The trainers and employees will actually make fun of paying customers. If you ask any questions about anything -how to use equipment, how the billing works, where the bathrooms are, etc.- you are met with rudeness. They do not care about their customers. If you are joining a gym to get in shape, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. A couple years ago (clearly when the Google reviews were better) this was a great gym. It was a good environment to work out and relax. This new manager, Jason, is a complete fool. He actually told another customer that he didn't care if she joined or not?! And he told my friend that when she complained that he didn't have time to hear her b****ing. REALLY?! If I were the owner, I would get rid of this guy for running off PAYING CUSTOMERS.

I heard about their yoga classes and I wanted to try them out. I could tell the instructor was knowledgeable and made it challenging at times (which I enjoyed). However, rather than it being peaceful and relaxing, some people and the instructor kept talking at least 2/3 of the class. It was actually not professional for a yoga course when you are normally able to listen to calming music or to hear one’s breath. I shared with other friends and they mentioned how they too disliked this about the class. I am not sure I would recommend it specially if you need to pay for that. It was quite annoying to be truthful.

Let's be honest....This was the first location and it was a hit then....Now, it is the worst location. It is cramped and lacks the quality of the newer 10 fitness locations. You are still paying $10 for less. No Cinema room, No ladies workout room, Lack of weight machines and lack of space makes this location horrible. If you go to University and then come back to NLR, you will understand. Equipment is old. Needs an update or new location. The goodwill and Dollar tree are not moving so there is no room to expand. Dear management, the old Savers location is available.

I've been a member of 10 Fitness for years and I love it! I love it so much that I had to put in an application. Better than pizza I mean planet fitness and LA. Great hours and staff treats you like family.

I have been working out at the gym for 2 weeks now. I was debating on 10 Fitness Sherwood and LA Fitness. I worked out January 20th at 10 Fitness and I asked one of the workers if I could go ahead and work out and join afterwards. He agreed. I worked out and went to the desk to join. I asked a few questions first. I asked why I would want to join 10 Fitness? The worker replied, "I don't care if you join or not". Then, the manager cut in and said, "We are not going to run out the door after you". I was shocked. I asked both of them what would make me want to join 10 Fitness instead of LA Fitness? The manager took over the conversation and said, "It speaks for itself. I don't work on commission and I don't have to sell you". He then said, "If you join, you join". I was really shocked that a manager would respond like that and in front of other employees or to customers. He was very arrogant and very rude.

I trained with Bobby, he is awesome!!! He pushed me just enough, he was excited to be training me. He has amazing integrity and seems genuinely interested in my fitness needs. Plus this is the 1st gym I've ever joined. I'm excited to keep going with my sessions with him. You rock Bobby!!! If you need a trainer I suggest him!

Friendly staff, well lit, clean equipment and tons of workout stations so that even during peak hours you can still find equipment to use. Every machine I've used there was in good working order.

This is a very large and inexpensive gym. They are amenities are more than adequate. They have Zumba room and even childcare for $20 a month. The staff is very friendly. Only open 24 hrs Monday through Friday. Some of the trainers are a joke. They will have you doing some ridiculous stuff incorrectly, making you look silly. I recommend the older gentleman who looks like he's in shape, the lady with the big hair, & the white guy. Everyone else apparently got their degree from a crackerjack box. I would avoid the gym late afternoon because it gets packed.

This place it’s always a mess,, weights everywhere and dirty. It is open 24 hours but staff it’s no nice and doesn’t treat you right, they won’t put notes on you account or will take care o you, if you want to get a membership still with this company go to the one by University they really nice and will take care of you. I never coming back with this company really mad at them

I go in the early morning, and the place is always clean and inviting. Logan does a great job keeping the place clean, and is quick to help if you have a problem. Can’t beat it for $10!!!

Turns out that they do not accept kids under two years old since January 2018 in the kids club. I was in there and they did watch my kid for a day and no one ever said he can’t be here or update me on the new policy info. Walked up in there today to enroll him to the month to month option and I got told there are no kids under two currently enrolled and they weren’t allowing any kids under that age to be enrolled. I’ve been a member since 2008 and had seen a countless number of babies still in their car seat being taken into the kids area. The desk attendant could’ve been more informative and say something like it’s a new thing or the policy changed in 2018. The only reason I found out when the change took place is cause I went to their website. I will definitely look into other gyms that would actually accept my little one. As a premium membership paying customer I feel like I should be able to take advantage of all of the gym’s services. They’ve should’ve hire more help and still be able to accept babies. Cause let’s face it after giving birth a lot of moms are going to be wanting to workout and drop the baby weight, maybe they should’ve tough about this before making the policy change.

10 fitness is a okay place to workout but if you ever cancel your membership make sure you get a copy of the paperwork because they will not give you a refund even if it their mistake they just offer a free month which is the month you just paid for. So unless you are committed to the marriage of working out 10 fitness is not the place to go cause it so hard to cancel a membership. They want you to come in to cancel but you better go early in the morning or you might not get any customer service unless you are paying for one of their training sessions so the customer service is not good at all. I would not recommend 10 fitness to anyone

If you decide to join 10 - do so at a legit facility. This location is independently owned. The equipment is horrid. The facility is dirty. The management is misleading and when you question a charge you were not made aware of, the response is "I guess I should have told you that, huh". Join the University location... it is GREAT!! The staff is wonderful, the facility is spotless and I have yet to find a machine that does not work.

I j I st started, but the gym is pretty dirty, the tanning beds are rachet, the floors look like a homeless shelter and it's on JFK, not a good neighborhood, the building could use some work, but the staff was friendly and helpful, Conway"s gym is a lot better, they just need to do several remodeling

Amazing facility and classes with a supportive and helpful staff! For the last 3 years, I've attended weekly yoga classes that have changed my life in so many ways. This has allowed for me to not only stretch but an important part of my training to run marathons! Thanks for being in business!!

Love the staff! Very friendly and welcoming. I workout at night and its a very safe area. They offer a variety of workout equipment as well as personal trainers should you choose to get one. The restrooms/changing room was recently remodeled. Only $10 a month, you can't beat that!

Joined and was NEVER told upon joining that I was in a 1 year contract. They just had me sign a pad “that I was agreeing to the rate” and then signed “for the auto draft”. Then they discussed a personal trainer. Again “just sign here on the electronic pad that you agree to the $50/mo charge”.. not being clear again about the 1 year hook But wait! There’s more! I asked to cancel at month 13 .. I was a little surprised by the sudden yearly charge (gee, thanks for the reminder!) and THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN the following month for my monthly dues. Won’t return.

All the gyms within 5 mi. are 24/7. This gym has awful, inconsistent hours. If you like working out later at night, you won't get your money's worth. Gym is always packed so it's difficult to do multiple sets without someone interrupting you. If this gym was 24/7 I wouldn't have cancelled.

I have been going here for 4 years. I love the environment, the friendly staff, and friends that I have made. It is always clean, music is nice, and equiptment is always available. If you have any questions you can always ask a staff member ... they will always help you no matter what. The kids room seems pretty nice for parents to drop their children off at too! I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get healthier.

If you're a person on a budget, or you're a person who is interesting in Zumba classes, or if you're a person who is looking to move some serious weights, this is a great gym. I've been going there for years and it's a good place. The staff has always been polite and helpful; no one bothers me and most people just go in and do their thing. I give it 4 stars!! It's a good place.
