I highly recommend! I joined CrossFit NWA in September 2018 and have been a member since. Having no background in crossfit or weighting I took the on ramp class lead by coach Evan Morris. He was very helpful and patient in showing the proper form of lifting. Once the 4 on ramp classes were over you can then join the regular classes of your choosing. I then got to meet the rest of the coaching staff. They are very professional and understanding of all limitations, capabilities and injuries. They brief a variety of workout options for experienced athletes to beginners level every single class which is great. Coach Lee and Coach Jen (owners) have built a tremendous culture that trickles down to the rest of the coaching staff and ultimately the athletes. It is a very supportive and genuine community that likes to help. They happen to have a very active private Facebook group which helps stay connected outside of the classes. You get access to an app called wodify where you can log your scores daily. Towels. Colognes in the men's bathroom. Friendly and a non intimidating environment between the athletes. Also it is the largest box in the area therefore there are no shortage of equipment. Overall my experience has been great. It has helped me grow mentally and physically and proud to be a CFNWA member.

Best box in NWA hands-down. Its family owned and you can tell that Lee, Jenn, and the coaches genuinely care about the sport and helping people be better.

Been the best decision to finally start going. The staff and members are all great. The owners are active and there to encourage you in your fitness goals. Evan was my on ramp instructor and was informative but also made it entertaining. Recommended this CrossFit location to anyone thinking of taking the leap.
