Both of my sons are students at this school. I have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the instructors. They have many years of experience. My boys have learned invaluable lessons in self control, self-defense, setting and meeting personal goals, and perseverance. I myself attended a self defense seminar where I learned many things that I can use in my daily life. I highly recommend!

I have a friend who has two grandchildren enrolled at LifeQuest. It has been one of the best decisions ever made for them. The instructors deeply care for their students and settle for nothing less than the best. Belts are earned, not given. I would highly recommend this school.
