The two gyms are great! Not only do they have a wide variety of exercise equipment, but Marvin (who runs the gyms) is one of the nicest folks I’ve met in Seward! Everything is very clean and orderly and usually it’s never too crowded. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful and the gym is suitable for all different folks with different fitness goals. Go check it out!

Very nice and helpful staff. If you are traveling and in need of a workout and or a shower, this is your best choice. Staff, thanks for being nice.

LOVE this gym. Meet great people there all the time, the owner is very interactive with members, very informative, and always giving positive reinforcement to/ encourage everyone while we are working out. The staff is very much the same, they take the time to talk to each person one on one. Owner and staff are there for everyone, not just a business for them they genuinely care about everyone getting healthy and staying that way. Its pretty cool. This is hands down the best gym I have been a member of.
