One of the most friendly and welcoming places I have ever worked out in. Great for pros and beginners alike. Some people come just for the workout while others want to be great boxers. Everyone has fun.

Awesome local gym! It's small but has everything you need to get you in fighting shape~ It feels like you're getting private lessons :) The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the coach works you hard~ Great people~ chill vibes~ and you don't have to spend a fortune~ ;) i always feel stronger after an hour or 2 in this gym
