Absolutely love this gym! 24/7 and tanning included. The manager Robbie is very nice and goes out of his way to be helpful. I've never felt more comfortable in any gym before I joined The RAC.

I go here almost every morning. This is a good gym, but it's got both pros and cons. It's the nearest gym to me in Silverhill, so it's the most convenient choice for me. Pros: It's a 24/7 gym with keycard access. It's got a weight room with free weight and pulley based machines, and a separate cardio room with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, etc. The management is alright, and I've found them reasonable when we've dealt with each other. There are also teachers and trainers who are available from time to time. Cons: The equipment is old and has problems. Bars bend, ellipticals loose an arm, and equipment pads are stapled in place. My card has not worked a few times before, and I was left standing outside, forced to either go back home because no one else was inside or wait until someone got there. When I asked why, it was because my debit card hadn't been processed because the 1st of the month rolled around on a weekend when banks were off duty.

It's pretty good. Needs some new machines on the weight side. The ellipticals are pressed really close to the wall for some reason. Needs a stretch area with matts.

The RAC has everything you need for a good cardio workout and strength training. It’s clean, never smells like a gym and is well layed out. The manager is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone. Best anyother gym around here by far.

The Rac is wonderful. Always clean and the personal are very knowledgeable and friendly. Have taken physical therapy other facilities but in the future will always go there. Gym wise equipment is in very good condition. Therapy wise such knowlegable therapists . Their goal is to help you get better with as little pain possible. Great job

I signed up for no obligation package. Even though the gym owner and associates promise to call or return your emails they do notAnd if they do after four attempts at contacting them it will be a week later. I Informed the owner/associate at the time of signing, that this would be temporary because I was being stationed out of state. I have emailed them on 3 different occasions and multiple email addresses. They do not respond and they have not canceled my account and they keep charging me. Not even to inform me of the steps to be taken for cancellation... just nothing. This business is negligent and irresponsible.

I’ve been a member for about three years. RAC is my idea of the perfect gym! Plenty of barbells, plates, dumbells, cables and cardio equipment. The Scrapyard outside is great for fresh air workouts. The best features, however are the people - Nehal and Robbie pay attention to all the details, make sure it stays clean, comfortable and organized and that members have what they need for THEIR workout. They have built a community atmosphere that is unique, authentic and awesome! So many great people workout there. Everybody “plays well together!” I love it!!
