Best gym I’ve been to this far! I’ve never Felt so welcomed by any other staff at any other gym. Fun atmosphere. This is definitely the place to come to get your fitness on! It’s a little hidden in a corner in the square by Hobby Lobby. It’s a diamond for sure!

READ REVIEWS FIRST! They will be okay until you try to get rid of your membership for ANY reason, including the child care abusing your children and they say contact the owner. Owner gets his information he needs, doesn't cancel your membership and continues to charge you. Even for a basic membership to cancel takes several months "because your membership is basic it falls to the back of the line"

I'm on the road a lot and sometimes the front desk personnel aren't welcoming to a drop in if they know they will not be member. Teva at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful!

Great Place to workout at. I have been at this gym for about half 3 months now and have not had any problems at all. The price is very affordable and the equipment is even better. This is by far one of the best gyms I have ever worked out at. Staff is great and over all has a great atmosphere. They have a variety of equipment and classes you can take to reach your fitness goals! 100% would recommend!

I made an upgrade with them around February of this year. The owner had did but said he needed to cancel my first membership and make a new one with my upgrade which I was fine with. However around September I caught the mistake that they had been charging me for both accounts and the one never got cancelled. I let them know and they said they'd take care of it and Id get a refund. Which was great but they didn't cancel the one account until it charged me for it in October and I called to complain. They cancelled it mid-october. However its the middle of November and Ive yet to receive my refund. I keep calling about it and they tell me only the boss can do refunds but he yet to return my calls or do anything about my refund. Im tired of this reach around and not getting any help. Id go somewhere else if I were you. The only right thing they could do for me now is cancel my remaining membership I have with them and give me my money back

I enjoy the gym, but the offices have no roof so you can hear everytime the greasy owner is screaming at somebody (which is pretty often).

The salesman was super pushy and gave me an anxiety panic attack, which resulted in signing a 2 year contract I didn't really want to sign. But the membership is cheap and the gym is nice so it ended up being relatively inconsequential. This gym is great for seeing a lot of people you knew and tried to forget from high school. Also, a nice selection of Hammer Strength machines.

Absolutely terrible customer service although I do enjoy working out here. Don’t come to this place unless you want to get lied to, charged random fees, and yelled at by the owner. So unfortunate that they run things so unprofessional. I really liked the gym. Dang.

I love the huge selection of amenities offered here. There's a little bit for everyone. I can come and work out with my friends while my wife takes the classes. The best part is that we don't have to worry about finding a babysitter for our 5 kids because it's provided as well. I challenge you to find another club in NWA or anywhere that offers what they do for the price!!

The manager Michael is dishonest and will try to drag you around and be extremely rude to you if you ever have a problem. I went in and canceled my membership at the front desk (I had been a paying member for 14 months) but I was still being charged months later. I called thinking this would be an easy fix and I would get my money back, but the manager Michael said they didn’t have any record that I had canceled my membership and accused me of being a liar. Horrible management and unprofessional business practices. How can a gym not keep track of membership cancellations?

Love the community of people that work inside fitness4less. Variety of equipment and cleanliness is a priority! Experience with Kids Club at SPRINGDALE location has been amazing. The fitpros and managers that work daily inside the gym serve their community. They strive for their members to feel at home and accomplish their goals while maintaining a budget they can manage each month. WORTH IT!

Not impressed by the pressure sales in all areas. Medical issues brought to attention to health with medical note, and they want to defy PII Act for Health Personal Information Act. Will not encourage anyone to join this club. Just money hungry.

They are money hungry. They forge people's initials on contracts and when you go in and ask about why money is being taken out of your bank account because you didn't agree to pay $180 a month they are abruptly rude and aggressive

I don’t think this gym actually wants to sell memberships. My boyfriend has gone here 3 times wanting to sign both of us up. They literally don’t even have to convince us, we WANT to get a membership with them. 1st time he went- they took his phone number, said they’d call. A week later still have not received a call. 2nd time- the guy who can handle memberships was there, but he said he was off the clock and couldn’t sign us up. Said we could catch him at the gym from 9-7 because that’s when he works. Also told my boyfriend he’d call and set up an appointment. Still no call. Went a 3rd time at 6:30(we were told he would be there until 7)- there was no one at the front desk. Had to wait for the employee to come up. Only to be told that the people in charge of memberships actually leave at 6. Told us he’d text them to get us an appointment. At this point we’re done trying to get a membership with them.

By far the worst gym experience of my life. Poor service and dishonest practices. I have had a gym membership consistently since I was in my early twenties and in all 5 states where I have lived. I recommend choosing World Gym or Planet Fitness in west Springdale as both will operate with honesty and integrity.

Great gym, dumbbells in the 30-20 pound range can be rare if the gym is busy. I seriously think they have one pair of 25's. Other than that there is at least three of everything else including equipment. No shakes at the location which is a disappointment, I have never needed the staff so I can't speak on them, and there is pretty good parking even when packed.

As far as the gym is concerned it's okay...needs to be cleaned way more often...i have been here a year and only seen one employee clean anything one time...they do offer towels and cleaning spray but hello floors need to be cleaned too along with other deep cleaning....employees have always been nice but professionalism is lacking and I don't recommend a trainer....I personally did not have one but my friend did and she had to change trainers and well let's just say she wasn't happy with the outcome after it all...but the main reason this is a one star review is the fact that they have a 30 day notice required to cancel your membership? What? I am sorry I don't live here I don't work here 30 day notice for what exactly? My worked switched my hours making it more difficult to get to the gym so I am canceling my membership but I now have to pay an extra 2 months before they will quit taking money out of my account...I honored my contract for the one year but I get to pay 2 extra months to these money hungry ppl....I was going to reconsider rejoining if and when my hours at work could be changed back but I will go elsewhere...

The bads , emplyees typical muscle heads with little brains not professional and not very courteous the girl in the front deskthey doesn't say hi or bye and the hygiene is a little poor the gym as a business it's not well run...i wish planet fitness would've have heavier free weights and Olympic barbells and it would be the perfect gym..but fitness 4 less needs to work in few issues because the potential is there is just run poorly

Worst customer service. Very misleading they advertise "No Commitment", but somehow I got bamboozled into a 2 year contract. No available sanitizer anywhere to wipe machines off. They have cloths at the front but that doesn't do a lot without the sanitizer.

My initial experience here was not so great. However, the manager, Adam, reached out to me personally after hearing of my experience through a family member. Not only did he actively listen to the issues I had, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and wanted to be at F4L. I now am confident in being a member here and trust the staff to care about me as an individual and not just as a number associated with my membership.

I was the doctor next door and would work out there during lunch. I moved away and asked to cancel my membership a month before I moved, they said I need a electric bill to prove it. How can I cancel with a 30 day notice when I haven’t even moved yet? They will charge you 2 months after you cancel and will send you to collection if you contest them...they just charged me $182 just so I don’t get my credit affected...if you are looking for a trustworthy business stay away! Their gym gets very hot in the summer as well with very little AC. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ive been going to this gym since last year september and always been treated like a friend from all the employees BUT after today ive never felt so disrespected i asked the manager SCOTT for a simple question and ended up getting yelled at in front of another employee it was very inappropriate and unprofessional. If u do decide to sign up at this gym i recommended to avoid that guy btw the other employee pulled me aside and apologized about the manager but i will not be returning until action has been done agaisnt the manager.

This gym is a great place to workout. The Springdale location is new, so all new equipment since early 2017 and enough space to move about that it doesn't feel as crowded as gyms can get during peak evening hours. Staff is courteous.

This gym is nothing like Bentonville'. It's clean the equipment is top knotch. The kicker is they have plate loaded hammer strength machines none of this cable everything B.S. If you're serious about your health and fitness I'd recommend talking to the trainers at springdale fitness 4 less. I can't say enough good about it. Plus the manager Jesse listens to concerns, and suggestions and takes it serious when a member takes time to talk with him.

F4L has plenty of equipment. The bathrooms are usually in need of cleaning. They have personal trainers that you can use. Tony is my trainer and he is awesome!

highly disappointed. I encourage everyone to take a moment and read the cancellation policy before you consider signing. Ask questions and get answers from someone who's been employed there long enough to know how to explain the contact in detail and not just brush through it and ask you to initial here and initial there. I always say, " there are no doors on my office for a reason, come ask me anything, I would love to help." BEWARE!!! The contact with ABC auto renews for two years after it supposedly expires....and really they over promised stuff and staff gave me an attitude after I asked questions about why no spin after 3 months... why no spin after 6 months?? Why 1 spin class after 8 months of being open.. they just brushed me off told me to live with it.

Super friendly staff & manager, Tim! The gym is great - & bodybuilder friendly!! There’s a good mix of powerlifters, bodybuilders, general health & wellness lifters, & even newbies in the gym so it’s pretty hard to feel out of place. Equipment is new & clean. my husband and I are new to the area and have checked out several gyms today 03/24/19 and fitness4less is by far the best one yet. the gym is very clean especially the restrooms and locker rooms/showers which is a huge deal for me. we spoke to an employee Kerry and she was very welcoming and answered all our questions and did not try to pressure us into getting a membership like every other place. my husband and I are on a tight budget and Kerry said she understands and said that she will get with the owners and they will work with us when whenever were ready. Kerry gave us her personal cell phone number and said to call anytime if we had more questions or were ready to join the "family" and she would make sure we were taken care of. we are going back Monday morning to sign up . thanks Kerry your a very sweet kind hearted person
