I love this place, I was offered a free trial of their boxing conditioning class and I am so happy I decided to go. Chris did an amazing job, was very supportive and encouraging, and the class itself has a great system to it and as a mom who is just going back into getting fit, it was perfect because I was able to follow along and had some room to go at my own pace when needed. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great clean gym with a wide variety of equipment and friendly staff

This place is really good. My son is 7 and he loves the MMA and Boxing classes. Also works out good because I can take classes or work out while my son does his classes. And monthly price is very affordable.

The gym says that its open from 5am to 9pm mon-friday. I came monday morning at 7 and it was not open very disappointed NEVER COMING BACK GOING TO A DIFFERENT GYM

Great Place! I got some FBI agent from Boston stalking me while in Phoenix area for awhile but live in Florida. Using the Phoenix FBI informants/rats, most of them are cool one kid from New Jersey originally by the name of Alan Soltesz is an ex junkie trash fyi. Living in Mesa, AZ area now. Supposedly clean but acts the junkie part still. Conniving user doing whatever he can behind people's backs and came out making sick comments about what this Boston agent watching people in their bathrooms illegally told him about me & thinking he wasn't going to have a problem with. My tire on my car got flat a day I had words with him & he had no idea what I drove. She told him, was rent a car. No Coincidence. Watch him, he's hiding from me now & trying to get this agent to hurry me out of area to no avail. Acall to their BOSTON FBI office is a joke & they try & cover for each other. And this Boston agent too, a scumbag. She tried this stuff in Florida with a complex of ex Felons where it started, PALMS OF BELLEAIR apts Belleair Bluffs, Fl & ATHENA LIOLIS from the PILATES place in Largo, Fl. This LIOLIOS & this complex had this agent install cameras with no reason too in my bathroom and watch daily. THIS PILATES ATHENA WENT AROUND MOUTHING "WHATS HE WANT TO SEE MY VAGINA" after getting caught, they're trash Felons with records & did much other dirty ass sick behaviors. This LIOLIOS was screwing different guys upstairs and loud and trying to harass this guy for this agent daily and wouldn't stop, and when he started mouthing back about her screwing every night they tried to get dirty and install cameras to respond. Just like popping tires. They tried to spew the same stuff & behaviors while visiting Phoenix and all try and lie and turn people against me, etc to try and cover up these Florida dirtbags behaviors. This Soltesz kids a skunk. HE'S A BROKE ASS 50 YR OLD LIVING WITH HIS SISTER. HE ENTERS KIDS SECTIONSSTO OBTAIN AUTOGRAPHS & WILL BARGE KIDS OVER TO GET THEM!

Hey I haven't gone there yet but I'm going to go tomarrow now the people that complain about people being to angry or to mean, you need to grow up and be a man or a woman there not being mean it's just how they are when you walk into a gym made for fighting expect extreme energy, they might sound mad but your there just riled up and super energetic you either man up and grow so testicles or never step a foot in that gym
