I love working out here! It has a clean environment and huge windows so it makes it less closed in like most gyms. It has everything that anyone would want in a gym!

Very clean space, and awesome updated equipment. It is a great place to work out. The owner is knowledgeable and has experience as a fitness/nutrition trainer. Would definitely recommend!

Great gym, super nice owner. Small gym but definitely can accommodate your fitness needs, whether light/heavy lifting, or if you just need to do some cardio. The hours of operation are awesome, especially on the weekends. If you are in the Pike Road area, stop by this place and check-it out.
