, etc. Never happened. I will begin looking for a new gym today.

The free weights are good and it's not as packed as people describe but the treadmills are horrible. Majority of them need their belts tightened. You have less of a chance being injured running in the snow compared to these treadmills. It's a matter of time until someone is injured from the lose belts.

We are from San Diego visiting friends, and showed up at 6:10 am to get a workout in on a weekend. Was told to purchase a $20 guest pass, otherwise wait until 9am and speak to a sales rep before we workout. We have been members of 24 hr Fitness for more than a decade, and this was without a doubt, the worst service received at any location. The other suggestion was to maybe try googling another one nearby. Really? Unfortunately, we did that and got a similar response at another location. Almost gave up before trying a third location which was accommodating and friendly. This location that finally helped out was the one located on SW McEwan Rd in Tigard. I would go there before ever going back to this place.

I don't write reviews often, but two days in a row I have been DEEPLY disappointed in 24HR Fitness of Annapolis. The gym is nice cause it's affordable, convenient, and easy to stop by on either my way to or from work. Usually, I stop by around 5:30 in the morning and in the past it has been much easier than swinging by after work around 3:30 (no towels in the locker room, crowded, trash everywhere). However, in the morning yesterday there were absolutely no paper towels or full squirt bottles on the lower level room. This means no one was able to clean off the equipment AFTER they used it unless they trekked upstairs. How many people do you think went to the effort? It disgusted me thinking of how unsanitary that room must've become. Today, at 6am 24 Hour Fitness staff had a woman cleaning the showers in the men's locker rooms. It didn't entirely bother me personally, aside from the fact that they'd never have a man cleaning the showers in the women's locker room during peak work out time. Let's just say some men were visually upset or uncomfortable. But, what really bothered me was this poor woman. She was visibly uncomfortable being surrounded and encountering half dressed or naked men. Many times she said sorry. Who made her do this? How awful. Very disappointed with 24 Hour Fitness. I may even have to call into the manager. This was unacceptable.

Showers and locker rooms aren't very clean. Gym floor isn't much better. Equipment is decent but it gets crowded easily and you'll stand around waiting for equipment. 90% of employees are young girls, not very friendly and you'll stand at the counter waiting to be helped for 10 minutes while they talk amongst themselves or they're nowhere to be found. I'd have to say this is the worst 24 hour I've been to. They need to be trained by employees from the Denver locations.

This was really my only logical option for a gym in my area of manhattan while i'm here. I wish it wasn't though because it smells bad and there's barely any space. It's actually ridiculous that they call it an "ultra sport". Nobody maintains anything and nobody racks their weights.

If I could give this less than one star I would. I just recently canceled my membership due to a "policy" in the kids club of 3 strikes and you're out, that I had no knowledge of until the 3rd strike. Since they have reopened after construction and have a whole new staff, the vibe has completely changed. My kids are constantly in trouble, which didn't seem to be much of an issue until we came back to Wigwam. And is never really an issue at the other locations. The bathrooms are always disgusting and out of toilet paper. Which I brought up to the front desk. I also let them know on multiple occasions that the cleaning stations throughout the facility were out of solution and paper towels. There are often quite a few people on staff when I am there, but no one seems to leave the desk and walk around to check the cleaning stations, re-rack weights etc, they are usually all gathered around the sales desk or glued to their phones.. I would highly discourage anyone from this location. The other 24hr fitness's in Vegas are nothing like this one, they are actually pretty good. I will be taking my business and money to EõS.

Recent update: 2 of the showers are now broken, they run out of soap and towels routinely. Half of the televisions now run their stupid in-house propaganda channel. They have lots of members and a high fee so I don't understand why they are so unresponsive to problems! I have been a member since the day they opened several years ago. I like the staff and the facility overall but they have a serious maintenance problem. I understand wear and tear and things break but it always takes weeks for these guys to fix things. Why does it take 2-4 weeks to fix a TV, or an exercise machine, or a shower that just needs a plumber? They recently had 3 showers broken at the same time! These guys charge top dollar for membership but I often do not feel I am getting my money's worth. I am going to explore other options.

I used to work out almost exclusively at this gym. Now I go to other locations more frequently. At this location, there is a good selection of machines and equipment, but the layout is very crowded. Unlike the other locations, there is no longer a designated stretch area. You have to search for the mats to lie on, which are old and filthy. Then you can use the circuit training area, but it isn't private or comfortable. You get asked to move frequently. Stretching is super important to working out. It doesn't make any sense.

For me this gym suites my needs and has everything I want for a workout. This location is decent sized and not overly crowded. Equiptment isn't new but it's in good condition. Pretty much everything you need. 24 hour fitness has locations all over the country and that was a big plus for me. The one thing I wish could be better are the locker rooms. They are in need of some work. Just FYI most gyms will say about anything to get you to join. Know the questions to ask beforehand(contracts, cancellation, access to other locations, etc). My advise is don't sign a long term contract. Also my initial contact here gave me several false pieces of info on this gym so do your own research before you join. Also the staff here seem nice. Never had an issue.

I just started going here because I live close. I have a great personal trainer. The gym needs to be remodeled. The equipment is old, run down and dirty. Cardio equipment broken. People don't clean after they sweat all over. Play some music instead of political news stations on the tv's.

My experience at this gym has been nothing but good on both my walk there the water taste good and the women locker room is clean. I love the picture but i do agree that upgrade can be made to the shower the remind me of ship shower in the navy and the assessable chair Was pretty ding up and didn’t look safe or clean to sit on. But overall my free training session was great and her technique has help me gain strength when I did use her method I did feel it was brief and I didn’t get to know much about her and her background in fitness. Sleazy, sleazy, sleazy. There has been a management change, and it is far from good. They will get you signed up, and then if you have billing overages, there is no customer service. They will tell you to wait on the phone for 30 minutes to talk to “corporate.”

Terrible management and gym etiquette. A member was blasting hit music in the weight room in violation of gym rules and when it was brought to the attention of 4 staff members they all shrugged it off and allowed him to continue which only made him more annoying and even aggressive. When I tried to speak to the manager the next day I got the runaround all day long. Avoid this gym.

I imagine this message will get tossed aside just as my previous one to the club manager did, but here it goes. I utilize the 24-Hour Fitness at 225 5th Ave. in NYC. My compliant this morning, but not my only complaint, is about the laundry service. Ever since I began using the laundry service, my laundry has only been returned on time once, maybe twice. Usually when I bring it to the employee's attention, there is some excuse about how the laundry service is late bringing it back. However, most of the time it is because it has been sitting in a pile in the basement for a few days, waiting to be put back in my locker. This is unacceptable. When all my items are back in my locker at the same time, it is nearly impossible to close it due to all the replacement clothes I've had to bring in just to make use of my membership. This morning was no different. When I first opened my eyes this morning, the first thought that came to mind is that I should not go into the gym, because when I show up and my laundry isn't in there, it is going to make my day start off in a bad direction. I should have followed my instincts. Because if there is one thing 24 Hour Fitness is consistent with, aside from being dirty, never returning my laundry, and almost never having clean towels put out, is that they are sure to let you down and make up excuses while they do it. I have emailed the manager in the past, but never received a response. So, this morning, I will copy and paste this message, and send it to every single email I can find. If by noon today I do not have someone compensating me for all the countless hours I've wasted trying to fix problems with the services I pay for but rarely use without incident, I will walk downstairs, cross the street and cancel my membership. Lastly, I'm proud to say that I've kept roughly five people from signing up at 24 Hour Fitness. Moving forward, I will continue my efforts. Regardless if I am still a member or not.

Been here many times. Some of the equipment is used pretty hard, it get so busy that you feel crowded when trying to get your workout in. The pool had a leak recently leaving it drained and unusable. So many times the towels would be empty in the shower rooms and no soap. Not worth the monthly fee, annual fee and startup fee.

Compared to the Gladstone and McLoughlin locations, this gym is just old, small, and sad. It harkens back to an era when people believed that all you needed was a machine for every single muscle. Their free weight and free movement sections are really small and crowded. But they do have about 60-80 various weight machines; all of which are outdated and many of which need a degree of repair. Cardio area is well appointed though. Oh and cobwebs!! I was surprised how many other reviews mentioned this. But lord if you like cobwebs or you're a member of the Adam's Family - you're in luck. The most extensive collection of cobwebs and dust bunnies of any gym I've seen.

I started out at this gym a pile of bones, bullied beyond belief and a child amongst men with brute strength and muscles. Now, after only fifteen strenuous sessions at 24-hour fitness ™, I am a forest of veins, muscles and rage. I speak in only a series of barks now, no more English for this one. In fact, I am not even writing this review. The postman, who I bark at every day until he leaves, is writing this. I have him cornered in the…corner with an old, early 20th century typewriter. He is merely translating my barks the best he can. You want triceps, biceps, pecs, big hamstrings, (they’re the hardest to develop) or some other muscle other than the dumb brain and heart, come to 24-hour fitness. Speaking of your brain and heart, think you need those to survive, THINK AGAIN!! Before I walk into 24-hour fitness, I take seventeen scoops of pre-workout. By the time my fifth set rolls around, my heart has given out from the ungodly amount of pre-workout I have consumed. This is my Wednesday. Think you need your brain to survive, THINK AGAIN!! I have undergone a dangerous procedure to remove all information from my brain but working out and walking to 24-hour fitness. How to use a spoon, all I need to know is how to use this barbell. Basic human interaction etiquette, all I need to know is proper form on deadlift. 24-hour fitness WILL change your life. Heck, I left my family and wife behind to join and start my new life! Don’t worry, I only had one kid and only one wife. Last time I heard from my family they were begging for me to come back. Probably wasn’t about the bills piling up or the IRS that keeps calling, probably because they want to hang out with someone as SHREDDED as I am. Thanks 24-hour fitness, my life is exactly where I wanted to be all thanks to your clean equipment, friendly staff and machines and free weights that transformed my life from bag of bones to MARBLE CHISELED FROM THE GOD’S THEMSELVES!

I've been a member for a little over a year now. Staff is not the friendliest but not rude either. I joined mainly for the basketball gym and free fitness classes that the gym offers, plus the gym being open 24 hours. The light in the corner of the gym has been out since Febuary, the money that it cost for membership should have been fixed within the week of the issue. Several of the cardio equipment are severely broken or are their last legs.

My 3-day guest pass at the Madison park club NY was cut short by a very rude and ignorant member of staff who upon hearing my accent insisted I provide a NY state ID for entry and no other form of ID would be accepted. I've been in the country for 2 months, a working professional. I had 3 photo IDs including a passport and work visa plus 2 letters from Chase bank as proof of my local NY address. Evelyn was the staff member who in my opinion clearly feels HER gym shouldn't cater for foreign residents. I was in gym gear, needed to change and shower before work which I informed her and she was belligerent. I was forced to pay $30 to enter. This individual seems to be mentioned in other reviews online accused of being rude to customers, she shouldn't be on the front desk or near people. I called the manager later who agreed to give me a refund. Back at the club, was made to wait 10 minutes, then told he was too busy to see me. Eventually got a cash refund because they couldn't figure out how to work the till. I felt utterly discriminated against by rude, unprofessional staff. Will not go near 24 hour fitness EVER again.

I loved this gym for 10 years but they just sold us out!!! I am so angry and disappointed. Members suddenly have to put up with 1/3rd of the pool being rented out for children’s swim lessons! The users don’t even have to be members here! I paid my dues for full use of the area that I use most and not to share it with groups of little kids screeching at the top of their lungs and their group limiting the pool down to one lap lane and one slow lane for four hours during most peak usage times, year round from now on. This is happening 3 days a week from 4-8 and Saturdays 11-4. There’s a line of members waiting to use the pool now. I go for pain relief and use the quiet jacuzzi, steam/sauna and pool for this therapy. There is a diverse group of us that go regularly because it is the only pain relief we can get. We are crushed and insulted that management decided to drastically limit the quiet, adult hours we need to get get this relief. We feel very betrayed that the space we pay dues for has been sold to off to make an extra buck at our expense. Shame on you! This is a cold hearted, money grubbing breech of contract.

I am a member here, I love the fact that I can go to this gym at anytime. My only concern is during the AM hours this gym has some suspicious people inside the locker rooms. Those same people stink up the locker room which sucks when the locker room and bathrooms can be quite dirty at times.

Staff is nice, and the equipment is good. However, the cleanliness needs to be stepped up quite a bit. Walking through you can sense that the whole place hasn’t been deep cleaned in quite a while. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any gym that is my justification on giving it a 3 star rating.

Bad behaving people at the reception. My friend had told me about this place, so I went to see it, while my friend was in their gym and was coming out in 15 minutes. First, they said I could wait in their lobby, but after 5 min the reception girl said I was loitering and must go out. Now, I understand what kind of administration they have. I don't want to register with them nor do I recommend anyone, who expects courtesy, to be their member. Maybe, having too many people, so they feel that they don't need to care.

The staff always says "hi" and "bye" at the entry counter, but staff wandering the floor are in general unfriendly (but not rude) so I'm in between some of other reviews on staffing. I would say more than 1/2 of cardio equipment is in some form of disrepair, i.e., it's usually all usable but not functioning correctly (e.g., loose belts, unstable, broken sound or video, metrics broken, etc). There are probably 25 treadmills, but I would only run on maybe 4 of them....the rest are more suitable for walking. Someone should be tasked to use each machine, note flaws, and arrange repairs. With all the personal trainers and towel folders around, you would think someone could find an hour or two to do this, but why bother since they wouldn't fix the broken things anyway. I've told them a number of times about broken equipment, but it seems a waste of time since nothing ever gets addressed. One machine has actually been broken for several years now (although usable for some exercises). Typical wait time on a weight machine repair is over a month while repairs on cardio equipment seem nonexistent. When you tell them about a problem, they usually scribble a note but that is the extent of anything happening. Their only concern seems to be trying to get new members to sign up for personal training. Note that trainers make little use of the actually cardio and weight equipment so they seem to have little concern about non-functioning equipment. The only time anything ever got fixed was when Adam was the manager (now gone). A urinal was out of order for over 6 months prior to Adam’s arrival. I told him about it, and it was fixed within 2 days. The manager before him fixed NOTHING. And Paul (the current manager) trained under him so he also fixes NOTHING. They also claim DISH TV, but in reality only 11 channels on cardio equipment. And typically not all 11channels will be functioning. Currently, one of the channels has been out going on 4 weeks now. It would probably take 5 minutes max to go in a room and flip a switch to fix the problem but why bother. Lots of "weight" types of equipment at club so that's a plus. Place is far, far from perfect. The only reason I go here is because it’s convenient. But just remember, staff DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE if equipment is in disrepair. Note: one reviewer commented on cleanliness....he must not ever go into men's locker room, because it is nasty.

I asked staff about cleaning of a super dirty machine, and they said "we don't do that. That is what the paper towels are for" The other 24 hours in HI are just as bad or worse. I have a low yearly fee and it's close to my home, but if those factors were different, I would be going elsewhere. If they expect new members and keep current members, they need to step up and get better equipment.

the new management or employees suck..first they couldnt help me with my frozen(for medical reasons) membership to be reactivated ...they just got rid of me by giving me a number to call which was a 20 plus mins wait and when i got to a rep it was the dumbest answer i ever heard from anybody..terrible customer service...then i went online and got a three day free pass which clearly states that if i was member before at least six months i am eligible for the pass..but when i went to the annapolis location the guys over there made their own interpretation and denied me the pass without even looking at the terms and conditions which i was trying to show...then i called the cust service again to wait for 30 mins and got disconnected...i love their gym,their spacious locations but customer service i would give them negative stars

I just signed up for a 3 day trial on their website and went in for my first workout. The lady at the counter was so rude to me. She was playing on her phone at the back of the desk and kept scowling, didnt greet me, and finally looked up when I asked how to check in. Then she said I had to come in before 10 PM to activate a trial or else I had to pay 20 dollars for a guest pass. You are literally called 24 hour fitness! Rude service and I not honoring a free trial to see if I want to join permanently. I will never be back!

This facility is a joke! Between management being unavailable all the time, constantly having to deal with the young kids working there and the cleanings not being done regularly I'm over it. I give it 2 stars because the area is nice can't say the same about the gym. Machines are broken, bathrooms and showers are disease prone like I was afraid to touch anything. I went in for a 3 day pass and got thru a few minutes because I feared is slip and fall. I heard they had an incident with some guy in the pool and had to be taken to the hospital because of chemicals burning his lungs. Seriously, get some real people working in this facility and people will stay. I know so many that have cancelled, tried to cancel (management makes that impossible from what I hear) or have just said f*k it. Please be careful...think twice!!!

So, I overall like 24 fitness as a gym. I like the fact it has just about every device one could want or need in a gym, TRX, mats, weighted fitness balls, stability balls, bosu, ellipticals and other cardio equipment (aside from jacobs ladder, that would be nice) sauna and steam room. But this particular gym is the only gym in this area that hasn't been remodeled. While it might be the cleanest of the 3 gyms it has all old equipment. Every single one of the ellipticals are broken, the stair maters are old and narrow, the treadmills are old and lastly the shower heads are awful. They hurt every time I need to rinse off it's just terrible. They're almost a form of punishment because they hurt so bad coming out of the shower head. It's very disappointing for a fitness center to not take more pride in being a leading gym but just one that manages to get by with old outdated equipment. At any rate, I would suggest to just update the equipment and shower heads and then it'd be a nice gym

Their kids club hours are posted wrong on the app. I planned my work out and was told the kids club had closed and I needed to pick my son up. Then some guy ran in and was really rude about it when the issue was that they have the wrong hours on their own app! I am disgusted with the customer service and the way we were treated. Love this gym and it's one of the only commercial gyms where I've seen quality personal trainers. I've gone to LA Fitness, Golds, Planet etc. Their trainers are horrible but here, these guys are professional and knows their stuff. Friendly staff, master trainers, just wish the location was easier to access and also that the price was closer to $40 per month for the monthly membership.

I'd rate this gym a 3.5. Strengths: nice enough pool that stays fairly clean and "swim-able;" good selection of cardio equipment with TVs on individual equipment; small and large towels available free of charge; good location; awesome hours. Weaknesses: cardio equipment breaks and does not get fixed. Oftentimes, there isn't even signage to indicate it is broken. At times up to half the stair climbers are broken! Management has been a little arrogant and condescending at times. The locker rooms are not always clean. Beware of holiday hours: they are far from extensive; gym generally closes at 2 on major holidays. You decide: lots of "pretty people" at this gym. They look at each other and look at you. It could be a good place to connect with pretty people...? Or not. This is not my cup of tea when it comes to gyms. Clientele is not as diverse as other area gyms (big minus in my book). I don't like the weight room at all--not a huge amount of equipment, equipment is not super diverse, and too many pretty people looking at each other. I go to other gyms to lift weights. Unknown: I've never taken classes at this gym. I assume they are good.

Shayna at the front desk told me I couldn't come in because my card had expired. Not, "did you know it was expired?". I have multiple cards and was genuinely surprised when she told me but still she chose an uppity attitude until I said " So I cant come in?" Then Shayna said "yes just this time." Her tone was condescending, curt and humiliating as I was in front of other guests. Totally unnecessary. I hope Shayna remembers that she only works at a gym and doesn't have to play gatekeeper to feel proud of herself. This is definitely one of the best of the 24's I've been to in the last 10 years of membership including all the clubs in Denver, several in CA and AZ as well. It's very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Kudos. I drive an extra 15 minutes to this gym, passing many gyms, along the way. The salesperson was very upfront about everything, which is remarkable in my experience. I'm not sure where some of the 1 star reviewers are coming from, especially comparing this facility with the other 2 in CS.

I agree with most, the club has turned around this last year. It finally got new equipment and most broken ones get repaired quick!! The one improvement they need are the desk people. As one customer mentioned, many are standing around not near the desk talking to each other. The trainers are not very friendly, minus Chris. Changed from 4 stars to 2 all because of one employee and over a 14.99 exchange. The "Operations Manager" needs customer service skills or a class. Long story short, I bought a product that was not sealed. So I brought it back a few days later. He said I needed a receipt for exchange, which is fair and their policy. Well in this day and age ALL purchases are recorded in the system. Yes, I do not get receipts, I usually get emails but 24 hr does not do this yet. Instead of him saying, sure let me look it up for you, I had to ask. 1st mistake. Then he asked what day did I purchase it (99% of Stores/gyms can swipe the card for recent transactions), so my wife and I are discussing this because it was a few days ago. So 3 or 4 minutes after trying to remember, I give him the date. He then says, I cannot do it right now. Seriously, you could have said that earlier. 2nd mistake. Then he tells me, I cannot do it because I am by myself for the next 4 hours??? 3rd mistake. Really guy, you can't say, "Have a good workout" and look for a transaction at the same time?? And you call yourself a manager? The desk people do more work then that! He tells me it will take a few hours to look for it??? You have a computer!! You make it sound like you have to go through paper work in a file to find it. Please help him!! How is he Operations Manager when he cannot even operate a computer??? Honestly I will not purchase anything here again and may move gyms because of this gentleman.

This gym is always packed and poor management of space. People are using the walkway space between equipment for mat exercises making to difficult to navigate around the gym. You have to wait 10-15 minutes to use equipment sometimes. Also the showers smell horrible. The drain backs up and it smells like sewage. You’ll also find dirty towels left behind on the equipment sometimes. Definitely not worth 50$ a month. Staff isn’t the friendliest either. I go out of my way to say good morning to them.

Great staff and amazing equipment. I love coming at the down time at night for a more private workout. That's why I choose 24 hour fitness. That and the cool perks like the pool, sauna, steam room, and basketball court. Very competitive pricing if you use these things otherwise planet fitness would be better on the wallet.

I visited the Academy location for the first time tonight. I was informed by the manager, Mak, since I had tried the Broadmoor location the week prior I was not eligible for a 3 day pass. I could pay $30 to try out the gym and then cancel within 7 days.. Thanks 24 hour fitness for helping me make the decision to join another gym. I don't know anyone that would join a gym without being able to check out the location, amenities and atmosphere. I asked to talk to the manager and low and behold I already was. I would give them a no star if it was possible. Stay away from this location as they don't honor the corporate 3 day free pass!

This 24 Hour Fitness is just a Sport club. After using a Super Sport for quite sometime, this club just seemed gross. Old equipment, busted equipment, lack of lighting, and one drinking fountain does not encourage me to workout here. Check it out for yourself. Most clubs will give you a three-day pass in exchange for sending you email promotions and calling you to sign up.

What a DUMP!!! So far besides the two “out of service” toilets I’ve counted at least six pieces of, in my opinion old out dated, equipment “out of service.” It apparently doesn’t matter who comes in because there was NO ONE at the front desk when I walked in. Bathroom are always gross out of paper towels and trash cans frequently over flowing. I only come here when I’m in a time crunch, otherwise I perfect LVAC. I’ve had 24 hour fitness for approx 20 years and split $14/month between my sister and I so hard to let go of, especially for travel. I’ve emailed the 24 hour website they could care less there facilities are garbage because the still keep charging outrageous fees and people still come.

I'm surprised that 24 allows this place to reamin under their brand. It's disgusting. The locker rooms are not laid out very well, the equipment is incredibly old and some missing parts, there aren't enough free weights, I couldn't see where there was a water fountain, and there were cobwebs and dust bunnies everywhere. Lastly, I know 24 can't control this, but I've never seen so many creepy, agressive, and territorial gym-goers (males) in my life. I'll take the time to go to Gladstone or Tualatin, thank you. Friendly and informative until membership is taken later no response and no information... completely on wild goose chase...they charges $1 for reservation on a Wed Zumba class (total spots 60), 30 reservation can be made 1 week earlier and rest 30 free spots, need to got at least an hr before to get the spot. people in waiting list just wait for the class to begin and sneak inside the class(pretty easy.. huh!!.. no reservation for $1 no waiting... just drop by). The whole point of this reservation, free spots and waiting list is to avoid over crowed in the class but the point really doesn't serve.. irresponsible staff doesn't care even after so many complaints.

I used to love this gym, until I decided to end my membership. The staff became super unhelpful and rude after that. I put a request in to end my membership, but ended up being charged the monthly and annual fee the following month. I went back to the gym to ask why I was still being charged and turns out my request to cancel was never put in by the front office staff member. I asked to talk to a manager about getting my money reimbursed since it was their mistake that my membership was still active and charging my account. And they said no manager was in but they'd put in another request to end my membership. I called a few times, but the managers were always on break or not there, and I never got a call back. I went to the gym a few times to talk to a manager, and of course a manager was never there then either. So after being given the run around for two months, I called the corporate office and they were finally able to end my membership, but weren't able to refund me for the month I was charged after I asked to end the membership. They said all they could do was email my gyms manager and the manager would be able to do the refund. Well its been another month, and still haven't heard from the manager. This is seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've spent three months trying to contact a manager and haven't been able to reach one. And I've been charged $90 in the mean time, when I am no longer attending the gym and asked for my membership to be canceled. Horrible management and horrible customer service! I will never return to or recommend this gym to anyone!!!

This club location is the "ugly stepchild" of the 24 hour chain. I joined here because it was closest to my house. There are some really wonderful staff here. However, either the management at this club is totally incompetent or the chain management has decided to "off" this club location. Equipment is very old. Over four months I put in repair requests for showers and doors, just basic stuff. NOTHING HAPPENED and items are still broken four months later. I just started attending then so who knows how long the stuff was actually broken. I stopped going and work out at other locations. Lots of older people attend here-discrimination that they won't protest? If you are joining 24 hour fitness, don't work out at this club unless you want to tolerate the worst equipment, restroom doors that don't lock, broken showers and ones that work lose their water flow when others are running, steam room that rarely has steam, etc. Other locations with 24 hour fitness are fine but this one-nope.

Open 24 hours is big plus. Always knowledgeable staff on duty. Plenty of equipment available for your super sets. Basketball court for those who want a pick up game. Two Lane pool for those who need to get laps in. Plenty of classes for those who love group exercises.

Regarding the wigwam location: Completely incompetent staff. I signed up for a new account along with my 2 sons. I told the guy when I signed up I would be leaving town for 2 weeks from July 10th to the 24th and he said he would "freeze" my account for the 2 weeks I was gone so I wouldnt be charged. After i was gone for a week i get a call from a trainer trying to sign me up for training sessions. I explained i was out of town and that my account should be frozen. He said it wasnt frozen and that he would fix it. Then I got and an email saying " Re: 24 Hour Member # SW07586 Dear Robert, Per your request on 07-17-2019, your 24 Hour Fitness membership has been placed on a freeze effective 08-05-2019 for 1 month(s), together with any upgrade or privilege agreements. You will not be billed for your dues during your freeze period* (Please see below re: Annual Fees). Your membership and your current monthly dues billing will automatically resume on 09-05-2019." I have now called 4 times to ask for a manager to fix the issue. I've been told 4 times a manager will call me back. NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE CALLED ME BACK. Avoid this gym the customer service is horrible. All they care about is signing you up.

Immediately recognized what a mistake I made. The trainers and employees are rude (except for one front desk girl). I witnessed a manager yelling at an old lady member about towels on my first day. The trainers are pretty ridiculous and they take up more space than the members by far. No concern from management about how this place is run apparently. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY. There’s no real space to workout in and if you really want to improve your physical performance you will have to go elsewhere. They are 24 hours. That’s the only real benefit. No thanks.

Bought a reasonable priced pass for three days while on travel here. Gym is large and has all the expected equipment and in good condition. Desk staff was very friendly and professional. It wasn’t crazy but pretty busy at 4p and 530a times.

Before today I probably would have given this gym like 3 stars, and I intended to keep going here because it's convenient for me. Reason for the 3 stars: The gym is frequently crowded with people who seem to care more about socializing than working out. Also it has a bit of a grimy feel to it, and people don't return weights and clean up after themselves. Reason for 1 star: Like I said I could have looked past the other stuff because it is a convenient location for me. However I initially paid a year in advance which is up soon, so today I asked about setting up month to month for when my year expires. They told me to switch to month to month I would have to pay the initiation fee again... I told them no I would just find a new gym. That seems like a stupid business practice to me. You would think they would want to keep an existing customer at $30 per month, but I guess not.

This club is filthy ...had a recent outbreak of hand foot and mouth and nothing was done to sanitize the environment above and beyond normal daily cleaning. The effected child was allowed back into the gym child care PRIOR to being over the illness thus starting the whole cycle of waiting again. Tammy is the only person managing this club and it is unfortunate that she was on a scheduled vacation. Poorly managed club when situations like this are not handled. Seek fitness elsewhere!

Hard to go; but, feels great after. Staff helpful and courteous. Water facilities: pool, steam room and jacuzzi need better cleaning and quicker repair...often down for weeks due to lack of parts. Why not stock spare parts? Still a 4 out of 5 in my book!

This gym is in dire need of a makeover! Water fountains are not functioning properly for more than a few months, gym equipment is filthy or broken for extended periods of time. Towels are infrequent and all every so often waterbugs appear from the leaks that sit there being gathered in buckets for weeks at a time. Get it together already. they great plus is the monthly charge is a bargain compared to the ok there gyms, but is it worth it? That's the question I asked myself every time I enter those doors.

I am moving here in two weeks and was turned down from using the 3 day pass because i was not officially a local. I was actually going to join, but the counselor said it would cost $20 for a single workout. I will now join the Las Vegas Athletic Club down the street. Thanks for not letting me use my 3 day pass and losing a member today.

It's not perfect but I love it. All the machines and cardio equipment you'd want. Classes if you're into that. Friendly staff but not too friendly. Lots of space, and for an extra fee they offer laundry service. The laundry is often very late getting back, but if you can cope with that, this is a great gym. The showers are usable and reasonably well maintained. Recommended!

I enjoy the classes and equipment the most. The pool and whirlpool are very nice also and there are no children screaming in there, which I appreciate. My only complaints are with the showers in the women’s locker room. The water is not heated to a temperature that could be characterized as “hot.” The drains smell like sewerage and that’s rather gross. I wish they would correct those issues.

Prices are high , but the convenience is worth it. 2 level gym. Free weights, machines, studio room, and a basketball court all up stairs. Downstairs you have cardio machines from treadmills to cycles to ellipticals. Locker rooms/showers are downstairs with the two lane lap pool, hottub, steam sauna and dry sauna.

Two of my favorite machines have been broken for months now. I never see anyone cleaning anything there. Classes mostly at super inconvenient times for working people. I will be finding a new gym when my membership expires in less than a week.

The yoga classes that are taught in the little room can be very distracting cause ppl come in and out of the room to drop off weights or to check things into there locker. Yoga is supposed to be about relaxation.

Went in to learn more about the gym and use a three day trial membership. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and assisted me in getting my kids to kids club. Bree and the other workers in kids club we extremely helpful and patient with signing up all three of my children. A young man named Dwayne showed me around and helped me to find the cardio area. Andy and Albert assisted me in learning more about the personal training aspect of the gym and were also very knowledgeable and polite! I will definitely be back.

Everyone is entitled to there own opinion and we all have choices. I pay to use the facilities. When the gym is unable to provide basketball's when a basketball court is present, in my opinion that's wrong. Other facilities, for example, Lifetime Fitness provides basketballs without giving your driver's license. I included a picture of what Lifetime Fitness provides. Basketball's on the court. Unlike 24hr fitness!! The sad part for me is that I tried to cancel my membership but the manager with her fake smile said "your stuck with us, you signed a contract". I guess I will be going to another 24hr gym and ride my contract out.

The staff was amazing. Diana (operations manager), Kenny (sales associate), and Robin (sales advisor) were all very courteous and patient. They made sure I got the best deal and made the process simple/easy. I have felt taken advantage of at other 24hr clubs but they made up for others mistakes 100%. Thanks guys!
