This place is a breeding ground for germs. I can only speak for the Wetumpka location. They keep the heat entirely to hot for anyone who trains using cardio. I am a Boston marathon qualifier and if it is raining I will do my training run on the treadmill here. After a few miles you can hardly breath. There are only 2 floor fans that work properly. The others don't work. So if domeone else is using them you have no moving air. It smells terrible in there also. I have spoken to the manager 3 times. He agreed that it was too hot and said he would do something about it but hasn't.

Was in town for a few weeks. This place gave me a great price for the short time. Awesome music and never too crowded. Small but has everything you need.

This is my favorite place to train. The music is always upbeat and at the perfect level. Bathrooms are spotless, mirrors are clean (for), and it always smells nice. The manager is SO helpful, and always answers my questions.
