I like this location but it is not as clean as it use to be. The staff use to clean the restrooms all the time. When I go in now, they are disgusting. I don’t see any staff cleaning.

I love 10 Fitness on University! I randomly joined my mom one day when she was going there and ended up signing up for personal training and I have loved it ever since. The staff are all amazing, very friendly, and ready to help you with any problem. And not only that, this gym is also very clean and full of many different machines and weights to help you achieve your best workout. If you have had any trouble picking out a gym for you, I suggest this one because in my opinion it is the best.

The Door say they open at 5am thats a lie more like 5:20 5:30. it's always new staff I asked a staff member to cancel my Kids Club account she told me okay its done.. When I look up Im being charged. when I call the gym they tell me since I didnt sign a waiver its my lost..well I feel like if you didnt train your staff its your lost not mines.....I'm going back to Rodney Parham

Kids Zone does not take children until 2yrs old. I just had a little girl and had to leave 10 fitness to join LA Fitness that does accept babies at 3 months. Plus the evenings can get really crowded if your trying to lift weights.

The staff that was present was very "bro-ish", and didnt seem very enthusiastic to be there, and just came across as lazy. The layout of the equipment was the best either. It's not the worst 10 fitness location I've been too, I'm sure it was be more enjoyable with some restaffing or professionalism training to some of their employees.

Love the community feel with the group exercise classes! There is such a fun atmosphere with members and instructors. I love it! The bathrooms and locker rooms are always super clean and nice to change and shower in. Front desk staff is super sweet helpful and always assists members with choosing classes and getting them set up!

There are very few places anymore that strive for excellence, I think 10 fitness makes a strong attempt. They have the "cheers" affect, ( the tv show cheers,-"you want to go where people know your name") is the concept. Recipient of this is an awesome feeling, when greeted with a smile and your name. This doesn't happen every time but it's awesome when it does, my name is unusual, so when April and the staff say it, it's a big surprise. Joe and the staff ,greet me in the mornings ,with the same enthusiasm. I'm in the customer service business, and I know the effort to keep a good team of people, so keep up the good work. I went here right after they opened (normally a Rodney Parham go-er) they treated my like was I uneducated and not just that but when one told me I could grab a step (which I use regularly in my workouts) from one of the rooms to take into the women's only room which did not have one, a man ran up to me yanked it out of my arms and yelled at me. I have not been back and since cancelled my membership with them.

This place is huge with an almost endless amount of exercise machines and whatnot. My favorite part is the Cinema section where you're able to focus on cardio while you watch a great movie! They always choose recent and popular sections. They offer a kids section of the place where kids are looked over. They also offer classes for zumba. Everything you would want in a gym at a good price!

I am displeased with 10 Fitness! I spoke with a guy in October 2017 that was supposed to be a manager. I was trying to find out how much my annual fee would be and when they would be taking out these fees from my checking account....well the guy left me on hold for awhile to look up my acct. information. He came back and stated to me that I've been a long time customer and I won't have to pay an annual fee. That I will still be billed $21._ _ monthly. Today is Dec. 15th and while reviewing my acct. I see that I was billed a annual fee yesterday; that came expectantly. I don't appreciate being lied to nor receiving any information about refunding my money, because I want to cancel my membership. To add insult to injury, I called the Colonel Glenn location where I opened my membership and this idiot, young guy named Kaleb answers the phone and is so unprofessional; telling me that there is no manager present and there won't be anyone to help me because the managers are all out until Monday. I asked for their names and he told me Chris and Jacob. I need the number to the corporate office!

The best gym in the region. I'm not a gym rat but this location is big and spacious, so it leaves me with a feeling that I'm not fighting to work out. So many gyms are too small. My only concern is that the TVs seem to be always running home improvement shows. Weird.

10 Fitness is a 24-hour fitness center during the week I wish they were also 24 hours on the weekend. Most all their locations are set up similar some of their locations have child care available during select hours. A few of their locations of cardio movie rooms with treadmills and exercise bikes while you watch a movie. They have three different levels of membership. The only thing I wish they had that they don't is saunas and steam rooms and I wouldn't care if they just had one location that had it I would drive to that location. Clean gym with a lot of space, they have a movie theather you can run on the treadmill in. They have a womens only room and the place is always clean. I do not like the requirement of registering a bank account.

Great gym, tons of space, and great staff. Love the huge cardio movie room! Some of the equipment is sometimes missing clips (cable machines), but other than that small complaint, everything is great. Cardio room is spacious and group classes, especially Zumba, are fun and inviting.

My brother killed my arms. And the cardio theater is actually......a theater. So thats so cool. Planet fitness calls their treadmill rows a cardio theater but 10 fitness has them beat in every way imaginable.

I absolutely love this place! The staff are friendly, helpful, and they even know me by name! This is by far the cleanest gym I've ever been to and the personal trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging as well. I have very high standards and can be a tough cookie to impress. Even the kids love coming to the Kids Club, they never want to leave because of how much fun they're having! I am so thankful for 10 Fitness and I am happy to call this place my second home. P.s. No other gym can beat your low prices, great value, cleanliness, and customer service!
