Great experience. Best Birthday party ever! From the minute we arrived, they helped us unload the car and setup our party supplies, had the place decorated, personalized with my daughter’s name and we were ready for all the kids to show up. The team of coaches were great with the kids. They trained, coached and cheered all 20 of the kids! It was such a fun party for everyone and the competition was a fun added element to the party. And yes, I conquered the warped wall! I was not going to let 20 kids not peer pressure me into it! We will be back for more parties and some open gym time.

I had so much fun today! Flip Side setup a 2 hr session for my office to have fun and get some energy out. We all had an amazing time trying out the different challenges and cheering for each other! The obstacle course was challenging but achievable and the post exercise stretching with the acro-yoga silks was incredible!

Literally the best workout I have ever had. Also a ton of fun. If you’re looking for a workout that is harder than CrossFit, and more fun than just about any other workout, Flip Side is for you. It’s also a great place for kids. Staff is super nice, credible, and very knowledgable. We will be regulars.

Just had my son’s 7th birthday party here and was blown away by how much fun we all had (parents included). The place is so cool, the staff was friendly and energetic, and the entire process was awesome. Definitely planning to enroll him in classes and I might even come and play around. Very cool place - worth every penny.

Awesome gym! The owners, Caleb and Emily were super welcoming and helpful as I've never gone to a ninja type gym before. They made me feel comfortable and able to do obstacles in my comfort zone and it's ok to fail! I would completely recommend going! Very family friendly. Kileab was also a awesome coach!

We had a team bonding event at Flip Side Ninja Park. They set up obstacle courses just for us that were a workout but not nearly as hard as I had expected. This was a unique and fun experience in an awesome atmosphere. I will be back!

We’ve had 2 children’s birthday parties at Flipside and both were such a fun time! The staff is helpful and great and the kids had so much fun on the ocstacle course. We will likely do classes at some point.

Flip side ninja park is such a great place to get fit and have fun! Aerial yoga is great for something new and fun! The obstacles change around all the time which is great so you can try news things.

My kids first visit and seems typical for these types of places. Just like a gymnastics class my daughter attend for 3 years. Instructors just go through the motions of having the kids perform activities. Ok for kids that can easily do the challenges (and really need something more challenging) but very little or no guidance for those that need it. I am tired of a no goals and just a feel good only place. Well we will see if later visits are better.

Flip side Ninja is AWESOME! I had an excellent experience during the week night open gym. The staff was FANTASTIC, they walked me through the gym showing me around giving me tips to make it as easy or difficult as I wanted :) There were about 10 people there being ninjas and about half of them took the time to come up and introduce themselves, and even give some tips when I asked. HIGHLY recommend and will DEFINITELY am going back!!

Went as part of a team building day with the office and we had a blast! They set up a unique course that we raced for time, and then followed with team games and open gym. We had an incredible experience getting to spend time as a team outside of the office, while also getting a great full-body workout!

Our daughter was so excited to celebrate her 8th birthday with her friends at Flip Side Ninja. The staff at Flip Side is the best - so friendly and they take care of everything! It was the easiest party we have ever hosted. They even helped my husband load things into the car when the party was over. And the kids had a blast! The Ninja Coaches engage with all the kids, encourage them and make sure everyone has a great time. Amazing experience!!!!

Our son has been going there for 6 months since it opened. He loves it! The staff are unbelievable. They take the time to teach kids as well as adults how to become a Ninja Warrior. They also other type classes as well. Well worth the time to check it out.

Simply the best and most friendly, welcoming, and all around awesome gym. Also open to accommodate (within reason) adaptations for "extra needs" kids (such as dinner the loud noises etc). Train like you see on the hit TV show and also learn parkour moves too. My kids love it and I can't wait to try it out myself! Exercise both your body and brain at the same time!!

We just had our daughter’s birthday at Flipside Ninja Park. It was the best birthday she could have asked for. The staff does ALL the work - everything was set up for us when we got there and they took care of all the clean up. The ninja coaches were amazing with the kids and really know how to get them all engaged. They were all cheering for everyone - so much fun!!!

I took my 9 year old gradson for his 1st time today & he loved it! We went for 1 hour during open gym time for 6+ year old kids. The Instructors on the floor guided him thru every obstacle once, he was only kid there at openjng, but then rest of the hour he was on his own, conquering not only the 8 foot wall but the 10 foot one as well! He was so excited! I hope to bring him back as often as life permits! Added after initial review: My credit card was charged 2x on 2 different days, days apart. I contacted the business & they quickly found the issue & refunded the 2nd charge to my card right away. Thanks guys!

We had my son’s 7th birthday party here. It was amazing. They had 5 coaches helping the 16 boys. There was a special obstacle course set up for their age range, and a buzzer to hit after they scaled the warped wall. It was just like the American Ninja Warrior show. They also provided a personalized sign, banners, decorations, plates, cups, napkins, forks, and straws. Made everything so easy and fun for us.

We just had my son's 10th birthday here and the whole experience was great! It's so nice to have the gym to ourselves, as well as the decorations, utensils, plates and cups already set up. All we brought were liters of soda, water, ice, snacks and cake :) The instructors walk the course with the kids, then the kids compete for the best time with a warped wall climb and buzzer finish! Every kid said that really enjoyed it! They have a great backdrop to take a group photo and cleans up after us. They really thought of all the details :)

We all find excellent workouts here! My husband does the OCR, I rock the aerial yoga - totally fun and relaxing and an amazing workout - and our granddaughter (age 10) loves the youth programs. It's SO much better to work out while having so much FUN!!! The people are always friendly and everything is very organized, and the obstacles change constantly, so you never get bored. This place is a fantastic addition to our area!

We absolutely love this place! Our 5 year old is in class and the coaches are effective while being respectful. The whole class runs so efficiently and the staff is encouraging and supportive. Their response time to questions is very quick and I feel just as valued as my kiddo! Highly recommend!
