this place sucks. they are horrible at handling cancelations. i called back in january and was told over the phone they would cancel and they did not. here it is 10 months later and they are still trying to charge me and are now claiming that they would never allow someone to cancel over the phone. which is crap because that is not what one of THEIR EMPLOYEES told me

Went in to cancel my membership. Have the proper paperwork and was still charged the yearly renewal fee. Called about that and was ensured it was handled and a refund would be issued and haven't heard from them in 10 days. This gym is very unprofessional.

For $10 a month this is definitely the way to go. While is it missing some of the amenities of larger gyms (tennis courts, a pool, etc.) there are plenty of cardio and weight machines to go around. Great for the price you pay.

Although it's very nice, the people have no clue what they are doing and lie to you. I signed a year contract and was told it wouldn't renew after the year but they did renew and took money out of my account without my permission.

Pros * nice employees and apparently low turnover rate (so if you're FA you can pretend they're your friends) * people actually workout here unlike at PF..Oh and squat racks * clean gym...and they even have mouthwash in the bathroom along with q tips and lotion. This means you can have fresh breath,wax free ears, and smooth skin on THEIR dime * No dress code Grandpa Jean shorts or booty shorts, see though leggings or whatever. Doesn't matter. Cons * the weight room smells like testosterone and raunchy parmesan cheese * not 24 hrs all week (only m-t) * No free kids club anymore * Sometimes can get very busy but only when the entire CBC baseball team works out together (Wed around 8?) The only serious downside is needing more ventilation in the weight room lol

Tomorrow I will be making my third trip to cancel my membership. They continue to charge me monthly. After my second trip there to cancel they did send me a refund after I showed them I had proof of canceling. It is very frustrating to take time out of my day three different times to get them to stop charging me. If you join I would not give them any auto draft info. Been trying to get them to stop charging me since May.

I really like working out at 10 Fitness! The staff are nice & always greet you when you come in. I use the women's workout room & enjoy it but it would be nicer if the equipment wasn't so outdated.

10 fitness has every piece of workout equipment you can imagine plus some. They are open at all hours of the day to ensure you can get a workout in without time excuses. The trainers are very professional and personable. My trainer is Chryssie and she really makes me challenge myself to get better and inspires you to come back.

I just signed up today! I have my first appointment with a personal trainer in the morning. I'm so pumped to get started. Morgan gave me a tour, she is so nice and made me feel so welcome. I think I'm really gonna love this place. It has a great atmosphere and I love love love that they have a woman's only work out room. I also can't wait for spin class! I have a 2 yr old so kids club is such a great thing. Without it I wouldn't be able to go to the gym at all. I can't wait to get started!

10 Fitness is the best gym I've ever been in. The amenities, equipment, and staff make this gym SHINE. The facility is under total remodeling, and it is gorgeous. You will NOT be disappointed in this gym or its staff!

I live in Houston but visit Conway every few months. I recently checked out this gym while in town and was highly impressed. They have lots of space and a variety of equipment. I wish they had 10 Fitness in Houston!
