Great place...owners and staff are awesome.

Will NOT work with you if you have a financial emergency and need to cancel WITH JUST A FEW months left. Threatened to turn me over to collections after they maxed out my credit card. i am stuck donating 100 dollars after not being able to attend the past three months anyway due to poor health. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

All the equipment you need to reach your goals no matter what they are. The taekwondo classes upstairs are amazing. Everyone should try it out. From time to time, please play metal lol or some good 90's bands. cardi B just doesn't pump me up. Good place though, great atmosphere !

Staff is nice. But the gym is dirty. Needs dusting and vacuuming. Air freshener. Floor and equipment repairs.

This place is where people who love lifting go.

Worked out here for a year until re-locating for work. This is a great gym that has everything you could ever need for a workout and a ton of space so there is never a crowding issue. The staff and members alike are very inviting. A good old fashioned local gym that also has great supplements and other products. I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
