I’m 30 and this is my first time ever joining a gym I’ve always been gym shy assuming people would be judging me or watching but not here I put my head phones in and have a great time I initially joined planning on just using the women’s room only but after about 2 weeks I was more comfortable working out on the main floor. Don’t let the full parking lot stop you my first day I was like omg they are packed but once I got in their was plenty of equipment and space for me to work out I also love the wall board to place my keys so I don’t have to worry about keeping up with them.

The tanning beds were empty and yet they made me wait to tan for 15 to 20 minutes. Ashley said he was busy and I had to wait. I pay a higher membership fee for this service. Customer service is awful. Found out today4/9/2019 his name wasn't Ashley gave a fake name. It was Beau Bridges.

Great gym! Open 24 hours, equipment is new and in excellent condition. Great, convenient location. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Will always recommend this place to friends and family! Not only is the gym always clean and the equipment new, but the workers there are amazing! Today I had a flat tire when I left the gym. Josh and John saw me changing my tire in the parking lot and immediately asked to help. These two went above and beyond, even in the 90 degree heat! Very thankful for kind people willing to lend a hand!

Joined a few months ago and I enjoy the gym, but they are DOUBLING their childcare rates and not extending the hours at all. The hours for childcare are ridiculously short (especially on Saturday when it closes at 12:30). I’m so disappointed!! They have a schedule of activities posted for the kids that never gets followed. People with children need to workout too! I have three kids and the basic membership will be $75/month, so I’m going to have to cancel because it’s just not worth it.

The employees don't really seem to care for your needs or have answers. Showers (2) are very small and the equipment is layed out to where you are face to face with most every one. The workout movie room is cool, but too dark sometimes. Price is not bad. It took 10 Fitness a year to reply...thank you for proving you have bad customer support...

I absolutely love this gym...great place to workout, very clean and friendly employees. The employees are very friendly and will go the extra mile for the customers. Christine has been a fabulous personal trainer and the other trainers are just as friendly. Great place to get your workout on.

Decided to cancel my membership after 15 months. Not the great place it started out to be. Expanded membership but not equipment. Management out of touch with customers. Cleanliness is ALWAYS an issue in free weights.

This is one of the best gyms in Cabot. Very clean and professional. Equipment is well looked after and serviced. Never rude people and the only reason I give 3 stars is because it's almost always packed at all times of the day. The times that I've gone when it's supposedly not as busy it's still hard to get to the equipment. Such us to be expected as the population in Cabot rises but that's not the gyms fault.

I'm at 10 fitness 5 days a week staff is good but I mostly keep to myself unless I'm working out with my woman (at the NLR location) and we end up doing our ab work outs together at the end of our workout routines

Joined a month ago, Did my fitness assessment and wasn't all too impressed with the place. It looks clean but I have yet to actually use the weights because I've only done the assessment. I'm trying to find a time to get in the place where I'm not having to play ring around the Rosie with everyone else trying to lift. Parking lot is full from 5am to 11Pm so it definitely picked up everyone that was kicked out of Prevail. If you're there for the first time they pull you in the office and try to talk you into thousands of dollars in personal training. Once you're passed that it's free reign of the place. I suggest it but it's eventually going to be WAYY to busy to even get a good workout in.

Very friendly staff. They have so much equipment it's a little overwhelming at first. It's also 24 hours for members. Which was a huge decision factor compared to other gym memberships for 24 hour access. Most members wipe down equipment when they are finished with a machine. I have seen the Manager doing a lot of cleaning as well. Good job Lane!!

So far I've been a member for 30 days and I love it. The place is always clean and everyone is very friendly. The class offerings are great, just wish they had a spin class to offer. Staff has been very helpful too!

I have been a member here for over a year now and I have to say the child care has steadily declined the past few months. They put up a schedule that never gets followed, it has been months since they did the workout with a trainer thing and my kids loved that. The morning person seems to be without help a lot lately or the other person is doing other things in the gym. Not what it used to be.

Too crowded, tanning booths are disgusting, broken machines in women's workout room forever, one girl who works the counter always has an attitude no matter how nice you are. I've wasted money not canceling my membership. You must cancel 3 days prior to the date of the automatic withdrawal from your account and pay $49, plus your monthly fee at once. Not what it's cracked up to be. The NLR location is old and dirty too, so convenience is lost on my part. I'm rejoining Xertion.

They have a child Care center to watch your children while you enjoy a workout. Lots of machines but sometimes it gets a little crowded if everyone shows up to do the same workout. They also have a theatre room so you can watch a movie and walk/jog/run or bike in the back. Tanning booths and a massage chair.

This place started out great, but now...not so much! Dirty!!! Machines are covered in old dripping sweat. We watched 2 70lb dumbbells sit on the floor with a empty water bottle for 3 days. Another local gym has closed down and this place is now TOO Crowded!!!

I was going to get a membership here since I live closer to it and I've been going to the little rock location(which is fantastic) but after reading the reviews and noticing they ONLY reply to the positive ones and all the negatives are the same, with obviously no action taken, I'm gladly passing. Just putting this here so maybe the actual complaints will be looked into and fixed.

I love 10 fitness and at most of the locations the staff is more than amazing (I used to work at Conway) but today I used a guest pass for the first time at the Cabot location and while I was scanning in the Membership Coordinator I think her name is Barbra was standing behind the counter and began to yell at me because I had a guest pass. I don’t see why there was any reason for yelling when all I was trying to do was scan in my guest pass? She continued to have an attitude while she typed my name in. Glad I had this run in I was going to make Cabot my home gym.

So half the staff is rude. One lady in particular, at the front desk, is very off putting. The scale in the ladies room went out shortly after I subscribed to a year membership, and nearly a year later it's still broken. The paper towels are almost always empty and the cleaning spray for the equipment also stays really low. It's disappointing when you walk I and no one says hello, but they have like 5 staff member standing in a circle talking

They started out great when I was still stuck in a membership with Prevail and was going as a guest with SO. I was excited when Prevail closed and I was able to transfer my membership. Now, I wish Prevail was still here. I had a gym that was never busy and now 10 Fitness, what started out great, has become a nightmare. Parking lot is limited and the gym is becoming more crammed as the days go by. I have pretty much decided I will only go on Fridays and weekends from now on (or at least until the "new year, new me" crowd moves out by March). If they don't expand to a bigger/second location, I probably won't be renewing my membership.
