Fantastic studio with excellent instructors. I have tried most of the classes they offer and many of the instructors. I love the aerial classes and appreciate the care and concern for safety I have seen from all the staff to ensure that you get a fantastic workout, but don't injure yourself in yoga, barre, rebounding, or aerial.

I love the atmosphere and environment of the studio! I’m from Madison and it’s worth traveling into Huntsville for! I currently take Yoga Barre, yoga and Ariel silks and love it! I wish there was an Ariel silks class every day! The instructors are really helpful and zen and I love the positivity ❤️ I’ve been to one workshop there and am signed up for another two! The instructors and teachers they have and bring in are really knowledgeable and highly qualified.
