Gym is great but membership is very expensive. They have childcare but the hours are very limited. They have a rather large indoor pool. Several racket ball courts and running track also available. They also offer physical therapy on site.

We(myself, husband, son, and my brother) have been using the fitness center for months. When we inquired about a membership we made sure we asked if we were able to practice martial arts and we were told yes. We have been doing so for months now without issues. Today however, an employee told my brother that he was my sons personal trainer. My son is 10 and my brother is 19. They were just practicing together. The employee then decided to force them to leave. My brother came out very upset. I called and talked to talk to the employee and just got a runaround. She again accused my brother of being a personal trainer. When I explained what was going on she then told me they weren't allowed to practice anymore and suggested that I cancel our membership. She refused to let me speak to a manager and kept talking over me. I finally told her to stop talking and that I would be speaking to her manager with or without her help. She had no issues what so ever when I signed them in but as soon as I went out to the car (I never left parkinglot) she accused him of being a trainer. She waited until I was out of sight to attack children! I would not recommend this place at all for anyone that wants to practice anything beyond basketball because the employees wont let you.

Excellent fitness center. Structured like a YMCA. There is a plethora of options to fill your fitness needs. They also have an excellent childcare center, which puts my mind at ease, because I know my son is running around while I workout. He comes out sweatier than me!

For being one of the most expensive gyms in the area - the equipment is ancient. None of the plate weights match, and usually not enough of them. There are too few kettle bells in the xfit section, the runners on the sled bottoms cause friction on the carpet. What I find most disappointing is the lack of Hammer Strength machines covering basic movements. They have a few similar machines of lower quality. The lack of space between some the equipment prevents use, or puts you in close proximity of other members using something else. The pros of this gym is a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The equipment also seems to be kept up in maintenance. The staff has always been friendly as well. If they keep investing in changes, this would be a pretty good gym.

This is a great place. It has what the other gyms have along with basketball, racket ball, yoga, biking and many more. I have bad back and get a great body massage from the powerful jacuzzi jets. They're at multiple levels. Also, the saunas are great to. No other gym comes close too features offered here.

Conway Regional is a very good gym and I believe it's the best option of you have more than one child, because they have child care, as well as a free aerobics class during the week for the kids. I'm not going to be able to afford another year, but it is good for families, especially during the summer, and they have an indoor pool.

UPDATE; SO ANY SPORT IS A LIABILITY! Walking into this place like this is all abouy SPORTS! Using this place for practice isn't allowed for some sports but not for others! NOT ! This is ridiculous and I'm encouraging others to not join this place! Swimming or basketball or any other sport was and is acceptable,these sports are as dangerous if not more so than practicing forms for martial arts! DONE! Walk away and don't join if you don't like the "rules" changed as you go along! Not caring for what I have seen from a very uniformed employee! Rude and wrong! Badgering children who have paid memberships for using this facility! Substantial amount of money to belong to this "club" only to find out that they can pick and choose what sport you're practicing! I do not recommend joining this facility because they dictate rules to their likings as they go along! Permission was granted when the membership was signed for to grab the money and months of non use they are quick to take your money but when it's used for it's intended purpose, children doing positive things are picked on and kicked out because an employee would rather power Trip than realize she was very wrong,rude and short with children!

The staff is super friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained. There are typically plenty of free weights to go around and plenty if equipment to share. This, coupled with the plethora of events and activities make this a phenomenal gym.
