I found myself in the rut of middle age, not focusing on my health and fitness level as I should. Personal Edge Fitness was there for me. I was not proud of the shape I was in and in fact, very uncomfortable with my body. The path back to a healthy, physically fit, body was offered to me without judgment and with plenty of excitement for the new direction for my life. The encouragement I receive is heartfelt and I feel that the PE professionals are just as excited about the changes as I am. They are there to truly help you find success on your journey to new health and fitness goals. They have broken down the overwhelming amount of information that is available into consumable bites that make sense and are easy to follow. They make good health a way of life rather than something I have to do to keep the scale on the right number. The added bonus, they make it fun.

Personal Edge is awesome, and by far the best workout experience I have had. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always friendly. I highly recommend giving them a shot, as they will help you not only reach your initial fitness goals but give you that extra push to reach levels you didn't realize were possible.

PE Fitness is awesome! I had been having shoulder pain for 6 months due to the incorrect way I was lifting. Garrett worked with me and within a couple of weeks I was pain free. That was months ago and still no inflammation. Thanks Garrett!

Best personal trainers in town and worth every penny. Trainers are highly qualified and sincerely caring about their clients. Facility is clean and welcoming. Management does a great job of putting the customer first while caring about the staff as if their own family. Highly recommend giving Personal Edge a try.
