If you don't want these people ripping you off, don't go here. I went here and explained to the so called manager that I didn't need anything long term. I lived in Georgia. I was in Boaz to work. I actually only worked out there once. A month later, they charged my card again. When I called their customer no service number, they told me all they did was handle stealing/collecting the monthly membership dues. They had no control over canceling memberships, or authorizing refunds. That I'd have to call the specific gym that I went to, and that gym would have to tell them to refund my money. When I called the "manager" and asked her to refund my money because, after all, I had only used their facilities once, she told me that she wouldn't do it. That I signed up and agreed to have my money stolen monthly. I live 5 hours from this location. Why would I agree to that???? When I signed up I knew that I'd only be working in the area for a couple more weeks. I hope the money you stole from me is worth it. I hope many people read this and go elsewhere to workout. So the friendly, customer oriented, manager loses her job. If I could give 0 stars I would. Places like this need to learn that they may get away with this kind of thing a few times, but the amount of business you lose because you hire morons that don't understand that the customer comes first, isn't worth it. This review will be here for the world to read. I wonder how many thousands will be lost because of it??
