Absolutely amazing box!! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and encouraging. The coaches are very knowledgeable and care about their athletes. Highly recommend checking this place out, suitable for all skill levels.

Absolutely love this box (name for CrossFit gym). At first I was scared to take the leap into CrossFit as I'm far from the world class athletes we see in the CrossFit games on TV. Fortunately this box's coaches and athletes are amazingly supportive. There are always scaling options for exercises or movements that need additional work. Having the option to take the CTRX classes is a huge bonus that provides additional value to your membership. To top it off, there is a wonderful café inside the walls of SunDog that serves delicious cold pressed juices, salads, and other healthy fare. Definitely worth checking out!

Starting up at SunDog was the best fitness decision I have made in 20 years! I started going to Sun Dog a little over a year ago. The coaches are very helpful and willing to work with any fitness level. It is a very fun environment with lots of friendly people to work out with. I would highly recommend giving this place a try if your tired of running on a treadmill and seeing no results.

Sundog Crossfit is a wonderful addition to the Fairbanks community. The coaches are friendly and constructive. The other members are inviting, encouraging, and helpful. SD CF makes crossfit welcoming for all levels. There is always modifications if something is too hard or too easy. The new gym is clean, bright and large. I recommend Sundog Crossfit for anyone looking for a community and some nice toned arms.
