I have been going to ATR for a couple years now. I had hesitated going when it first opened because I had heard it was like Cross Fit and that program is too hardcore for me. ATR is a different program. MJ is a wonderful coach and keeps things challenging, interesting, and fun. The people that go are encouraging and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and invigorating. I always leave with a smile on my face, feeling good. I know going to ATR on a regular basis has kept me free of injury for running.
