This is an excellent and welcoming yoga studio, in an elegant, warm space in the Cedar House. I love Asia's Strong, Slow, Flow class, but I've never been disappointed by any class I've dropped in to at Many Rivers: always quality instruction, a peaceful atmosphere, and warm hearts.
